We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Step into a beautifully designed compact space with everything you need: a snug double bed, a fully stocked kitchenette and a fold-down table perfect for morning coffee or laptop time. This peaceful haven is just 5 minutes' walk from the rolling South Downs. Explore the chalky paths - stop for fish and chips at the pretty beachside village of Rottingdean or hike to the famous Seven Sisters for clifftop views. Brighton’s lively centre is an easy 20 minutes by bus. Our on-street parking is free!

Romantic lake cabin for two, floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in ancient woodland. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake to magical lake views from every room. In spring, enjoy the woodland with bluebells and delicate flowers; summer brings long golden evenings over the lake, and autumn paints the trees in rich, vibrant colours. Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

A beautiful studio built on the first floor with its own private entrance. The space has a staircase leading to the lounge area with fully-fitted kitchen and king-size bed sleeping area. Hotel-quality shower room. Views of blue sky and the South Downs make this bright, light space perfect for relaxing. Explore the village or venture into Brighton. Off-street parking and easy access to the Downs. Bring your bikes, walking boots or just a book! Cook during your stay or enjoy the restaurants.

Beacon View Annex

Set at the foot of the South Downs national park this tiny but perfectly formed annex is an ideal base for walking and cycling. Explore the quiet country lanes or walk the South Downs way. After an energetic day sit on the patio and watch the sun set. Or relax around the wood burner. In addition historic Ditchling with it’s gastro pubs and museum is a short walk. Alternatively there is Lewes to explore, an easy drive away or vibrant Brighton with its variety of amenities and attractions.

The Granary Loft One bedroom, sleeps 2 people.

Discover the essence of comfort in our self contained one bedroomed retreat. Accommodates 2 guests, one 5ft bed. Attached to our charming barn conversion with your very own entrance. Inside a cozy kitchenette and modern shower room provide the essentials for a comfortable stay. Indulge in a nights rest like no other, cocooned in pure rustic linen bedding and elevate your daily routine with invigorating linen towels. To kick start your stay you will be welcomed with a hamper.

Beautifully renovated barn near Brighton & Lewes

Stunning 1 bedroom, self catering holiday cottage. Located on a working farm in the South Downs, we are situated just outside Lewes and a few miles from Brighton. The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Village Cottage in Ditchling - 20 mins to beach!

Sage cottage is a gorgeous traditional cottage in the heart of the High Street, Ditchling. Nestled at the foot of the Downs in the National Park and surrounded by footpaths, Sage cottage is the perfect bolt hole for long country walks, wine tasting at local vineyards and even has restaurants, afternoon tea salons and gastro pubs all within a very short walk and Brighton only a 15 min car journey away.
