The workshops consist of an hour and a half of work and fun divided into two parts. The first involves the use of a transparent glass plate where guests will create a figure with pieces of Murano glass, called graniglia, which will then be cooked in the oven. The glass will melt and the created figure will remain with the guest. The second part consists of a demonstration phase by the Maestro and subsequently a practical test of Murano glass processing by the guests. Guests will work the glass with the flame and experience the pleasant sensation of ancient lampwork. The workshops are also ideal for families with children over 12, who will love the magic of glass. Other things to keep in mind The works completed in the first part of the workshop will be cooked in the oven for approximately 3 hours, while the objects made with the flame will be ready after 2 hours of cooling. Everything will be delivered the same day after 2/3 hours or the following day in agreement with the customers. Workshop duration: 1.5 hours.

We will start from the Church of San Lazzaro dei Mendicanti on the north side of the city and along the Venice Arsenal we will visit the Castello district, one of the oldest parts of the city. We will make a small stop in front of the church of San Pietro di Castello for an aperitif and then continue to the southern part of the city where we will have a panoramic view of the Lido of Venice, the small islands of the southern lagoon and of San Giorgio. We will then return to the canals of Castello until we return to the meeting point. IMPORTANT: The experience works through a sport association, so, legally, I need to release you the sport association member card and the addictional insurance. In order to do that I need your documents at least one day before the experience date.

Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! We will visit a second winery, where we will meet friends that run a very high quality DOCG Prosecco winery and produce wines using ancient types of vines and lots of passion! Finally, in summer time only (Apr to Oct), there could be the possibility of enjoying a unique picnic experience in a stunning area in the middle of the vineyards.

Via Ferrata tracks runs through a rocky terrain equipped with metal stepladder and wires which make the progression easier and fun. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach. In the Wine Bar of the Estate, surrounded by the living landscape of the green hills, I will explain you our philosophy of winemakers and caretakers of the beauty. Walking up to the top of the ancient hill we will discover the meaning of heroic viticulture and Prosecco DOCG. We will then taste two types of Prosecco Superiore and the company’s Pinot Grigio combined with typical local products. We will offer two types of Prosecco Superiore DOCG accompanied by crostini with soppressa or other sliced meats of our production. On request, we will do our best to adapt the menu according to food intolerances, allergies or specific needs (vegan and/or vegetarian diet). We'll meet in the cheese shop of Perenzin Latteria where I'll give you a company presentation in which I'll explain the main activity right from the very first origins. The company has more then 120 years of history! We then move on to the ageing rooms, where are collected a series of historical working tools and where you can enjoy a video that explains the basic aspects of the production processes. You'll discover all the secrets behind every wheel and you'll learn all the steps of the cheesemaking production. We'll then move to the unique "caveau" where hundreds of cheeses are ageing. We'll smell the scent of each cheese and you'll discover the secrets of molds and ageing process. I'm a cheese expert so come with all the curiosity you have and feel free to ask me whatever come to your mind! The second step of our tour consists in a detailed cheese tasting of 4 selected awarded cheeses with a glass of Prosecco DOCG! We'll go through all the aspects of a cheese tasting, from the different colors, to the fragrances and tastes. You'll learn how experts taste and judge cheeses! we are not going to visit the dairy during the cheesemaking process for health and hygiene reasons.
