Modern self contained annex (own entrance), fabulous views of the sea & South Downs National Park. Ovingdean is a 15 minute walk to the beach, regular buses into Brighton. 10 mins by car. The annex comprises fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining / lounge area with a smart tv. There is fast wifi and the space acts as a very comfortable workspace. Double bed on mezzanine (accessed via ladder) and sofa bed in lounge. Welcome breakfast, coffee, tea provided. Pets welcome and parking available.

The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times

There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

Located in the picturesque village of Rodmell close to the South Downs Way and the home of Virginia Woolf. Caburn huts are two huts, one bedroom hut with a comfy double bed, seating with tea and coffee making facilities. The second is a bathroom hut with a gorgeous roll top bath. Continental breakfast is provided in the morning.
