The accommodation is close to the university, OCC/SJF Bank Arena and the new hospital. 2 minutes from the E20 motorway. 7 minutes walk to light rail at Bilka and bus that brings you around the city. Also, 7-15 minutes walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret with restaurants, and all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors where the basement is closed off. However, access to a washing machine can be agreed. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.
