Dumpling Restaurant

“Gyōza (dumplings) are the only thing on the menu here, but you won’t hear any complaints from the regulars who queue up to get their fix. Have them sui (boiled) or yaki (pan-fried), with or without niniku (garlic) or nira (chives) – they’re all delicious. Expect to wait on weekends. ”

“This Ramen restaurant offers Assari (light, non-fatty) ramen, and it is growing it's popularity rapidly. The main stream of ramen has long been Kotteri and Tonkotsu (heavy, stodgy and pork based), but this restaurant has taken the Assari ramen to a higher level. Try out the new stream of ramen!”

“This Michelin-starred soba restaurant took a sabbatical between moving from its original location in Ebisu to its current spot, but it’s still as popular as ever among visitors from abroad. Despite being well known, prices are reasonable. I recommend the coarsely ground seiro set they serve here.”

“Ukaitei, Omotesando Branch This place is really pricey (Y10000~), but I guarantee it's one of the best Teppanyaki in Tokyo. It's located at the top of Chanel building (the fact tells how high-class it is). You'll be amazed by the experienced chef to use the teppan (iron heating board) to cook the best local meat/seafood in front of you. Good wine list, too based on your budget. ”
