You'll soon be eating your way through market staples like chocolatines (NOT pain au chocolate!), traditional baguettes, the only farm-to-counter foie gras in the market, cheese from a fromager-affineur (and learning what those words mean!), some of the best charcuterie in Toulouse, and more. Some items we'll taste immediately, but others go into my basket for our final destination: a specially-reserved "tonneau" at a wine seller in the market, where we'll pair our finds with local wines made from obscure grape varieties. We finish on a sweet note with some locally-produced dessert. No need for lunch afterwards! Along the way, you’ll learn about food and market history, get tips for finding the best products, cultural lessons (French toasting etiquette, anyone?), and context for what you’re tasting. When it's over, you'll get an email listing where we went and what we tasted, as well as any special recommendations you asked for. Other things to note: We'll be eating on our feet, no seating! Please alert me at least 24 hours in advance if you have food allergies or don't drink alcohol. Open-minded vegetarians can get by, but not vegans. Led by an experienced bike expert, set off on an exploration of Toulouse by Electric Bike. The architectural, cultural and natural heritage will be unveiled in the heart of this original Electric Bike Tour which ventures beyond the usual ground of the historic center. Discover astrophotography in Occitanie and leave with beautiful pictures of the starry sky!

 The session will start with an overview of the different constellations to recognize certain stars or other objects that can be photographed. Once the gear is installed, I'll teach you how to use it, adjust the settings, and compose an amazing photo of the starry sky. I have multiple cameras, lenses and tripods that you can use, so you don't need to have yours. But if you have one, it's even better!

 In winter, the Orion constellation and its nebula is clearly visible all night and offers a great show to photograph! To be under the most beautiful sky possible, and to avoid light pollution from the surrounding cities, the outing will take place approximately 1 hour drive from Toulouse towards the Pyrenees (between Foix, Saint-Girons and Daumazan-sur-Arize). I suggest you a tour of Toulouse by bike of 12 km or more from the Canal du Midi to the Garonne, passing through the main monuments of the city. My objective?
