Beachfront with private courtyard

At the northern abutment of Uddevalla Bridge is the idyllic, quiet residential area, Sunningen. There we rent out our "backyard" with private entrance from the street. 150 m to the beach with jetties and a nice sandy beach. 10 minutes by car to Torp shopping center and into U-A center. The archipelago boat also runs from the jetty in summer to U-A. We have 2 accommodations consisting of, a single room of about 22 sqm with kitchenette & bathroom and a cottage of about 20 sqm with bedroom, kitchen & bathroom. Both listings are included in the reservation.

The house is located along the Uddevalla promenade about 600 meters from Gustafsberg - Sweden's oldest seaside resort, 300 m from Landbadet (outdoor pools) and about 3 km to Uddevalla center. Nice apartment with sea view in wonderful Ammenäs just outside Uddevalla. It is a quiet residential area with a minute walk to swimming and barbecue area. A short car ride to shops and restaurants. The apartment is built on top of a garage with its own entrance. For the fishing enthusiast, there are plenty of mackerel and sea trout. There is a possibility to rent a kayak on site. A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style.
