The accommodation is close to the university, OCC/SJF Bank Arena and the new hospital. 2 minutes from the E20 motorway. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Also, 7-15 minutes walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret with restaurants, and all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off. However, access to a washing machine can be agreed. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
