Restaurant

“Chef Kevin was featured on top chef and has done some amazing farm to table dinners (they sell out in minutes). We usually order a few things and share. Jonathon at the bar is also great at craft cocktails. There menu is seasonal, but currently love the bison sort ribs and lamb pasta. There gnocchi are a good starter along with the duck tacos. They also do some great vegan/vegetarian options. ”

Italian Restaurant

“A great go to spot. I really like L May when Going our in bigger groups. There service is outstanding and EJ, the owner, is one of the best guys in Dubuque. He has done a great job assembling a top notch team with chef Tony cooking up some options and probably the most gluten free / diet restriction conscious menu in town. They will also have a few Jubeck brews on tap. Also if the dinning room is packed, you can go to Jubeck brewery and they will run a pizza over to yuh there. ”

Coffee Shop

“Our favorite coffee shop and bar! Very unique place. Opens early and closes late! A great place to mingle with locals and visitors. The best drip coffee in Dubuque! They also have good espresso drinks. Love their dirty chai! Good selection of beers, and cocktails. The inside is beautiful with local art displays they switch out regularly. There is a back porch that overlooks the 4th Street elevator with beautiful views of the homes around the bluff. They also have a front porch facing Bluff Street. Plenty of places to relax inside. Couch, chairs, tables and stools. Very family friendly, with board games and more. See why this is our favorite place in Dubuque!?!?”
