Our apt is close to I95, 2 hrs from NYC, 25 mins. from New Haven, 2 1/2 hrs from Newport, RI, 3 hrs from Boston, MA, 45 mins from Hartford, CT. Guilford is a shoreline town and a convenient location from which to take many day trips. You’ll love our place because it sits in a wooded setting on an interior lot. We have an outdoor seating area with a replace, under roof. And, yet we are 5 mins. to the highway access. Our apartment is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884. This special place is close to everything, The town green is one street over with local shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the train station, town marina, and the Guilford beach. It's a small home suitable for 2 people at the most. The bathroom is very small with a very small sink but a full size shower. AC/heat, wifi, full kitchen, shower, full size bed in a quiet private setting.
