Surrounded by state forest our 10 acre property is the perfect location to enjoy all the charms of Dwellingup, with direct access to both the Bibbulumn track (with the town centre a 15 minute walk away) and the South Trail mountain bike head. With an open plan, modern house that overlooks one of the two dams on the property, as well as a separate games room, fire pit, concrete scooter track, swing set and walking tracks around the property, there is something for everyone.

Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. This little cottage is fully self contained. It is embedded into our garden with access through the back. There is a coded walk through gate and you can park within the property. You just have to open and close the gates manually. There is a fully operational pool which can be used by all guests as well as owners. The photographs show the beauty of the cottage.
