“Mon adresse préférée quand je désire acheter un gâteau basque ! Tout simplement divin.... croustillant sur le dessus et fondant à l'intérieur. Il se décline en plusieurs versions à la crème d'amande (la recette traditionnelle, ma préférée), à la confiture de cerises noires, au chocolat. La Maison Pariès offre un choix immense de tourons également, et de biscuits appelés (mouchous ou muxus = baisers en basque). Vous y trouverez également des confiseries, notamment des caramels aux goûts différents appelés kanougas. Vous trouverez ce confiseur en plein centre-ville de Biarritz, côté place Bellevue.”

Mais ce n’est pas tout, la maison Pariès vend également les traditionnels gâteaux basques ( à goûter les classiques crème ou confiture de cerise mais vous y trouverez aussi tout chocolat !).”
