Stunning 1 bedroom, self catering holiday cottage. Located on a working farm in the South Downs, we are situated just outside Lewes and a few miles from Brighton. The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
