After a day of exploring, return home to grill dinner on the deck, soak beneath the open sky, or unwind with books, board games, and a projector-style movie night. Inside, you’ll find modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, central A/C and heat, free WiFi, laundry, and thoughtful everyday essentials. The primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath with a soaking tub, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and the living room includes a queen sleeper sofa. With room for RVs, trailers, boats, and up to 10 vehicles, plus an EV charger on-site, Sunset Valley Retreat makes arrival easy and adventure even easier. Optional rentals, including a boat and paddle boards, are also available on-site.

There is a pull out queen sofa in the living room to accommodate four guests. The cabin is situated on property where the main house is occupied by the friendly owners. You'll have your own entrance to a newly created, cozy and cool getaway. Rooster crows at dawn, our dog barks at bears and coyotes occasionally at night. We are still finishing up, so projects are ongoing outside. No pets. Adults only. The entrance has concrete stairwell.

Tobacco Riverwalk Flat

This unique flat is set up like a huge hotel room. Spacious room size, king size bed, comfy seating area and large bathroom. Small fridge, coffee pot, hot water pot, air conditioner, microwave provided along with dishes and a table. This second floor flat has its own patio table with 6 chairs. This location is attached to a commercial shop, the lower level is currently vacant. The main shop space is currently is being used for storage at this time and is pretty quiet.
