“We are so lucky to have this great butchers in Le Praz. The meat is first class and well worth what you pay. The lamb is to die for. Tip, know the exact weight you need and it will save you euros! They also sell a Plat du Jour, and other ready made dishes you can buy a portion of, the BEST Duck Pate!, cheese, wine, jars etc. Speak French if you can.”
