You rent a granny flat suitable for 1 to 6 people as a separate part of a one family house. There's lots of equipment, a quiet surrounding and it is near the city's centre. Garden /terrace can be used (sunbeds, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, swings, horizontal bar,...) The rooms are big and provide plenty of (storage) space.
