Azevedo Ranch - Cowboy Cabin

(Since the bunk beds are for kids only, the cabin will only accommodate 3 adults and 2 children.) Spectacular 101 acre “Garden of Eden” in Southern Utah with meadows, woods and views of the back side of Bryce Canyon National Park. A 1/4 mile of the Sevier River runs through it with German brown and rainbow trout. Additionally we have a stocked trout pond. Wild eagles, owls, hawks, antelope and deer live on the ranch as well as our own cattle, goats, chickens, horses and alpacas.

Hilltop Cottage. The perfect place for one or two people looking for peaceful, clean, comfortable space to stay while exploring the National Parks, Panguitch Lake, fishing the Sevier, mountain biking, hiking, atving, and other endless outdoor activities. The cottage sits on a hill top overlooking the charming rural town of Panguitch and has 360 degree views of the beautiful mountain ranges of Southern Utah. North Creek Retreat

Private lower level of our home. Located on a private 160 acre ranch with two beautiful rivers. Petroglyphs and waterfall are within walking distance of our home. Restaurant (the north creek grill) @ the slot canyons inn is within walking distance of the property. Currently closed until 2026. The retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms , a small kitchenette (not a full kitchen) only a MINI fridge, and living room. Outdoor patio space with grill and outdoor seating and fire pit

The Little House

Original rough sawn ceiling joist are exposed, with the builder's layout marks clearly visible on the ceiling highlight the main living area where you can relax on the sofa. Secluded 3 bed, 3 bath with incredible views on 160 acre private ranch. 1/4 mile away and on the same property from the North Creek Shelter, the oldest known human habitation in Southern Utah. 1/2 mile away and on the same property as the Escalante River and the waterfalls just above the headwaters.
