Holiday Rentals in Snohomish County

Just booked in Snohomish County

Secluded guest house featuring a spectacular panoramic view of the Puget Sound & Olympic Mountains. Walk to Picnic Point Park beach, stroll down private Puget Sound Blvd with coastal views, enjoy an evening fire on the huge deck, Relax & Rejuvenate!
Studio guest home with a Queen Bed in the main room, as well as two full beds in the small side rooms aka "sleeping caves" which are great for children, or as a dark quiet place to sleep deeply. Kitchenette with dishes and utensils available including a Nespresso Coffeemaker and provided coffee/espresso capsules. Flat-screen TV with Comcast Xfinity cable including HBO. Speaker system with Aux input cable so you listen to music from your smart phone. Relax directly outside the door on the elevated patio and enjoy the best views on the property. Enjoy the firepit and watch the sunset or enjoy a meal in the courtyard area.
This neighborhood is known as "Picnic Point Park" or "Wind & Tides" neighborhood, and features of the most breathtaking views in the Pacific Northwest. Picnic Point Park which is adjacent to my home, has a pedestrian walkway over the train tracks to a large stretch of beach, excellent for taking walks. Going in the opposite direction from my house, you have access to a half-mile-long stretch of road with panoramic views which dead-ends so it has no through-traffic.
  • Beautiful garage apartment accommodation for two with wonderful views of the Pacific Northwest! Enjoyed our week long visit and Jeremy's hospitality.

  • This place was absolutely perfect. Such a cute and cozy little loft overlooking the ocean. The setup inside was so comfort and had such a "home" feel to it. The bed was beyond comfortable, I slept like a baby, and Jeremy provides you with all the additional blankets, sheets, etc. that you could need to make yourself comfortable based on your needs. Cable with full on demand access, a perfect little kitchen, and two lounge chairs facing the entrance to sit in while watching the sun rise or set or to watch all the little birds and squirrels running about. This place was a dream come true and if we didn't have to leave we wouldn't even hesitate to stay. Jeremy is such a wonderful host. Very kind, polite, quick to respond to any questions or concerns. He even rescued me when I ran out of gas on my trip to the store! Such a picture perfect weekend gettaway. Thank you Jeremy for the beautiful memory you left my fiance and I with. We definitely will be back. I recommend this place as an absolute must for your holiday season gettaways. I can only imagine the beauty the other seasons bring.

  • What a piece of Paradise. God only made so much view property and this place is heaven on earth. This was the perfect place to calm the mind and soothe the soul, wish we would have extended the stay. The place was perfect, extremely clean and organized and had everything necessary to complete this stay. There were eagles soaring, sea lions playing in the water and Blue Heron on the beach. I will definitely book this place again. Thank you Jeremy.

  • We LOVED staying at Jeremy's place. It was comfortable, cozy, clean, and inviting. It was private and quiet and had beautiful views. This was our first Airbnb experience and we would definitely stay at Jeremy's again if visiting in Seattle area. It was a great first experience. We loved talking with Jeremy and he made us feel so at home everytime we talked with him. I would highly recommend this home... You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED..

  • We loved staying at Jeremy's place in Edmonds. It is right on Puget Sound and the view is incredible. It is a pleasure to hear the waves, watch the wildlife, go for long walks in the neighborhood, see the mountains during periods of sunshine, observe the changing sky by the hour. Great place!

    Mary2016-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • What a relaxing getaway! Clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view. It's like staying in a luxury hotel with no other guests. There's beach walks and a fire pit and Jeremy is a kind and gracious host. The perfect place to relax and recharge. You will not be disappointed!

    Dylan2017-04-14T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing experience at Jeremy's. We chose his guest house because we were going to spend most of our time on site. The views were spectacular and the lap of the Puget Sound on the shore was incredibly peaceful! The outdoor space was such a gift. In the evening we were graced by dramatic sunsets that were followed by a perfect crescent moon. Jeremy included perfect "extras" everywhere, from the wood for the fire pit to the lavender soaps and lotions. He even had several night lights that provided just the right amount of light for a night trip to the restroom. My adult daughter slept in one of the "caves" and mentioned it was the best sleep she'd had in a long time! Jeremy was an excellent host. We had one breaker blow unexpectedly and no sooner did we mention it and it was fixed. He even notified us of an eagle sighting so we could enjoy it as well. We are thinking this may need to be an annual event!

    Monica2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Jeremy met us and gave us all the info. It was a beautiful space with patio overlooking Puget Sound and was so peaceful. A very comfortable bed and nice kitchen setup. We had a great stay and hope to make it back

  • Amazing house! Highly recommended!

  • had a great time.

    Jo2016-12-24T00:00:00Z
  • If you're looking for peace and quiet go somewhere else. We had gardeners, noise from men working on another house onsite through out our time there. The kitchen is poorly equipped (we had to go into town to get a corkscrew! and a hand mixer). The hot water tank broke and we were without hot water for a day of our weekend. Not fun.

    Shiela2017-04-30T00:00:00Z
  • The place was perfect for our extended family over the weekend. Epic view of the water and the awesome storm that rolled through on Saturday. It's very large with plenty of beds. The architecture is a little unusual so it was a really interesting conversation piece. The beds are a bit firm and there are no main floor bedrooms so the hike up and down stairs a little tough on older guests. Just something to be aware of before booking. We really enjoyed our time there. It was a nice get away. Check in/out was easy and we had everything we needed.

    Kate2015-10-11T00:00:00Z
  • Key was in the lock box so I did not get a chance to meet with John. His waterfront home is definitely spectacular. 3 levels of gorgeous living space, great view from the patio deck, well furnished appliances, an overall great stay. No complaints at all

    Kevin2015-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • We were very happy with our stay, and would look forward to staying here again anytime! Thank you very much

    Chaz2017-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to work with and great for a big group! There is a leak in the window/roof right above the small table by the kitchen. We had to keep wiping away

    Robert2016-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • This home was fantastic for our occasion. It is large and clean, with a great open floor plan on the main level. We had ample space for sleeping. The deck and view over the water complete the home perfectly. The entire group was in awe of the value for our money.

  • We had a lovely weekend at the Farm House Cottage! It is lovely - gorgeous gardens and wonderful cozy cottage decorated with a great eye towards comfort and charm. Lori was a warm and friendly host, responding to all our questions quickly. She even made a trip over to the cottage to bring us a cork screw late on Friday night!

    Susan2016-05-16T00:00:00Z
  • Loris home was like walking through a better homes and garden magazine. Simply beautiful! My friends were blown away by the quality and detail and it was beyond anything I could ever imagine! I will be back for sure.

  • This is the best place I’ve stayed through Airbnb so far.

  • The space was way nicer than the pictures show. So much space!! There was a hotplate and grill in the kitchenette making it fully useable. The property is gorgeous and there is lots of neat antique pieces of furniture to add character and function. Hosts are kind and accomodating. They even went as far as putting their flyers downstairs when they knew we were in town to shop. Definitely reccomend and will stay again.

  • Clean, spacious basement. The pictures don’t do it justice! It was amazing. The only downside was that the walls are thin. You can hear above you and in the next room. Incredible value in a breathtaking setting. Less than a ten minute walk from the ocean. Simply beautiful.

The home was really clean and the backyard was amazing/beautiful. There was plenty of towels, blankets, & sleeping space. We enjoyed our stay, it is also such a good price for the amount of space we got. We will definitely try to come back again.

Our place is close to Puget Sound, Tulalip Casino, and Seattle Premium Outlets. You’ll love our place because of the sweeping views and is a great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. Stunning sunsets, breathtaking views, 100' above the water. Very quiet setting with views of downtown Everett, Mukilteo, and Whidbey Island. Super relaxing. Stairs to beach. In 2008 this home was on the market for $1MM.
Rarely do you find a room that has 180 degree sweeping waterfront views in the northwest. Not only that, you'll find a clean modern home with beach access and all of the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
Very quiet and private location. Great for walks around the neighborhood.
  • Awesome views. Plenty of space for a group to comfortably hang out.

Our newly constructed space is a beautiful guest room, dog friendly, with its own off street entrance, wet bar and bathroom. We are conveniently located five minutes from I-5 near three major hospitals including Providence Pavilion for Women and children. We are in walking distance of Everett Community college and a five minute drive from downtown and the waterfront. Seattle is a half hour drive south, however there are an abundance of northwest attractions close by!
We have a queen size bed and couch that folds out into a full size bed to accommodate 2 more people. There is a wet bar without a stove. But we do have a hot plate and cooking supplies available along with a toaster and microwave. There are no stairs at all upon entrance or inside the space. The laundry room is also on the same level and located towards the back of the space through a locked door. At the same time the laundry room is also accessible to us. So during your stay this door will remain locked from both sides. We love animals! And have two small dogs together equaling 20 pounds. If you are planning to book with us and have a furry friend then please mention this in your message upon booking. Due to the size of our space and lack of a fenced in area for we are only comfortable with smaller dogs. In some cases if there is a request for a larger dog we may request based upon an agreement of a cleaning fee. Please be courteous and pick up after your animal. Due to allergies we will have to decline any requests with cats. No smoking of anything, anywhere on our property. Please be respectful of our family, our dogs, and our neighbors. We will not tolerate drugs, loud parties, domestic violence, or bad attitudes. We are okay with children staying, so long as we know in advance and that they are accompanied appropriately during your stay at all times. We will not an additional guest fee under 10yrs old. For guests staying for less than a week, please feel free to park in our one car driveway. For guests staying longer there is parking close by, that can be discussed upon booking.
    Our home and our neighborhood have a unique story. In 2006 with the construction of Providence Hospital in North Everett a number of 1920s homes were scheduled to be destroyed. 11 of these homes were rescued by a local developer who not only moved them but created the street that they would live on called Donovan Ln. Upon arrival you will notice a small plaque on our front lawn with our homes previous address (;
  • Wow! This was our first Airbnb experience and I'm not sure anything can top it. We were so happy with our stay. Arisa did not miss one single detail in her beautifully decorated private suite! Nothing was missed and we did not have to search for anything. We can not recommend this enough. Thank you so much Arisa!

  • Arisa and Weylin have created a stylish, clean, cozy place to stay in Everett. Their apartment was spotless, and it had so many thoughtful touches throughout. And they’re such great, responsive hosts- we had some questions for them upon our arrival, and they responded to us within minutes, and then checked in on us later in the evening to make sure we were squared away. If we’re ever back in Everett, we’ll be staying with Arisa and Weylin again!

    Lauren2017-11-15T00:00:00Z
  • Arisa's place was the most comfortable airbnb I've ever stayed in. The bed was fantastic, the place was clean, the decor was refreshing. We were in town for the Silvertips and took an uber to/from the arena, which was very convenient. Would highly recommend staying at Arisa's place and if traveling to Everett, I would definitely stay here again.

    Carly2017-11-18T00:00:00Z
  • Arisa's place was clean, cute and in an adorable neighborhood. She was very communicative and responsive. The bed was comfy, the decor was nice and the studio felt very private. The neighborhood is quiet, earplugs were helpful with the furnace-ducting sounds. The kitchenette had everything we needed.

    Amber2017-10-06T00:00:00Z

Cute detached 1 bedroom cottage with full kitchen. Microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots n pans, cooking utensils, etc are stocked and ready. Fold-out chair in living room is the bed for a third person. NOTE: We have 3 big, VERY enthusiastic dogs that compete for attention. If you have fears, aversions, or allergies to dogs, find another place to stay. The steps to the cottage are definitely not handicap accessible.
My dream of opening a Bed n Breakfast has finally come true! Our 1910 home in downtown Everett came with a detached MIL unit built for the sailors returning after WW2. It has been months of TLC to get this once dark and dingy little diamond in the rough to shine, but it is now my favorite getaway...just steps away! Art and vintage treasures are for sale throughout the Cottage, and if you need anything, just ask! After all, we are just getting started. Squeee!!!
Our neighborhood is friendly and diverse; take safety precautions as you would in any big city, and be smart and aware of your surroundings. Our favorite restaurant is 2 short blocks away, as well as a Walgreens. Downtown is a 15 minute stroll, and Grand Avenue Park is maybe a 20 minute stroll. It is not advisable to walk down to the waterfront, but it is a great place to explore.
  • The cottage is very charming and cozy. The bed is super comfortable. This is definitely a place I would come back to.

  • Cottage is nice and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Eileen's pre-arrival instructions were good.

    Nathan2017-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is in a fantastic location, it's clean and cozy. Eileen was fantastic, we will definitely be staying here again!

    Sarah2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • I had a wonderful stay at Eileen's cottage. I stayed for a night to avoid traffic into the city after work and get some rest. It's located close to Providence Regional Hospital where I work so I did not explore Everett much. The house is cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the soft linens and adored the decor of the cottage. Eileen was always prompt in responding to my texts. I will definitely stay here again!

    Stephanie2017-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage was wonderful! Surprisingly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The decor was vintage and fun and it had everything we needed. The only complaint I might have was the noise from the alley right outside the bedroom window, but that is clearly stated in the description, so we were prepared. We will definitely book this place again!

    Jerry2017-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • We definitely recommend this place. It was amazing! Eileen did a great job making this place feel comfortable. You can tell she put a lot of love in to it.

    Cindy 2017-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • The cottage is quiet, clean, and so peaceful. I cannot tell you how comfortable the bed is, we do not sleep that well in our own bed. Everything was perfect. Clear communication from the host and she provides everything to make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this to anyone staying in Everett.

    Rosalyn2017-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to find. Very quaint cottage. Great for the value. Has a decent size living area, kitchen, and cooking area. Only thing for me is if you have a sensitive nose- there is a moderate pet odor outside and slightly musty smell inside. My husband said he didn't notice it.

  • Ryan is an outstanding host ... I'd recommend his place to any of my friends in a heartbeat. He went out of his way to make sure his clients were comfortable and was always open-minded to discussing ways of improving it. Gracious, very professional and friendly ... Top Notch Host!! AJ

    AJ2017-02-01T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at Ryan's house. He was very friendly and accommodating and the room and the rest of the house was clean and looked just like the pictures. The room was cozy and the bathroom was spacious. I would definitely recommend this place if visiting Everett/Seattle area.

  • Ryan’s Place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and so cute! We will definitely be staying here again. And just a side note, we booked the day of and Ryan was able to accommodate us on last minute notice. Great place!

    Katie2017-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • It's a nice place. I wouldn't suggest it if you will be spending a lot of time at the house or if you want to watch movies or anything. Quiet is preferred... but if you just need a place to crash it's a very nice place and Ryan is available if you need him.

    Jessica2017-11-08T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay, clean and all the creature comforts. Would stay again.

    Paul2017-11-12T00:00:00Z

  • This was our second time at Thaison’s place. My wife and I were just looking for a quite place to spend some time together. Our last visit was great so we chose it again and it was just as nice. One of the big things we like about Thaison’s place it that it is close to shopping, but very quite. The house is quite a bit off the road, down a small private road, so you don’t even hear cars driving by. The furnishings are quite comfy and there is plenty of room for two to four people. Thaison is a great host, always making sure everything is ok.

    Michael2017-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • I had a very pleasant stay at this location. The house had all the essentials and was indeed cozy and comfortable. Thiason was a great host and checked in a couple times to make sure we had everything we needed. It was in a great spot, close to restaurants, a nearby grocery store and also to the conference we came for. There was a portable AC unit (that wasn't needed) and the TV had Netflix available along with wireless internet. Thanks to previous reviews I knew to look for the address signs for the house as it is off the road a bit (there is a sign with the address on a telephone pole from one direction and a sign on the fence if you are coming from the other). I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

    Anne-Marie2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place was so perfect for my 3 day trip in Washington. Only about a 25 minute drive to Seattle. Very lovely home. Clean, quiet, and convenient. Thaison was very helpful when I had questions and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this place to others and will definitely come back in the future.

    Ashley2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great time. Really was just in town for a night with friends. Driveway was a little hard to find at night. But it’s a great location. Will definitely stay again.

    Kai2017-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • Thaison is a gracious and considerate host who goes to great lengths to ensure the comfort of his guests. The house is very quiet and clean, and the beds are comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay.

    Brenda2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Cute and cozy place!!!!!

    Leah2017-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • This house is small and cute. Perfect size for a small travel group with the two bed rooms. The house is set back a little like described, but otherwise it's well worth the stay!

    James Joe2017-06-23T00:00:00Z
  • Thaison was extremely responsive and helpful in whatever questions we had. Very quiet area and a little hidden from the main road which was nice. It accommodated our needs for the night.

  • Tim’s place is amazing! Top notch appliances, toilet has a remote with heated seats and all that! The kitchen was perfect, everything we needed was provided! The bed, wow! It’s a sleep number bed, very comfy and relaxing! We had an amazing stay at his place, secluded neighborhood. Check out Dutch Bro’s Coffee, order the Caramelizer-the best!! Would definitely stay at Tim’s place again if we are ever in Everett again!

  • Very nice place to stay. Clean and good location. Great hospitality.

    Karen2017-07-11T00:00:00Z
  • Tim's place was even better than described. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and had lots of high-end touches. The kitchen area was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Everett, or (as we were) visiting Seattle who doesn't mind a drive in the morning.

    Cameron2017-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • Thank you for the lovely apartment. We were appreciative for the brand new case of eggs, cherries, snacks, and water that were presented for us. We loved how comfortable the environment was. It is clean and well-furnished. We enjoyed the snacks, which we brought with us during our hike which was only a 40 minute drive from our airbnb. And once we got home, we enjoyed a little bit of tv-time before showering and cozy-ing up in the Tempurpedic bed. Overall, better than we expected! Perfect for our mini getaway.

    Cheyenne2017-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Tim checked me in on very short notice and was excellent with accommodating my needs. The place is completely upgraded, walking distance to public transit and not far from downtown Seattle. The hospitality was top notch. Would definitely stay again.

  • Timothy is very detail oriented. His home is amazing, the comfort and wariness unique. He is the best host.

  • So nice and clean just spend a very nice two night

    Junneng2017-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • Wow does not even begin to describe this place, and the pictures do not give it justice either. If you are lucky enough to stay here, snatch it up if you can. The place is so nice, you almost contemplate staying and just living there. Perfect for a couple days or even an extended period of time. It was my boyfriend and myself traveling and it was the perfect amount of space for two. Tim has made a little piece of paradise there in my opinion. You walk into this adorable, private, beautifully gardened courtyard/front yard. The place is the second story of his house, but there is separate entrance. You walk into a living room with a gigantic flat screen, two couches, nice little dining area. Bedroom is your standard bedroom, it's nice that there's a little closet and dresser if you need to use those. The bed was so comfortable, I slept like a log each night and it was almost hard to get up in the morning haha. The real gem of this place is that Kitchen though. Fully functional, I did not get the opportunity to cook because we were on vacation and I did not feel like cooking. However if I was going to cook on vacation it would have been in that kitchen. Just beautifully done and he even had seasonings, olive oil, onion, garlic ready to go for you. Along with some fresh fruit and drinks in the fridge. There was also coffee and tea available to us. I know there was also other supplies in the pantry and cupboard, but I did not take the time to investigate what was all there. I thought it was extremely generous of him to provide those things for us. My favorite part of the whole place, minus the kitchen, was the toilet lol. IT WAS HEATED. I have never in my life been on a heated toilet seat, and now that I'm home I wish I had one. Bathroom sink was a little small, but as far as functionality it works just as well. I am not the type to spend a lot of time at the bathroom sink as is. There was a gigantic floor length mirror in the bedroom, so I used that for make up and the like instead of being in the bathroom. Over all wonderful place, I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very easy to find, plenty of parking, area was extremely easy to navigate, minutes away from the highway.

  • This charming, period home in an established neighborhood will delight you with its character and beautiful view out the back windows and off the nice porch. The beds are super comfy & the rooms & bathrooms are spacious. We appreciated the provision of home amenities including kitchen, bathroom & laundry essentials. Communication with the owner is timely and helpful. Everett coffee shops and Thai options are convenient and delicious. This location provided us convenient access to city, island and mountain experiences while in the great state of Washington.

    Stuart2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Lisa's home was very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated with antiques. The kitchen has top notch appliances and is equipped with all the necessaries. The bed was super comfortable. Overlooking the Puget Sound gave way to a glorious sunrise and sunset just by looking out the window. The open windows, doors or outside area allowed you to enjoy the cool breeze and the sounds of the seagulls. Visible were sailboats and hang gliders over the Puget Sound. The nearby neighborhood offers fantastic restaurants and a great park. Overall this home was a great alternative to staying in the city, being on the outskirts of the busy Seattle area, yet close enough to make a day drive to Canada.

The Everett Bungalow is located in historic downtown Everett offering a convenient location to shops, restaurants, and theater. The bungalow has been kept simple and clean and maintains its 1920's charm. Enjoy the large deck with views of Mount Baker.

The living room TV has local channels, a DVD player and an Amazon FireTV Stick to access movies and shows from your own Amazon account. There is high speed Wifi for your phones, tablets and laptops. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you'll need to cook at home. Other amenities: - Pack and play crib - Baby monitor
  • Kathy's house was exactly as represented in her photos: clean and tidy with pleasing interiors and a great deck and back yard. The queen bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessities for simple meal prep (though we didn't cook much). Easy to connect with Kate in a timely way. She is flexible and very willing to listen to suggestions for improvement. This is a modest house in a quiet neighborhood--nothing fancy--but it has easy access to public transport and is within walking distance to nearby restaurants. My husband and I had a car, and we took some wonderful drives up the coast and to the national forest near Mt. Baker. We also took a day trip to the Olympic peninsula (very convenient to the ferry at Edmonds). We used the train and buses to take day trips to Seattle. That was much less taxing than driving! In Everett we walked around the marina, watched the boats coming into the harbor while we had dinner, or we ate downtown at some reasonably priced cafes. This is an excellent listing for people on the move, people who like to explore and just need a safe and comfortable place to come home to.

    Lynne2017-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • This is a charming little house, it feels like it has a lot of history. It's very clean, well maintained, and Kathy was a fabulous host. She left detailed instructions for all of the appliances and accessories, and she provided lots of creature comforts. There is a nice space in the back yard with a deck for entertaining, although we didn't get the chance to use it. Five stars all around.

    Tyler2017-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • I don't know how I lucked out staying at this adorable bungalow. I was working in the area and needed to find a space to stay during that time frame. I didn't even check the exact location of Kathy's bungalow before I booked. It was just so adorable and affordable! Come to find out... it was less than a mile down the street from where I was working! Talk about convenient! Kathy's place was clean, organized and made me feel at home. It even smelt like gingerbread cookies when I walked in! She has a Roku device so I didn't miss Sunday nights Game of Thrones episode! Thank you, again Kathy!

    Tara2017-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy's bungalow is adorable, well equipped (kitchen, bath, linens, entertainment), comfortable, and extremely clean. Communication was clear and having access to a parking space was an added bonus! While I did not have the opportunity to enjoy it, there is a wonderful back deck and yard as well. The location is mere blocks from the heart of downtown and was easily accessible to/from different points in Everett. I highly recommend Kathy's bungalow for your airbnb stay and certainly would stay there again if in Everett.

    Alison2017-09-08T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy was such a wonderful and caring host! She contacted me prior the stay to make sure that my family was cared for (we have a baby and toddler, sue had a pack n play and also a baby monitor available!). The home itself is central as it is in downtown everett. The neighborhood was quiet, the home was clean, organized, and comfortable. Sue was also gracious wIth amenities as we had everything we could ever need! Overall, a great experience and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

    Praise2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy's beautiful home is everything and a little bit more. When we got there, Kathy had put out beautiful flowers, her home was so comfortable and perfectly located. The back deck for amazing for drinking coffee while watching the sunrise. We are already planning on coming back next year.

It's walking distance to downtown so why not visit the newly opened store, Funko (toy/collectibles company) which is the main attraction when we visited. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Looks like the neighbors pretty much keep to themselves. The 8

Our grand, old home is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood w/ stunning views of the water, islands and mountains. We're near parks, groceries, the library, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and all that downtown Everett has to offer. The Naval Base and waterfront are just below. High ceilings let in loads of natural light, rooms are comfortable and you'll enjoy how close it is to fun and services. Great for couples (very romantic), solo adventurers, business travelers and families.
There are three bedrooms with queen beds on the upper floor, one with ensuite bathroom; all have coffee/tea and water, dresser, closet and desk. There is another full, shared bathroom upstairs. Two twin, comfortable memory foam floor mattresses are available to put wherever you see fit. The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining rooms (fireplace in living room), parlor, deck and small bathroom (toilet and sink). There is WiFi, TV and a good sound system for enjoying music and the parlor has some games, books and toys. The main floor is great for socializing and relaxing while the comfortably appointed bedrooms allow for personal space. It's a lovely place to visit with family and friends - if you're here to visit family and friends, invite them over for a meal or game night. Almost every room enjoys the lovely views of the water, islands and mountains.
There is a natural market nearby as well as many restaurants, Scuttlebutt Brewing Restaurant and Pub, Bluewater Distilling and shops and services of all kinds. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and enjoying historic homes and nearby parks.
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Frog's Rest! The house was nicely updated and had a wonderful view of the water. The house was well stocked with all the basic necessities and was plenty of room for our family of seven. Diana communicated everything we needed to know in a timely matter and check in and check out was easy and uneventful. The house was located in a quiet area of Everett. Initially we thought this would be out of the way for Seattle touristy activities, but it worked out perfect. The drive into Seattle was about 30 minutes and we spent a day in Vancouver which was very convenient from Everett. The family had a great time and everyone commented how much they loved Diana's house!

  • This house was perfect for a family of 5 - there was plenty of room across 3 floors. It's in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view of the water. Right down the street is an organic grocery store and we loaded up on our favorite foods and snacks. Everything was clearly labeled so it was very easy to find anything we needed. Thank you!

  • Diana's place is amazing! Her attention to detail and anticipation of the needs of her guests is wonderful . The view of the sound is awesome . The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and all you'd need. Extra towels , blankets, sleeping pads and sleeping bags are available . We'd stay there again.

  • Diana's house, Frog Rest, is absolutely gorgeous. You can tell from the photos, but the photos don't nearly do it justice. We had a group of 12 people we needed to accommodate for our wedding (the wedding party and their significant others). The house was absolutely perfect. Everyone was incredibly complimentary of the rooms, beds, the amazing view, and the space available to just hang out and/or get last minute things done. The friend making our wedding cake had plenty of space in the kitchen to hook up her kitchenaid mixer to put together, frost, and decorate our cake. I actually don't know if I can say all of the amazing things about the house and Diana I'm thinking right now in the space allotted. While I was unable to meet Diana face to face, there were no problems with communication. She answered all of my questions and was flexible with some extra accommodations I had questions about. Overall, Diana and Frog Rest were amazing and I recommend them to anyone looking for either a single room or an entire house for a group. -Michelle Davenport and Matt Goldfogel

  • The house was amazing. It has three levels which we loved. The view was amazing. All the bedrooms are big. We came up to Everett for a friends wedding and everyone that came with us loved the house too. The house is big so we never felt like we were on top of each other. You'll love having coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. One thing though there is no TV in this house. So if your a couch potato bring a lap top or something else. For us it wasn't a problem because we were out of the house for most of the time.

  • We rented this lovely home for our nieces wedding in a nearby town and our location was perfect. We felt right at home with all the comfiness of our own home.

Together with my wife, Malissa, we built The Tiny Tack House 5 yr. ago and have enjoyed living tiny so much that we want to open up the opportunity for others to "Try on Tiny" before deciding to do it themselves. Welcome to tiny, now enjoy your stay!
This is an actual lived in tiny house (we recreated in it for 4 years). That means there are scuff marks on the wall from our shoes, cat claw scratches on the ladder steps and some blinds that are a little rough on the edges (thank you SethCat for that). With my wife, together we built the tiny house in 2011. Over the course of seven months, we designed and built the well known Tiny Tack House. There are many stories and experiences that come along with this journey, and now it's time for others to try it out! We are letting people into our home, in hopes to inspire others wanting to make the change to tiny a little easier after staying in one for themselves. There are many tiny houses out there. Try to stay in several to see what you like, what you don't like... what you need and what you can go without. It's an experience, and one that we are excited to offer to others. We have listened and now you can stay inside The Tiny Tack House. The house comes with a 6'3" long bench, perfect for the occasional nap, or just relaxing and snuggling up and enjoying a movie. With tons of storage inside, feel free to stash whatever you might not need away for another day. The folding desk under the TV gives you adequate room to use your personal computer or to enjoy your meals. When you are finished, simply fold the desk down and enjoy your entertainment area. There is no cable access, only internet connection to Netflix and YouTube. A huge closet on the main level has plenty of space for your traveling must haves. Store your luggage, coats, hats and other items in the closet to keep the room open and spacious. Since we both needed to work in the tiny house, we installed a second desk. Feel free to use it as your own desk, or extra eating space. You'll find plenty of books and art projects to work on while you are enjoying your visit to TTTH. The house has 12 windows total (11 of which open). The tiny house baths in sunlight and the view of evergreens on the property. In the sleeping loft you will find a queen sized memory foam mattress dressed with blankets on top of blankets. It will leave you feeling just too cozy to get out of bed. The bathroom is fitted with a wine barrel shower and a composting toilet (aka bucket). The kitchen has a small sink, two burner cooktop and a compact refrigerator with separate freezer and fridge space. So get ready to sit back, relax and enjoy tiny! The Tiny Tack House Amenities: *Compact fridge with separate freezer unit. *Condiments in the fridge *French Press *Cereal *Tea *Sugar *Pasta *Rice *Assorted grains *Cutting board *Utensils and Cookware *Cooktop *Olive Oil *Spices / Salt / Pepper *Wine barrel shower *Compost Toilet *TV with internet *Sitting/sleeping bench *Queen sized memory foam mattress *Heaters *Mini fan *Hot water from the 4 gallon hot water heater *Shampoo and soaps *Hairdryer *Tiny house books and other resources. *Bus schedule route book *Hiking books *Games and activities *Outside grill for cooking *Outside sitting area *WiFi
You're not far from most amenities! Just a few blocks away you'll find Albertsons, Haggen, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joe's and Safeway. Located near Hwy 99 you'll find banks like People's Bank, Key Bank and US Bank, as well as many others. If you can't go without your Starbucks, there is one just .9 mile away! You will love the close proximity to The Puget Sound and breath taking views of the Olympic Mountains (perfect at sunset) only minutes from the house. Travel to Howarth Park for some relaxing views and picnic spaces. If you want to be thrown into the woods and not have to travel very far, check out Forest Park. They have lots of fun things to explore as well as old grown evergreens. Things to check out would include: • An Animal Farm • Barbecue • Basketball Court • Field • Horseshoes • Meeting Rooms • Picnic Shelter • Playground • Pool • Restrooms • Street Hockey • Tennis Court • Trail Access • Trails • Water Playground
  • Such a lovely tiny house. Everything was beautifully and thoughtfully laid out for my arrival, and communication with Malissa was very prompt. I would love to stay here again in the future!

  • We stayed here on our wedding night with no regrets! We even forgot a few wedding gifts and cake, and the host was very nice and understanding about us returning for it later.

  • The Tiny Tack House was incredibly lovely and so well-furnished and decorated! I really loved staying here and getting a feel for what living in a tinyhouse is like. The small touches (notes pinned to the walls and appliances with explanations, chocolate in the loft) were seriously very appreciated as well. This was a much-needed getaway from me, and I have Malissa to thank for that - she's a wonderful host and so incredibly communicative and accommodating. Thanks for having me and I hope to stay again sometime!

    Constance2016-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • Our hosts were amazing and staying in the tiny house was a delight. The sleeping loft provided what was probably the best/coziest night of sleep I've ever had. Staying here was definitely a treat.

    Nathan2016-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Such a lovely stay in such a lovely home! It is evident that a lot of care and a lot of love went into creating the Tiny Tack House and the layout is very efficient. Super helpful notes around the house on how to operate things. The loft was so cozy and felt like I was waking up in a tree house. I absolutely loved it!

    Caz2017-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • I loved my stay here! Chris and Malissa are wonderful hosts; their responses to questions were nearly instantaneous from my initial booking to my arrival and stay. The sleeping loft was seriously cozy; I would go back again just for the amazing night's sleep made even better by rain on the skylight. A fun and lovely stay in a "tiny house."

  • So I found this Tiny Tack house on the Seattle, WA listings and I absolutely fell in love with it. Now this reservation was not for me it was for my parents that were going on vacation. I would like to start off by saying that Christopher and Malissa are AMAZING hosts. They answered my messages very very promptly (which is a big deal for me because that's one of my pet peeves when they don't respond quickly) and answered all of my questions, and let me tell you, I had PLENTY of questions. Pretty much every day I bothered them but they ALWAYS answered all of my annoying questions. Upon arrival, they came outside late at night to greet my parents. They also helped me when it came to having a gift delivered to the Tiny Tack house for my mom's birthday. They made sure they were there to receive it and place it inside. Furthermore, my parents said that the Tiny Tack house was the cutest the cutest little thing ever. Everything inside was impeccable, there were instructions for everything in the house just in case you needed help. Chris and Malissa have great taste in decorating the house. They were such a warmhearted couple. We would definitely recommend the Tiny Tack house for anyone who wants to experience living in tiny houses. We thank them so much for everything. My parents had a great time.

    Vanessa2016-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This experience was superb from start to finish! Everything was exactly as advertised, the house was set back behind the house, it was very quiet, no one disturbed me, the house was very cozy, and Malissa walked me through the house showing me around. (lights, temperature, etc.) She provided me with ideas for where to spend my time, food and parks wise. There are many local shops nearby, both for shopping, food, and many highly rated restaurants. The bed is luxurious with the most plush pillows and soft fuzzy blankets you can imagine. The TV is hooked up to Netflix and WiFi is available. There was plenty of space to move in my food from the cooler, store my coats, and my over sized luggage. The house was masterfully crafted and includes many tiny home reference books to peruse. The "main house" has laundry, full bath, and a gorgeous granite kitchen that is all accessible to the guest. Such a strong sense of community emanates from this house and the people in it. I cannot imagine having had a better experience. Book your stay in the TINY TACK house today, and experience living small and a beautiful and warm home.

The shared bathroom was always very clean and well kept. I'll return any time I have reason to visit Everett WA.

Lovely second floor room with a private bath in our historic 1910 home. Just 5 minutes off of I-5, we are located 30 minutes north of Seattle, 15 minutes from Boeing, with both the Everett waterfront and Providence Hospital each a little over a mile away.
Lovely second floor room in our historic 1910 home, furnished with an antique bedroom set from the same era. The room is located away from the rest of the bedrooms, and the freshly-remodeled private bath is located just across the hall. The bedroom features a full-size bed, and is cheerfully bathed in natural light with 3 large windows, located on the eastern and southern walls. Street parking is free, and readily available. Located 5 minutes off of I-5, we are 30 minutes north of Seattle, 30 minutes south of the Skagit Tulip Festival, and just 20 minutes to the ferries that will take you to the San Juan Islands. This location offers easy access to both urban and rural activities, centrally located for wonderful day trips as you explore the Pacific Northwest!
The neighborhood is filled with lovely old houses built around the same time as ours (1910), which makes for very pleasant views in an evening stroll. Just a short 1/2 mile away you can watch the sun set over Puget Sound from the peaceful Grand Avenue park, located on a bluff that captures the view of the Everett waterfront.
  • Exceeded expectations, located in an ideal location for early morning and evening walks to the waterfront. Maybe you will be fortunate to catch evening colors sounding at sunset over Naval Station Everett.

Stan gave us some great travel tips and even a travel book to take with us. The room, bathroom, and bed were very comfortable, the house is exactly as pictured, and the neighborhood was wonderful and very close to downtown Everett.

Julia took the time to give us a house tour of their beautiful historic home and the renovations in progress. She was flexible on the check-in time and happy to advise on neighborhood walks. We would definitely stay there again.

  • This is a cute place with amazing views of the Sound, and Lori was very hospitable. Upon arrival she offered to get us groceries. In the AM, she made us a lovely breakfast of pancakes and sausage. Did I mention the views were gorgeous? And there's a great little waterfront park a 10-minute walk from her place.

  • Lovely view, comfy bed and very attentive host.

    Anthony2017-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • I spent one of the most peaceful weekends at Lori's place. It had a gorgeous view, the room was very nicely decorated and Lori and Scott went above and beyond to make me feel home. It was very difficult to go back to my real home at the end of the trip. I was looking for a quiet place with sea view to work on my dissertation and I'm so happy that I came across Lori's listing. Everything was as described, and the pictures do not do it justice at all. Their place was very easy to find, I was expecting to get lost but that didn't happen. When Lori and Scott welcomed me it felt like I was visiting some relatives or someone whom I've already known. I really enjoyed our conversations, and they are also very professional about keeping the interactions at the level you'd prefer. I had brought my monitor with me and Scott kindly helped me carry it and set it up. They knew I was there to study so they made sure I had enough outlets, coffee and water. Wifi worked great, so that was huge plus. Scott even asked me if the height of the desk is fine and offered to adjust if needed. I would definitely recommend visiting their wonderful place, and I'll definitely be back! THE HOUSE: Easy to find, spacious, amazing view from the room itself, the living room and the deck. The deck is perfect to just hang out, study, sunbathe or do yoga. The sounds of birds and seals make it even more relaxing. Kitchen is equipped with all amenities you'd need and there's always coffee! THE ROOM: The view from the room is breathtaking the room is decorated so nicely. Really liked the bed and the sheets, and the combination of colors. There's a mini fridge and a coffee maker in the room, and a desk so it's basically everything you need. Lori and Scott had left chocolate and a bottle to put a note in to leave in the water, which I think was very cute. The bed is elevated so you fall asleep to one amazing view and wake up to another amazing one. There's tv, roku and headsets; the heater worked really well, and lights were dimmable, so they thought about almost every detail. BREAKFAST: Delicious and prepared by Lori. I liked how she asked me if I had any dietary restrictions and my preferences. The dining area also faces the water so you'll enjoy the view while having breakfast too. THE STAY: Was just wonderful. It's perfect for business travel, a romantic gateway or just about any travel occasion. They were very courteous, attentive, and most importantly, very friendly. Thanks again for having me Lori & Scott, and I can't wait to be back soon!

  • IF you are staying in the Everett, WA area, you won't find a nicer place to stay and nicer people to stay with. Make this AIR BnB your first place to stay, you will not regret it. You will quickly connect and find you are staying with friends. The room is excellent and the view breathtaking.

  • Lori made sure we felt comfortable and relaxed, like we were at home. The location is really nice, especially for a romantic get-away or just a lets get out of the city weekend. The views are to die for! The furnishings and all the little extras she has thought to put out for her guests, just makes you feel special. Our only negative was that our reason for staying was to visit family in the area and they wound up being more available than we expected. This resulted in us not being able to experience the peace, the calm, and relaxation that just comes from hanging out there as much as we would have liked. This was no fault of theirs. Still we enjoyed the location greatly. Just sitting there, sipping hot coffee, and watching the Sound was very therapeutic. Enjoy!

    Gerald2017-07-10T00:00:00Z
  • The place was as described. We hardly knew anyone else was there! Quick responses to any questions or issues. Clean gorgeous room with breathtaking views. They had a fire for us outside on the deck and showed where we were on a large map which was very helpful. The room was cool from open windows. A bit warmer when sunny. The bed was the highest ever but so comfy, nice to watch the sunset over the waters every night! Love the lights around the bed!Great photo ops, even spotted a bald eagle. Bring a camera or a sketch pad for this place! Be sure to request breakfast each day. Omelette was tasty. Lots of snack foods if needed. But if you plan to cook you must buy your own breakfast food. Small fridge in room, no microwave. The kitchen is also available. Their suggestion for dinner was perfect at the marina. Shared bathroom was clean and never felt like anyone else was there. Luscious robes were super comfy. Such interesting art pieces as well. Beach and parks nearby. A very nice relaxing experience after a hard week of work. We would definitely return!

    Pat2017-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Looking out at the water everyday was beyond relaxing. I was captivating everytime I walked in the door there was a view. My work day just went away the second I walked in the door. I wanted to take everyone there and will go back. A~

  • Cathy and Craig are super friendly and very gracious hosts! We were in Everett for business for a few days. Our stay in their beautiful home was perfect. The accommodations are immaculate and comfortable and coming and going was quick and easy. We didn’t want to eat out every meal and Cathy was very accommodating allowing us full use of her kitchen during our stay. Cathy was up early in the mornings to set out coffee, juice and hot water for us and even offered breakfast pastries. We truly enjoyed getting to know Craig and Cathy and highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

I love the quaint neighborhood feeling, the fruit trees that line the street and the friendliness of the neighbors. Victoria's Cottage is the only house on this side of the block. So there are no houses on either side which gives even more privacy and space. Yet, blocks away are pharmacies, shops, two big supermarkets, banks...you can even walk to the main downtown area which is about 8 blocks from the cottage.
  • Victoria's Cottage was everything she advertised it to be. My husband and I stayed there for 5 days with my parents, and we enjoyed it thoroughly! It's got a great yard and patio, is easy to find, is fully-stocked with everything you might need and was comfortable. The location is great: 2 blocks to a park with tennis courts, a few blocks from downtown and the marina. Victoria was great about communicating with us, and even left some breakfast treats and a lovely welcome card. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

  • Victoria's cottage was a lovely and quiet retreat for me and my husband. It is very clean, cleverly decorated, and nicely located to the freeway and north Everett. We stayed 5 nights and will consider a longer period on our next visit to Everett. Comfortable living room furniture to cozy into and a restful support mattress on the bed. We appreciated a thoughtful gift from the host of breakfast items, and lovely flowers. We felt "at home."

  • Great stay. House was well furnished, everything was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Listing was accurate. I would absolutely recommend for other travelers.

    Thomas2016-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Safe; well-located for water views, dog-walking, and local businesses; lovely backyard. No AC but you probably won't need it (unless there's a heat wave and smog from Canadian forest fires, but hey! Climate change). Nice touches, like welcome basket. Leave time to do a basic tidy-up. Full set of appliances (didn't even use'em all). Probably a good base for longer stays. Host very responsive via text.

  • My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Victoria's Cottage! Everthing was clean, the beds were cozy and we felt completely at home! The location was easy to get to all our destinations. Our dog Winston really loved laying in the yard enjoying the sunny days. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Victoria for sharing your beautiful cozy cottage with us!

    Meghan2015-06-07T00:00:00Z
  • Victoria's Cottage was a great place for a small family to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything we needed. I appreciated that there were a lot of little things she had on hand like salt and sugar. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The location was very convenient and although it was only blocks from a busy street, the noise level was not an issue at all. Victoria has provided a perfect home away from home and we would definitely stay here again any time we are back in the area.

    Suzanne2014-11-07T00:00:00Z
  • Once again, I had a wonderful stay. Victoria was communicative and had everything ready for our arrival. The cottage was in order and everything was as pictured in the listing's photos. I highly recommend staying here for your PNW visit. Even during a high wind storm we had power where most of Everett did not!

    Teresa2015-11-22T00:00:00Z
  • This house is very cute and well furnished. It's surrounded by a fence and large shrubbery that made it feel like the Secret Garden. The kitchen is equipped with anything you'd need to cook a full meal. We were greeted with a welcome note, delicious scones and fresh fruit. There's a wonderful coffee stand just a block away that the locals frequent in droves. Like most old houses, this one doesn't have air conditioning and we were fortunate to miss the 90+ heat. But it was still in the 80's and hard to cool even with fans in nearly every room. Victoria is a great host, and when we were surprised with a plumbing issue, she was very quick to respond and personally made sure it was taken care of.

Welcome to our home! We have a fully furnished guest room with hardwood floors and a private bathroom. The room has a mini fridge and coffee and tea. We also try to keep some snacks in the room like breakfast bars, yogurt, fruit and orange juice. We're an active household who loves to have fun (noisy!) but keeps things quiet in the evenings. We have quite time from 11pm to 7am. We'd recommend head phones or ear plugs for light sleepers as the hardwoods cause sound to travel easily.
We have a very unique house that was extensively customized by an old dutch craftsman. It's on a very big property with lots of lawn and flowers. We don't keep the property meticulously by any means, but it's enchanting for us and we love it. We're open to providing access to our kitchen on a case by case basis depending on the length of your stay, needs and what's going on in our little world at the time. Your room is right next to our kitchen and due to the hardwoods noise travels pretty easily between rooms. We try to get everything quited down by around 11pm, but it's usually pretty noisy during the day starting around 7am. We'd recommend head phones or ear plugs for light sleepers.
We grew up in the Puget Sound area and while we love the city we finally chose to settle in Everett. The neighborhood we live is named South Forest Park. We love our neighborhood as it's a great cross section of Everett, a few blocks away from the beautiful and big Forest Park, tucked away but only 5 minutes from the freeway.
  • Joy greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Very nice people

  • Joy was friendly when I got there while she showed me the room. The place was very clean and comfortable. I just needed a place to sleep for the night and it was perfect.

    Kurt2016-11-12T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent space. Dwayne and Joy have a big family so they don't have much time to spare, yet they are very friendly and made the room quite inviting. Freshly-cut flowers, a bowl of fresh fruit, Keurig coffee maker, and a beautiful view right out the door. As soon as I walked in, they offered me a delicious burrito. Recommend to anyone.

    Noel2016-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • They were great hosts! They stayed I contact with me and were very responsive. Made sure that we had everything we needed. Only thing I felt bad about was coming in so late and making the dog bark! It does get pretty noisy in the mornings though with the kids screaming, and since I'm never around kids I personally wasn't used to that. Overall it was a very nice stay!

    Katie2016-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • Very pleasant stay and friendly hosts. As I only stayed one night and needed to leave early, there is not much more I can add. Thanks again for the breakfast surprise, I was really yummy!

    Michael 2016-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed here for one night and it was very lovely. I was exhausted when I came in so I did not interact much with Joy and her family but everyone was very nice. I felt like I had good privacy with the room and private bathroom. I did her some of the children in the morning but I had to wake up early anyway. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Joy even had a snack basket in the room for me which was much appreciated. The house itself is unique and super cool. I loved hearing Joy tell me about how the house was built. You can really tell she loves her home. I had a lovely time, thank you!

Welcome to the Blue Room! We are located East of Mukilteo Beach and South of Downtown Everett.
Brookridge Boulevard is strategically located, whether you're coming from the Beach or from the City. Our house is within a ten-minute drive from the Everett Mall or Mukilteo Beach, twelve-minute drive from Downtown Everett, and thirty-minute drive from Downtown Seattle. Our house is about a forty five minute drive from the Seattle Tacoma International Airport. We are located at a nine-minute drive from the Boeing Factory. We welcome travelers of all backgrounds (sports, leisure, etc.), including business travelers.
This neighborhood is on a quiet dead-end street (a cove) with friendly neighbors.
  • Great hosts! We realty enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean, very comfortable, and they went out of their way to take good care of us. Don't think this was mentioned in the description, but this room comes with a private bathroom! We would highly recommend these hosts!

  • Great place and good hospitality. Cozy room with great privacy.

    Jasmine2017-06-12T00:00:00Z
  • Had a great 2 night stay. If you are traveling for business (i.e. at Boeing), stay here vs. a hotel and save the difference. Room was highly clean and I felt pampered by the small touches: toiletries basket, fruit snacks, coffee basket. The private bathroom made the entire experience almost like a hotel stay. I personally had no issue with finding parking on the street, but I noticed the adjacent neighbourhood (5 min walk) has additional street parking.

    Ebad2017-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Othman and his home are very inviting and comfortable for anyone traveling to Seattle or the surrounding area. The one-story suburban home is a quick drive to Boeing and only about 35 minutes to Seattle downtown in rush hour. Othman and his mother were welcoming and their back bedroom (the Blue Room) was very clean and well-furnished, with more space than it looked like from the pictures online. Bathroom had all the amenities you could need, including a magnifying makeup mirror and extra shampoos. He even had complimentary tea and coffee in the room and other amenities we didn't expect but did enjoy. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Top quality AirBnb experience.

  • What can I say about this place. The location was nice and quiet, the price was reasonable. This place had a home away from home feel. The Hosts were super nice. They even went above and beyond into offering help to find me a rental car when I had trouble looking for one. I would definitely recommend people visiting to book with Othman.

    Andy2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Best place ever. Everything was perfect. The host's are amazing and very welcoming. If you are coming to Seattle this is the best place.

Freshly remodeled 3rd floor loft apartment atop a classic 1910 home. One bedroom, one bath, with a separate entry to/from the outside. The unit has new bedroom carpet, granite kitchen countertops, gorgeous fir floors, and an *amazing* view of Puget Sound from the balcony!
  • I was here over summer for an internship. It was a great place to stay, very clean, Julia and Stan were super nice. Great location and view.

  • I stayed here while working as a travel nurse at Providence. It was perfect! The apartment was clean, perfectly furnished, quiet, and only 5 minutes from work. Julia and Stan were kind and helpful in every situation and easy to communicate with. I enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset over the sound on my days off. It is truly beautiful area. The neighborhood is nice, and it is a quick walk or drive to Safeway, the food co-op and numerous restaurants. Great place!

  • Really awesome place. Loved my stay over here!

    Kate2017-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • It is hard to find the right words for this beautiful flat. First of all: Everything was just perfect! Julia and Stan are the greatest hosts ever. We moved to the USA in October and we could live in this cosy and stylish loft for several weeks after our arrival. It is not just true to the original style and comfortable with a lot of space, with a thought-out equipment and a romantic view on the Pacific and the Olympic Peninsula in the sunset. It is far more than this, because Julia and Stan love to be hosts and are great and funny people! They had the best information for all of our questions. They were helpful and sociable, respectful and giving privacy in the same time. We slept very well and absolutely enjoyed our stay! We will always remember this georgious start in the US! Everett is a great spot to enjoy nature activities, good food, a nice town and a short distance for trips to Seattle downtown. We loved to stay here and can only recommend this loft with its hosts!

  • Our stay at in the Industrial Room was excellent. We didnt spend much time in our room as we were busy exploring Seattle! However, the room was cozy and comfortable. We had a brief encounter with Chris, he was extremely charismatic and easy going. We got a glimpse of the Cozy Retreat room and it looked pretty cool as well. Highly recommended if your visiting Seattle or surrounding areas!

Shared spaces were clean, tidy and organized, very comfortable. Malissa & Chris are welcoming hosts and have thought of all the details. Communication was simple and clear. Would definitely recommend!
