In the heart of Värmland, between Deje and Ransäter, we are renting out our lovely farmhouse! Approximately 75 m² with a total of 6 beds. Wonderful location by the Klarälven River, with access to a private sauna and jetty! A small boat, life jackets and basic fishing gear are available. Fishing licences are purchased separately. The house has been newly renovated, with underfloor heating on the ground floor and is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. WC with shower downstairs and toilet upstairs. 1 bedroom with double bed downstairs. Upstairs, there is a living room with 2 double beds. Charging box for electric car for an additional fee.

Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free Wi-Fi, hot tub, 3 meters from the water, quiet and beautiful, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, underfloor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning must be done before checking out and must be done thoroughly, for example, vacuuming, drying the floors, dusting the bathroom and kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included with the cabin. You need to clean the house before you check out.

Tillgång till bastu vid i älven. Eftersom boendet är en ombyggd atelje är boendet ett stort vackert rum med plats för max 3 personer.

Stay at Färjestads B&B near arenas, nature and city.

Färjestads B&B is a Bed and Breakfast in Karlstad within walking distance of Löfbergs Arena and Färjestadstravet and approximately 3,5 km from the city centre. Free parking is avaliable in the street near to the B&B entrance. Charging for an electric car can be borrowed at cost price so you can wake up with a fully charged car. Free WiFi, large garden with many seating options, bicycles avaliable to borrow. A total of four beds and a cot are avaliable.

There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Cabin comfort in Värmland

20 min from Karlstad (The sun always shines in Karlstad!) 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min walk to the indoor swimming pool. Klarälven river flows right past the cabin. Klarelvsbanan (220 km long bicycle route) runs right by. Pizzeria and pub 5 min walk towards the city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. In summer you have popular bathing water 3 min drive from the cabin, golf course, spa at Dømle manor. Winter closed October to April.
