Newly built apt with its own floor of about 80 m2 in our villa which is located near the sea with walking distance to nice child-friendly beach on Grimsholmen, 8 km south of Falkenberg with miles of views of sea, beach and meadows. It takes about 10 minutes to Skrea Beach/Fbg city center or 30 minutes to Varberg , Halmstad or the shopping at Gekås in Ullared. Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr. Under vintersäsong 1/11-1/3 har vi stängt för bokning.

There are endless possibilities for wonderful forest walks, fishing trips, bike rides, swimming or why not read a book in front of the fire and enjoy the quiet. The cottage is located only 2.5-3 hours from Copenhagen via the Öresund Bridge and an hour from the terminal in Halmstad for the ferry from Grenå.

A private apartment that is in our workshop area just outside our residential building. Hiking and cycling in magical nature. Jälluntoftaleden is 12 km long and is close. Perch and pike in the lake. Fiber network on rainy days! You have access to a boat and firewood. No fishing license required.

Två sovrum gör det idealiskt för fyra personer med möjlighet till en extrabädd på ovanvåningen (tillägg per natt tillkommer för extrabädd).
