“Good for: Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch Healthy, high-quality breakfast with a ton of options. They have unique pancakes of the day as well as smoothies and fresh-squeezed juice blends. I recommend the breakfast crepe if you like something a touch sweet!”

Mexican Restaurant

“This isn't "authentic" Mexican food by any means but it is super tasty. It's a Utah-based franchise - when I lived outside of Utah, this was easily one of my top restaurants I missed. Sweet pork smothered burrito or the sweet pork salad are the two staples to get here. It's relatively cheap, and quick (fast-casual - so no waiter service, you just order at a counter). I recommend this place to almost everyone visiting. Be prepared for long lines around dinner-time. The nearby high-school kids love this place.”

“The best bar in Salt Lake City. Great, low-key vibe. Some activity going on every night of the week (live band, beer pong, trivia, etc.) Lots of games - shuffleboard, pool tables, ping pong, and video games. Delicious food as well. Try the wings and burgers!”

“Large park with lots of natural, unstructured areas. Paved trail goes around the perimeter of the park (~1 mi) and some additional dirt trails cross through the park. Awesome views of all of SLC valley! Playground, picnic tables, restrooms, water fountains, sport facilities. Great for sledding in winter!”
