“A Café, Eatery and Shop in 1 place. People see Saigon as a culturally rich city that the world does not yet fully know. This historically cosmopolitan city is an inspiration for this place to come to be, and in return this place is an embodiment of the urban life of Saigon”

Rock Club
“Acoustic Bar Ho Chi Minh is the venue of choice for Vietnam’s up and coming rock musicians. Located in District 3, this live music bar is the place where rock legends never die and you can hear amazing renditions of – amongst others – Jimi Hendrix, The Doors and John Lennon. The music isn’t limited to the classics, as its nightly roster of local and international musicians play a good mix of originals in English and Vietnamese as well. ”

“Tan Dinh Church Saigon is a Romanian-style church in Ho Chi Minh City, where you can see intricate Gothic and Renaissance elements that have managed to survive Vietnam’s turbulent periods. Built in 1876 and spanning 60 metres in height, it’s widely regarded as the second biggest church in Ho Chi Minh City, after Notre Dame Cathedral. Nearby the gate are two massive bell towers, while the bright pink church is fitted with three beautifully-decorated Italian marble altars. ”

Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurant

“It looks like District 3 is the hot area where all these great restaurants are located. Hum Vegetarian is located in District 3, on Vo Van Tan street, just a two-minute-walk from the War Museum. This, I would say, is the paradise of vegetarian. As a vegetarian, you might worry that you can’t experience all the tastiest dishes that Vietnam has to offer. Here is my response, no need to worry. This restaurant might even make you into a full-time vegetarian, so it’s an excellent choice for everyone. Capturing the spirit of a pagoda, you will be greeted by a zen and cozy space. Take a break from the Saigon heat and sense-overload, and calm down and enjoy the peace here.”
