This centrally located place is tastefully and homely decorated. (reservation is possible for at least 1 week for 4 to 6 people and not for rent for festival visitors). Location is 1 km from the pleasant village of Helvoirt, with shops and pleasant terraces. Very central for the cities of 's-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, Eindhoven and Breda. Beautiful cycling and walking area such as lovely to De Loonse and Drunense Dunes, Oisterwijkse forests and fens, the Kampina and fortifications town of Heusden.

Welcoming, that is our motto. You are welcome in our luxurious, very complete B&B. Energy label A. Recently renewed with air conditioning and new hard floors. We clean very well. For a booking of 2 adults or more, you will have private use of two rooms with private bathroom and separate toilet. Very child friendly. Enjoy our garden as well. Exception: if you book for 1 person then you have a private room with TV, fridge and microwave but it is possible that you have to share the bathroom.

Farmhouse Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in part of a long facade farm, where was once the cow shed and hayloft. The living area on the ground floor has an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with views of the cow meadow. In addition, there are two separate terraces in your own garden. On the upper floor sits the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".
