Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!

The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass areas for the kids to play on. Stay in a cozy tent tent surrounded by forest and Lake Fryken. Inside there is a double bed and a sofa. Outside the tent, there is a wood-burning stove where you can cook under the open sky as well as a simple dining area. You also have your own access to a timber cabin right next door, with hotplates, a fridge, a dining area and coffee. An outdoor toilet is a short walk into the woods. Parking is about 150 m from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center, this gem is located.

20 min from Karlstad (The sun always shines in Karlstad!) 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min walk to the indoor swimming pool. Klarälven river flows right past the cabin. Klarelvsbanan (220 km long bicycle route) runs right by. Pizzeria and pub 5 min walk towards the city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. In summer you have popular bathing water 3 min drive from the cabin, golf course, spa at Dømle manor. Winter closed October to April.
