“I love the De Brasserie vibe for sundowners with a light snack. They're a bit pricier than other restaurants, but well worth a visit., and only a 3 minute walk from Cap D'Azur. *Be sure to wear shoes, as they don't allow bare feet. ”

“Simon's Town - Review: The quality of ingredients shone through straight away, from breads to salads, seafood and fish. “Fresh fish” meant fresh fish. The menu was refreshingly short, although providing ample choice, including some specials of the day. We came back a second time and only wished we’d been on all five nights. I’ve no doubt the meat dishes, pasta and pizzas are great too. ”

“For the best Fish & Chips in Cape Town! It's located in Simonstown's old harbour, in the old fish factory. The pier located outside is the oldest working (cast on site) concrete pier in the world. Grab a soft serve and stroll down the pier.”

Seafood Restaurant

“This is one of our favorite restaurants for seafood. We don't even look at the menu when you go there: we order a bottle of rose, and the seafood platter that they have on offer on their specials boards (it does change as the catch changes) and we add the Gambas Pil Pil to that (a jammy, peri peri prawn thing which is unexplainable!) It is very popular with the tour groups so booking is important. They have a small play area for the kids outside and a lovely simple kids menu. ”
