This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.
