The holiday apartment is located in the center of Speyers, in the courtyard (ground floor) of a listed building, built in 1854 and was renovated in 2015. Only 5 minutes walk to the cathedral, Maximilianstraße (with many attractive shops, restaurants and cafés). In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket and a drugstore market, also the Historische Museum der Pfalz, the Technik Museum and Sea Life are within walking distance. Bicycles can be parked in the yard if necessary.

Small cute bright attic in Speyer

Since our tenant only needs the apartment a few days a year, you can book it. It is on the 3rd floor which means there are 1 times 5 levels and 3 times 15 levels to cope with. We have installed 3 ceiling fans. Non-smoking apartment !!! There is a covered smoking corner behind the house, where you can also sit comfortably. If anyone wants to include or charge a bike, motorcycles, we have a lockable garage with electricity. Unfortunately, I only speak German .
