  • We were visiting Worcestershire for a couple of days for the Pershore Plum festival - so what better place to stay than this brilliantly imaginative conversion of a French school bus, standing in the idyllic setting of an old fruit orchard. The bus has all the amenities you'd want and the use of space is really clever. Michael and Lyn are welcoming and lovely hosts and made our short stay in this pretty part of the country very special.

    Alison2015-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • This bus was absolutely amazing to stay in, beautifully located, super cozy and just pretty perfect. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, friendly, and brought us breakfast in the morning, which was really good!

  • My partner and I had a lovely weekend at Michael and Lyn's charming French school bus and we were made to feel very welcome. The bus has a wonderful feeling to it; we didn't want to leave! It is the perfect spot to explore the Cotwolds, and we would recommend it to everyone!

    Sinéad2015-09-13T00:00:00Z
  • A Beautiful bus and the best hosts you could think of. Mick was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Can't wait to come back!!

    Amy2015-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at the bus was an amazing experience. It was very clean and tidy, comfortable, beautifully decorated, warm (although it was a very cold night) and in a very natural environment. Michael was away but we met Lynn and she is lovely; very helpful and accommodating. She even baked us croissants in the morning! We will definitely be revisiting!

    New2016-03-14T00:00:00Z
  • The photos really don't do this special place justice. The bus has been turned into such a cosy space that you often forget where you are, when you do remember it's a bus conversion it's a lovely surprise. Michael and Lynn are two of the nicest people we've met and made my family and I most welcome. I urge you to stay over in their unique creation- it's a rare find.

    Dan2015-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • What a gorgeous place to stay! The school bus itself has everything you need (no sweaty teenagers here!) and was spotlessly clean as well as very comfortable. Our 7 month old son just loved the bus, and so did we. All set in Michael & Lyn's gorgeous garden/orchard. We only stayed one night as a stopover but had a great walk around the beautiful village. Michael popped over with some croissants and strawberries in the morning (sweet touch) and they left all the basics for us on arrival. We had a great stay. Thank you!

    Eileen2015-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • I booked a night in the bus as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and he absolutely loved it! When we arrived at the bus there was even happy birthday balloons inside which was such a thoughtful addition and really made us smile. The bus is beautifully renovated and so comfortable, thought has gone in to every detail and it really makes you feel like your staying somewhere special :) also the bed is super comfortable! We sat and enjoyed a drink in the orchard as the sunset and it was amazing and so peaceful. Michael and Lyn were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome and as others have said the fresh croissants and fruit in the morning where wonderful and a really lovely finish to our trip. We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to stay again one day! Thank you for making us so welcome and letting us stay in such a wonderful place, definitely a birthday to remember :)

  • Clean and well equipped accommodation. Very cosy and warm despite our visit being in November. Excellent location for the Cotswolds and the theatres in Stratford. Made very welcome without being intrusive. Highly recommended.

  • Thanks for making us feel welcome and for your recommendations. Ratty's retreat is the perfect size and has everything we needed.

    Stephanie2016-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Rattys retreat was a perfect haven, it had all the essentials included, clean andupmarket too. Dave was great at communicating all the way through, and helpful on our arrival with tips on where to go. We stayed here to cycle the Cotswolds and wasn't able to hire any nearby, mainly because we booked it late and it was half term! So we drove to bourton to hire them there. This worked out well as the cycling around the slaughters and swells were amazing. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Good on you David for providing a welcoming home from home.

  • Veronica was very prompt and helpful with her replies right from the first enquiry. She was really flexible to our needs which was very appreciated. 2 adults and 4 children spent a very happy and comfortable weekend in this beautiful house. Really a home from home! Everything we needed was there for us and the extras we forget were easily got from the local supermarkets. The house and bathrooms were spotless - and I am fussy! The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable (and all the children reported very comfortable sleeps, even my youngest son on the pull out bed), and the ensuite was brilliant to have allowing the children to have the main bathroom. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and has a really peaceful and relaxed feel. It was a perfect base for us and we will definitely be back if we need to stay locally again. Highly recommended!

    Rebecca2018-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Veronica's place was impeccable, just a beauty. The system of self-checking is very efficient and practical, we appreciated that much. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Veronica's place and will recommend it to everyone.

    Suzana 2017-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place to stay, we are already looking into when we can go again. The house was even better then we imagined.

    Talia2016-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • Veronica's house was perfect in every way! My kids loves the park that sits right outside the front door and the rest of us loved the space, the beautiful layout of her house, the location, and the closeness to town. We'd recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the Cotswolds.

  • Lovely couple, very good location

    Jenni2017-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Claudia and James were so friendly and welcoming. They were helpful in making recommendations for places to go and things to see and even lent us a few books on good walks in the area. They really made us feel at home even in the shared spaces. They didn't mind us using the kitchen to cook or the tele. The house is very cosy feeling. The room is big with a comfy bed and plenty of clothes storage. The window has a nice view of the street with all the beautiful homes. The only downside is that the bathroom is downstairs if you have to pee in the middle of the night. Although Evesham is not in the Cotswolds exactly, it is a very quick drive to many local villages. I found it to be a great location. I would absolutely recommend this spot!

We have enjoyed a fantastic first year as hosts and many thanks to all our wonderful guests. We offer bed and breakfast with the luxury of a private and independent space with its own door separate from our house. The space is: bedroom, small lounge and shower room with breakfast served in the ground floor utility room. Private car parking is provided on our driveway at the front of the building.
The accommodation is newly and immaculately appointed: bedroom; small living room with TV; shower room with wash basin and toilet; groundfloor breakfast room. The bed is a small double i.e. 4' in width. 'Continental' breakfast is included: croissants, pains au chocolat, toast, fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Tea and Coffee making facilities are on hand to use at any time. Wi-if is provided.
Our location should appeal both to casual walkers and seasoned hikers. Footpaths to Bretforton (check out the Fleece Inn!) and to Willersey (nearest Cotswold village) are literally around the corner. Badsey has strong historical connections with the cultivation of asparagus. The Vale of Evesham asparagus festival is held annually in May and June. Badsey village itself is something of an enigma: home to a blacksmith on the opposite side of the street to a dance studio housed in a former Methodist chapel!
  • An exceptional place with a beautiful garden and warm host. Place was spotlessly clean and comfortable, would highly recommend!

  • As in the description, the rooms (bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom) are separate from the house and quite self-contained. Everything was clean and tidy. There are some lovely views from the windows. We had a very enjoyable stay for two nights.

  • We enjoyed spending our evening at Charles' place. It's a great stopover between Bath and the Lake District. The annexe was clean, well organised and private. The living area was pleasant and allowed for nice down time in front of the TV. Bathroom facilities were also great. Continental breakfast in the morning was more than sufficient. We would definitely recommend staying here.

We got much more than expected and I would definitely recommend Charles's house for anyone travelling even remotely near this area! Would definitely consider his place for a second visit!

  • Lucy is a friendly, relaxed and flexible host who instantly made you feel at home. Her house is beautifully presented yet warm and inviting. The room is clean, bright and simply furnished making it user friendly for a weekend stay. The well appointed and immaculately clean bathroom is next door rather than on suite but this was not an issue for us. Lovely soft towels are provided and complimentary toiletries if there is anything you have forgotten. The kitchen, where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, breakfast etc is well laid out for guests and very user friendly. The house location is in a quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac but close to the A46 making it very easy to get to Stratford, Evesham, Bidford and all the surrounding areas. We wouldn't hesitate to book again when next in the area. Everything is well thought through to make your stay plesent and trouble free. A professionally run, friendly, relaxed and comfortable stay and excellent value for money.

  • Lucy's home was very clean and comfortable. The room was light and airy and the bed was very comfortable. There are full kitchen facilities, which were very handy for self catering. The location is well situated for travel and sight seeing around the area, Tewkesbury, Worcester and Gloucester are all within a reasonable distance, but a car is probably required. Lucy was very friendly and took time to explain everything upon check in. Thanks so much for a lovely stay Lucy!

  • The house is in a peaceful setting with friendly owners who enjoy hosting people. Lovely home. Nice area for sitting and eating breakfast. Convenient for exploring the Cotswolds. No locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors but there was a door jam to put in the bathroom door.

  • Lucy and Richard were most welcoming and generous hosts, insisting that we treated their place as if it was our home.We had a great night's stay in their lovely home and would highly recommend it to all airbnb members. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

  • Lucy was there to greet us and made us feel very welcome in her lovely home. Everything was as we wished it to be - lovely, clean, warm house and friendly family ensuring our every need was catered for. Very comfortable rooms and spotless, warm bathroom. We were encouraged to make use of the kitchen for tea, coffee, etc, and also offered the use of the dining room and lounge. I'd certainly recommend this host and property.

This romantic self contained open plan barn is full of quirky charm! In the heart of the village with two country pubs and conveniently opposite the Spar shop. Double bed (190cm L x 135cm W) upstairs and two singles/sofas below. Separate shower/wc. Private courtyard and off road parking.
Beautiful grade 2 listed Georgian property with original Blue Lias flagstone flooring and a stunning exposed wattle and daub wall. Lovely mix of old and new beams and large screen window overlooking your private courtyard. Ideally suited for a romantic break away. The barn, apart from a separate shower room/wc, is all open plan. The bedroom area on the mezzanine floor is limited to space as it is in the eaves of the roof. As you will see from the photos, the bed is very close to the top step and therefore extra care should be taken whilst getting in and out of bed. The apex of the roof is not a million miles away and again care should be taken not to bump your head! There are 2 roof light windows, one of which is a fire escape window and we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the workings in the event of a fire. There are two single beds on the ground floor which also double up as sofas during the day with plenty of cushions for extra comfort. All bed linen and towels are provided. We appreciate your help so that we do not have to wash items unnecessarily - anything that has not been used, i.e. pillows or towels, should be left neatly and quite separately from those used items. The barn is not ideal for small children/toddlers as there are many stairs and areas where little ones may come a cropper! Also being open plan means there is no quiet area as such. We do not have either a cot or high chair or suitable bathing facilities. The kitchen area has a table (seats 4), kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and sink. There is no cooker. The barn has it's own entrance and porch with coat hooks and space for wellies. There is a parking space on the property (under the pergola) and directly outside the barn. Access to the driveway is a little tight but there is a reversing space so that you can leave the property going forward! Being on the corner of the High Street and a residential road means that inevitably you will hear some local traffic.
Badsey is a very friendly village with good local walks, two village pubs and a well stocked grocery shop. Evesham, only two miles away, has a wide selection of restaurants, shops and a wonderful Art Deco cinema. Badsey is well placed for racing enthusiasts (Cheltenham,Stratford Upon Avon and Worcester) and all things Shakespearen (museums and theatres) also at Stratford. Within a short drive are the idyllic Cotswold villages of Broadway and Chipping Campden.
  • Had a lovely weekend at the barn, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Was completely hassle free and had plenty of breakfast provided, plus thanks to Sally for the great local suggestions. Great communication and instructions from Sally prior to arrival— also very clear and thoughtful signs and notes throughout the place :-) We also really appreciated the breakfast options as they were a great start to the day! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore around the Cotswolds as it is a reasonable drive to other villages!

    Ashley2017-07-26T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the barn for two nights. We both had arrived back from a business trip and needed some relaxation. Full bowls of fruit, tea and chocolate, an array of books, deep cushioned seating and a swing! Sally thought this place up in a dream. Oh! And it's warm! Thanks Sally! Vanessa and Vin

  • Nigel was welcoming, friendly and accommodating!

    Anne-Marie2016-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a fantastic time here. Nigel and Sheila were brilliant hosts, so helpful and friendly. This is an excellent escape to the country and the hut is a great space with everything you need! I highly recommend staying here, there're a couple of great pubs nearby too.

    Nyisha2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic Shepherd's Hut in a quiet rural location. The hut itself has everything you could possibly need, I feel like the hosts go over and above to accommodate their guests and this is clear to see in their 'handy-tips' and 'instruction' pages they leave out for guests. We were initially worried with how private it would be, but in reality you do feel very excluded which is great. Excellent value for money, couldn't have been happier.

    Alex2017-07-30T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely quiet place to stay. Would reccomend to any one looking for a romantic get away. Lovely outside area for a BBQ. Bed is also bigger than it looks in the picture. Lovely stay would defiantly revisit.

  • The stay at Nigel and Sheila was fantastic from the champagne in the fridge on arrival to the fruit in the accommodation, grounds fantastic as well as awesome hosts. A stay here if you are looking for absolute relaxation and quiet is highly recommended and certainly return soon.

  • Clean and cosy, with everything you need tucked away prettily: the shower and toilet had ample space (and I'm a large lady) , and the bed was a full double width. All felt very spacious. Even had electric for phone charger and hairdrier. Nigel greeted us and showed us everything, and informed us on local pubs; very friendly host, and we plan to visit again when we are in the area.

    Jane2017-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Quirky but lovely hut. Nigel was a great host and we had a great stay. Brilliant location for exploring the Cotswolds.

    Mark2017-05-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had an amazing time at Nigel's Hut. The place is small and very cosy but the space was very well used with facilities to make your stay nice and comfortable. The hut is located in the middle of the field without anything around which makes a perfect moment to relax and have a bit a privacy. Inside we have a nice fireplace to keep you warm and outside we had a barbecue on a bonfire! Nigel was very nice and receptive showing how the hut works and even providing a map to hep us walk/drive to nearest pub in the village. A great place and a great host!

  • Such a great spot for a Cotswolds break. The place is perfect, clean and equipped with everything you need. The cottage is decorated to a very high standard which instantly relaxes you and makes you feel very at home. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing getaway.

  • Steve and Alison were very helpful from the outset of the booking. They answered any questions we had and explained how to get to the property in the evening which was quite useful after a long drive. They were very welcoming which complemented the property which was very comfortable and close to a number of the areas we wanted to visit nearby. A highlight was cozying up to the fire on our anniversary evening. Top marks on all counts. It definitely met our high expectations and we would thoroughly recommend staying at The Stables.

    Yaz2017-11-06T00:00:00Z
  • A beautiful, well appointed stable conversion. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and had every amenity necessary for a really comfortable stay. The enclosed courtyard was perfect for our small dog. The property is ideally situated in a quiet hamlet with lots of local walks and great for exploring the Cotswolds and Stratford areas without having to travel too far. Steve and Alison have put in a lot of effort to make sure their guests enjoy their stay and are happy to give advice about the locality if needed. We will definitely stay again if we find ourselves in this lovely part of the country again. Perfect Airbnb hosts!

Steve was very helpful and attentive but left us to our own devices after ensuring we’d settled in and showing us where things were kept. Location was great, 15-20 minutes to lots of popular local destinations! Very comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and we will certainly be back!

Nearby National Trust properties include Dover's Hill, Hidcote Gardens, Snowshill and The Fleece Pub is only 1 mile away in Bretforton.

Maples Lodge is very well insulated, but has gas fired central heating and hot water to ensure its always a cosy temperature.
  • Great place, looks better in real life than the photos and James is a friendly but not intrusive host. If you need to stay in the Evesham area this is an excellent choice, quiet location, comfortable accommodation and very good value.

  • Fantastic place to stay, great location. The Annex decor and layout is of an excellent and very high standard with all the requirements you would need whilst staying. James is an excellent host with great and prompt communication and goes to great lenghts to ensure you enjoy your stay at the Annex, the perfect place to get a great nights sleep after a long hard days work and traveling. Would highly recommend The Annex to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

    Ian2017-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • James was an excellent host. It was great to find a small stock of food and drink available for us on arrival. The Annex is a bit of a 'Tardis'. It does not look much from the outside, however, the inside is certainly large enough for two adults and could probably sleep more. The whole place is clean and bright. The bed is comfortable and the shower works very well. We found that the location was very well situated for visiting the local Cotswold towns, villages and superb gardens.

    Andrew2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • James was a wonderful host from the get go and I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The annex had been recently built and offered modern comfortable living with just the right amount of privacy. James also went above and beyond to provide additional amenities to make our stay more enjoyable. The surrounding area was also easily accessible (two good pubs within walking distance) and the beautiful Cotswold hills just a short easy drive away. Thank you again for a wonderful trip we couldn't recommend staying with you enough.

  • Lovely private annex in a peaceful location. The annex is well equipped, clean and with the bonus of space to park. James was really helpful providing great instructions to find the property and even left some breakfast food in the kitchen! Wifi worked well too, would definitely stay again.

  • James's place is clean, fresh, wonderfully catered for and very comfortable. James was a very accommodating guest who was amenable, flexible and helpful. The only downside of the property is the bath and washroom facilities which lack a little privacy, but james has helped this to the best of his ability by putting up a moveable screen. The views nearby were lovely, there is a great selection of books, lots of kitchen equipment and an Apple TV on the property. I have advised james should I ever be in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

My place is close to Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham Racecourse, Broadway, The North Cotswolds, Malvern Hill & Three Counties Showground, Warwick Castle etc.. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness (a real home from home), the kitchen , the high ceilings, the rural location yet just a mile into town. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
We allow a max. of 2 dogs per lodge and charge £10 per dog per stay.
Offenham has 2 river side pubs on the banks of the River Avon. It is believed to have the longest row of thatched cottages in Europe and a Maypole.
  • Great find! Our friends were getting married close by and we used this as our base to get ready and recover from the celebrating. The owner was very helpful and provided me with local taxi numbers to pre-book the taxi as we came back late. Everything was so easy. A Great experience. Would highly recommend.

  • Perfect for small families, would be nice for large or groups of families to book huts next to each other as they are very close and lend themselves to socialising. Very private and quiet, we were in the hut nearest the road and couldn't hear any noise at all.

My place is close to restaurants and dining and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighbourhood, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples.
A honey coloured cotswold stone cottage, without doubt in the idyllic rural setting. Guests can relax in comfort, surrounded by the open countryside whilst still being within reach of tourist attractions, pubs and a village shop.
ocated near the village of Willersey, Walnut Tree Cottage makes a quaint getaway whilst being within walking distance to two pubs with restaurant facilities, and a village store. Within driving distance to Broadway, Stratford Upon Avon and Moreton in marsh (with train links to London). The cottage is ideally situated to be within a range of many well known destinations. The lounge features one two seater leather sofa and a two seater ercol sofa. There is a HD flat screen (free view) TV, with a DVD player. The dining table, with six chairs, may also be found here.
  • The cottage was nice, close to two beautiful villages with great eating and great pubs. Disappointed by overgrown outside areas and car park, not enough toilet paper four people and no wifi. Didn't seem completely ready for guests.

This beautiful, character, Grade II Listed black and white cottage is located in the picturesque village of Cropthorne at the edge of the West Midlands near Cotswolds AONB. Built in the 1600's, the exposed original beams and wood burning fireplace take you right back in time.
Our place is a lovely two bed cottage on a quite no through road with about 5 other cottages on and two big houses. You have your own drive to for up to 3 cars. You have a lovely log-burner which we provide logs for. Ideal for couples who want a little romantic break or family’s you want to get away.
Quite little No through road. As you leave the cottage at the end of the road if you turn left . Just down the road on the right you’ll find a lovely playing field and park great to walk the dog or take the children to play.
  • A charming little cottage in a very secluded location. Our four year old was thrilled by the dinosaur bedding provided! The fireplace is such a lovely touch and we enjoyed warm winter evenings playing board games. We also travelled with a young baby (four months) and the kitchen was perfectly equipped for making bottles etc. Local walks were good for the dog and we enjoyed the local pub. A fantastic place for a family getaway!

  • Really very lucky to be here, with the mother and grandma to the town to experience the Christmas atmosphere, where very quiet, you can live in the fireplace, and the landlord is particularly good, what information promptly replied, a great stay Experience, if a friend is going to play, will definitely recommend

The property is a two bed self contained flat attached to the main house, offering a warm homely and welcoming environment, and creating a 'home from home retreat' for individuals, couples and small families alike. This is a well equipped property offering independence should you not wish to use the plentiful local amenities. Benefiting from beautiful views of Pershore, nestled in the north east corner of the Cotswolds, in the Vale of Evesham, the area has much to offer and explore for all.
This is a fully self contained 2 bedroom flat accessed via private front door up one flight of stairs. Kitchen contains hob and full oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, with washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with basin and toilet, there is also access to a toilet on the ground floor. Arrangements can be made for use of a travel cot, high chair and toys for the younger ones. Parking is available in front of the main house. A tray of tea coffee and milk will be available on arrival. Please note the apartment is not serviced during your stay. however, we are happy to help out with any thing extra if we have it to hand during your stay.
Based in a small quiet village with black and white thatched cottages. St Michael's church stands at the heart of the village dating back to doomsday book and Norman times . Over looking the River Avon, well known by fishermen, there are walks along the banks with stunning views of Cropthorne and Fladbury Mills.
  • Wonderful little flat in an idyllic location. The host was welcoming and always on hand to help if we needed anything. It was perfect for our stay. The flat was immaculate and had everything we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the flat more! Thanks again, Neil! The London team :)

  • We stayed in Neil & Tracey's Penn House apartment in the vale of Evesham as a base for a Cotswold trip. The setting is beautiful in the picturesque village of Cropthorne, only a few miles from the busy market towns of evesham and pershore and offers easy access to the cotswolds. The hosts were extremely accomodating in all aspects & were in regular contact to see if we needed anything. Everything we asked for was provided. The accomodation is an apartment annex to the main building. It is immaculate & has a very homely & safe feel for visitors. Superb location, superb accomodation & superb hosts, offering excellent value for money. We will be staying again for sure

  • The apartment is very spacious and light. Very large main bedroom that leads to the bathroom and single room. This layout was perfect for us and our young family as we were close by. The main bedroom is big enough for a cot bed by far with plenty of room for playing, toys and suitcases! The kitchen is well equipped, it had everything we needed and more and when we first walked in we were greeted by tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and sweets for the children...they were useful whilst unpacking! The hosts were so welcoming and couldn't do enough. On arrival they made sure we were happy and knew where everything was. They even offered us a high chair and cot bed for use, this is worth knowing if you have a small car! When they met our children they were so good with them and even ran off to grab us some toys which were so welcome on early mornings. The village is beautiful and there is a great park just short walk away which we could've spent all day in as there is a tree house and spinning sit in ride which was hilarious. The village is half a mile away from Fladbury and we walked there along the river and down to a weir. We were recommended the Chequers pub in Fladbury but it wasn't serving food; we walked over to the weir anyway and it was stunning. We visited Pershore which is great for village shopping and they have a useful Tesco Express. We also went to a pub called The Plough, a short taxi ride if you need it, which does an ok Carvery with veggie options-it also has quite a good wooden play park which is suitable for younger and older children. We had a brilliant weekend and would recommended this apartment.

  • Beautifully spacious apartment in stunningly unspoilt village with easy access to Evesham. All amenities provided and friendly helpful hosts.

    Enid2018-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed here for a week in this two bedroom apartment which was furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard with everything you need. . Very roomy and with loads of storage space and immaculately clean throughout with homely touches. Lots of DVD's and games to also choose from. Very quiet village with lovely walks available straight out the front door up to the Avon and the surrounding area. Not a criticism but a point to note, the single bedroom can only be accessed through the double bedroom which wasn't a major problem for us, but might not suit all groups. All in all a lovely pace to stay and you will not be disappointed booking this place.
