“This place doesn't have food, but it does have some great Honey Mead. Brian is the owner and he is a master of the craft. Ask for the history of mead, and Brian will regale you with the fascinating history and origins of mead. It's the drink of the VIKINGS! HONEY wine that will leave you with a buzz. ”

“The King of England once visited this area under the name of "Lord Renfrew" as not to draw attention to his hunting party. The area that was prairie land was turned in to a park to memorialize the King's trip. Renfrew park also has the iconic Rocket Ship. Climb up to the top and view the beauty of the park; catch a summertime baseball game, enjoy a picnic, or just enjoy the quiet calm of nature. The Dwight pool is just on the other side of the park. Cool off with a dip in the clear water, and enjoy a snack at the concession stand. ”

“The "Gold Cure" for Alcoholism put Dwight in the spotlight, and the Keely institute became famous for treating alcoholism as a whole body issue. Mr. Keeley focused on treating the conditions of the patient with all the 5 senses. His holistic approach is now used in treatment centers worldwide. This building is no longer opened to the public, but occasionally tours will allow visitors to view the amazing stained glass windows that represent the 5 senses. ”
