Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the farm. You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you’re indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, there are longer routes around the lakes. Around the loft, there are cosy outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.

Seaside house, boat and private sandy beach

Relax in Lilla Sjölyckan. A unique accommodation, a few meters from the beach and the jetty, 12 km from Karlstad. Four-legged friends are welcome (max 2). There is a bus stop 200 metres away. Here you who like nature and the direct proximity to the lake's possibilities with everything from swimming to fishing. The accommodation is also suitable for those who want to stay overnight on their way to their destination. During the cold season there is usually the possibility of winter swimming directly from your own jetty, ice fishing and ice skating

There are two toilets (one fully tiled with shower). From the living room, you can reach a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the sunset and views of the river. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the small patio with morning sun. The house is intended for two adult guests.

Cabin comfort in Värmland

20 min from Karlstad (The sun always shines in Karlstad!) 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min walk to the indoor swimming pool. Klarälven river flows right past the cabin. Klarelvsbanan (220 km long bicycle route) runs right by. Pizzeria and pub 5 min walk towards the city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. In summer you have popular bathing water 3 min drive from the cabin, golf course, spa at Dømle manor. Winter closed October to April.

The Little Yard Studio

The Little Yard Studio is a cozy, freshly renovated basement studio in a quiet residential area of Forshaga. It offers a private entrance, small kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, and two 140 cm beds for up to 2 adults and 2 children (max. 12 years old). Guests have access to the shared yard with barbecue, trampoline, and free parking. We live upstairs, so normal everyday sounds may be heard. A practical and budget-friendly stay for short visits.

Our cottage is beautifully located by Fryken. You are close to hiking trails, a slalom slope (700 m), a golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), Västanåteatern (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), Alma Löv's museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and beautiful sunsets when the weather is nice. Possibility to borrow a canoe.
