Beach house - a few steps from the sea

Comfortable beachfront apartment with 180 degree sea view from rooftop terrace and free parking right outside the front door. Aircondition, satellite TV and wifi. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.

The courtyard has a beautiful designer pool (1.20 and 2.10m deep)and the house is modernly furnished with design pieces and artwork. The two floors and 5 rooms are large and comfortable and newly renovated bathrooms. A large table inside and one outside will allow guests to choose where to eat.

With ancient charm and modern comfort, furnished with family furniture, in a secluded corner of the historic center.
