A beautiful converted chapel dating back to 1876, the Chapel Townhouse is hidden along a private and picture perfect Victorian mews, accessible through private electric entry gates. Guests enter their own front door to find the grandest of staircases winding around an 8ft chandelier made from 300 antique crystal wine glasses, up to the Chapel Townhouse's studio room with a 15ft high ceiling, original stained glass windows, super-king sized bed, roll top bathtub and a second Victorian inspired chandelier made from black Lego bricks.......................
Despite being in the bustling heart of central Brighton, the Chapel Townhouse is so private and secluded, you'll feel a million miles away from the outside world. Hidden along a private mews, just off Church Street in the very centre of the city, you will find the Chapel Townhouse directly opposite Brighton Dome and Corn Exchange and moments from Brighton's famous Pavilion Gardens estate and the Theatre Royal. The Chapel Townhouse is also in the midst of the famous lanes and North Laine areas, packed with the best independent boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Brighton pier and seafront is half a mile away and we're walking distance from both Kemptown and Hove. You really couldn't wish for a better location.

    Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. Lounge on the chesterfield sofa while watching Netflix, play records on the retro record player and enjoy the bijou balcony with sea view.
    The space is a very large living room with a chesterfield sofabed. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen, 11 foot high ceilings, a Smart TV with cable channels, Netflix and Prime access. The balcony has a sea view and has a small bistro table and chairs for two people to sit outside and take in the sea air. In addition to the living area, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a desk and also with ample storage in the wardrobe for you to store your items. The bathroom is modern and has both a bath tub and a power shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, clean and wash, along with some complimentary tea, coffee and a Nespresso maker with some capsules left for you to use. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes dryer and washing machine should you need to use these facilities. (please note, if you are 2 people and using the sofabed and the bedroom, there will be an extra charge of £15 to cover the additional bedding, which I pay to have laundered, please let me know and I can ask my cleaner to set this up for you).
    Kemp Town is a lovely neighborhood in Brighton that's only a short stroll from the famous Brighton Pier. Spend the day out on the beach sipping drinks at seaside bars before heading to the city centre for lively evening entertainment.

This is truly a great place to stay whilst you take in the fantastic atmosphere of Brighton.
    The studio is fully equipped with all amenities to make you stay as comfortable as possible, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fan oven and electric hob and a range of kitchen bits and bobs. There is a large breakfast island with two walnut stools and a coffee machine. The bathroom features heated towel rail, touch activated mirror and a large quadrant shower. The comfortable modern double bed sits on a raised illuminated platform. There is plenty of storage in the large wardrobe equipped with a full-length mirror and hangers. Being situated in the heart of Kemptown which has been long associated with LGBT culture, Kemptown centres on lively St. James’s Street, where rainbow flags adorn many of the bars, clubs, and cafes . Side streets flanked by Regency-style houses lead down to the seafront. Classic vinyl, vintage fashion, and antiques draw shoppers to quirky boutiques and Brighton Flea Market. Brighton offers a range of fantastic stores and restaurants along with some top tourist attractions such as The Royal Pavilion. Brighton Dome. The Lanes. British Airways i360. Brighton Beach. The Bedroom area has a Double bed with crisp white egyption cotten linen for a cozy nights sleep with Pillows and a throw made by "The White Company" . It's only a 5-min walk away from a 24hr food store and the village pub and only a short drive from Brighton and Hove with all their award-winning bars, clubs, restaurants and shops.

  • What an amazing stay! Keith was brilliant and picked us up from the train station to take us to the lodge. We checked in early and left our bags and went on a lovely walk waiting for the lodge to be ready. We used the hottub in the rain (highly recommend!!) and enjoyed some Prosecco. Keith also recommended us a local pub and even dropped us off. The breakfast in the morning was sublime with about 10 different elements. Couldn’t recommend this place more for a couple who want an evening away to relax in the country side.

    A stunning quirky space ideal for friends or family to hang out together, 2mins from the sea, 10mins walk from the Lanes and all the main Brighton attractions. With three bedrooms (one double bed and four single beds) it sleeps 6 comfortably.
    Converted Warehouse Duplex apartment with access to a shared patio 3 mins from the Sea in Central Brighton. There are 3 bedrooms: one double room with king size bed and ensuite shower room, 2 single rooms - each with a single bed and pull out bed underneath. The single rooms each have cable TV. Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Huge open plan sitting room / kitchen, with a sofa big enough for everyone to sit on very comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, blender, juicer, fridge, freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. The sitting room has a big flat screen TV with Cable TV channels, DVD player (choice of DVDs provided including DVDs for kids). A Samsonite pop-up travel cot is available for use. A new cleaning company has recently been employed to ensure the warehouse will be immaculate for your stay. Linen, towels and complimentary toiletries included (and three hairdryers, and 2 pairs of straighteners available for use)! Free WiFi throughout the apartment. PLEASE NOTE - STAY THE WEEKEND FOR £500 (£100 discount!!!) The apartment is just off Western Road - where all the High Street shops are, if you stay here you are less than 10 mins walk away from everything: Brighton Station, the independent shopping areas North Laine/ South Lanes, all the main Nightclubs, the Dome, Brighton Centre, The Pier, etc The apartment is just off Preston Street - the food street - with restaurants to suit all budgets including Chinese, Thai, Greek, Lebanese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Indian & possible the best kebab in Brighton. Yum! There is also a great pub with an open fire, that serves award winning food - and The Best Sunday Roast. There is limited metered parking on our street, or an NCP car park 1 min away in Regency Square (currently £25 for 24hrs). Being in Central Brighton there is no free parking in the area. Some guests have used JustPark app successfully. (CHRISTMAS & NYE BOOKINGS: please note it is a minimum 2 night stay over 24/25/26 dec & minimum 2 night stay over New Year’s Eve)

We provide huge bath towels, a hand towel, bath mat and fresh robes. The bedroom also has a TV with Freeview. Whilst the room is centrally heated there is a fan heater so you can always have the room at the temperature that best suits you. You will also enjoy a private rooftop sitting room** housed in a 'glass box' with direct, breathtaking, unparalleled sea views. This room has a TV, a fridge to chill your drinks for the hot tub a Lavazza espresso machine, complimentary still mineral water and a comfortable sofa where you can relax, unwind and marvel at the astonishing panoramic sea views. The lights on this room are also on a dimmer switch to enable you to set the mood. There are 'love' blankets if you wish to snuggle up on the sofa. This room leads to the stunning roof terrace with quite simply the best sea views in all of Brighton. Glance to your right and you'll see Brighton's Palace Pier, beyond it the remains of West Pier and in the far distance Worthing and on a clear day the Isle of White. Glance to the left and you'll see Brighton marina, the largest man made marina in Europe. The roof terrace has a table and chairs so given good weather you can sit and relax with a drink or a morning coffee and simply marvel at the ever changing views. You will have unlimited use of the roof top hot tub***which also boasts direct, uninterrupted, sea views. The hot tub has 100 jets, lights and Bluetooth so you can enjoy your favourite music whilst you relax and unwind. Relaxing in the hot tub with the sea and Brighton Palace Pier as the backdrop has to be experienced to be believed. We will explain how to use the hot tub. Swimwear must be worn in the hot tub at all times. If you have long hair we ask that you kindly tie it back. It important to shower BEFORE and after using the tub. We do not provide breakfast. You are spoilt for choice with all the excellent local cafes and restaurants. We will gladly recommend our favourites. As an example, the highly regarded Corner Cafe serves breakfast/brunch/lunch from 8.30am and is a three minute walk away so you can have a lie in and never miss breakfast. Their coffee is lovely and they are always happy to amend their menu to suit you. Needless to say you are not obliged to go to there. It is however my absolute favourite cafe in Brighton. Whilst we cannot guarantee the weather we can say that we were in the hot tub on Christmas Day last year...Don't think of Brighton as only a summer destination. The winter sunsets are outstanding and the starling murmuration over Palace Pier is a wonderful sight to behold. Your rooms are entirely independent of our living space so you will never feel that you are intruding in someone else's space. Our airbnb rooms are only used for guests. You’ll never feel as if you’re in someone else’s home. Think of it as your own. In essence you will have a duplex penthouse with bedroom, ensuite, sitting room, roof terrace**and hot tub. There is no access to a kitchen but there is a fridge to chill drinks and ample tea and coffee facilities including an espresso machine. You’ll also have complimentary mineral water. The penthouse is WiFi enabled. *The hot tub can be used between the hours of 09.00am and 11.00pm **Access to the roof terrace is via the glass roof terrace sitting room. We may therefore need to go through this room for access to the terrace to service the hot tub. If that is the case we will always warn you that we need access. ***If you have a fake tan you cannot use the hot tub. We respectfully ask that you do not book our penthouse in the hope of using the hot tub if you have a fake tan as we will have to refuse you permission to do so and we will not offer a refund. This is simply to ensure the hot tub is available for the next guests. Fake tan discolours the water. We simply want every guest to have an exemplary experience. We will do everything possible to make sure you do. We very much look forward to welcoming you.

Location is critical when booking accommodation. Our location is unparalleled. The restaurants and bars of St. James and Kemp Town are within a five minute walk and offer a diverse choice to suit all tastes and budgets. We are happy to offer recommendations. It is a ten minute walk to Brighton Pier, Brighton's Royal Pavilion, the world famous Lanes and the North Laine area which is packed with over 600 independent retailers selling everything from antiques to vegetarian shoes. We have access to a guaranteed off street parking space that’s 90 seconds from our front door subject to availability and payment. Please enquire. We are located approximately ten minutes by taxi (around £8) from the main train station.

The views are just stunning, even with cloudy skies and a strong wind, this was just a superb experience. The hot tub was an added bonus to the beautiful setting. We enjoyed it with a bottle of Moët (in plastic flutes) and oh my what special memories we have taken with us. I knew what to expect in terms of the lack of kitchen as I’d read the description/ rules and reviews. It’s a lot of money, but totally worth it! I’ll be going again later in the year with my partner. My aim is to provide all my guests with a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in a fantastic location, to use as a base to explore wonderful and exciting Brighton. A continental breakfast of croissants, yoghurt, cereals, orange juice and tea and coffee is included in the price of your room. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster within your room. Please let me know if you are vegan or gluten free as alternatives can always be provided. In the room there is a flat screen digital TV, free fast broadband Wifi connection, a fridge and there is a hairdryer in the bedside cabinet. This room is a good size so it can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably, also there is a wardrobe so there is more than enough storage space. As you can see from the photos there is a dining table where you will be able to sit and enjoy your continental breakfast. Next to the room there is a clean and contemporary bathroom with a shower. All towels and bed linen are provided, should you require them there are laundry facilities and use of an iron and ironing board. The apartment is located on a very quiet, friendly street just 15 minutes bus ride from Brighton station. Take the number 27 bus (approx £2.40) towards Saltdean from Brighton Station, bus stop B. Get off the bus at the Burlington street bus stop on the seafront at the bottom of my street (Burlington street) The beach is only 2 minutes walk away. If you are coming by car please see the 'getting around' section, this will explain how the parking near to my place works. The city centre and the popular Lanes area are only 15 minutes walk. Here you can find the cosmopolitan cafe culture or browse the quirky and colourful independent shops and boutiques that make Brighton famous. This area is also where you can find Brighton's best known landmark, 'The Royal Pavilion', here you can also find many theatres, bars, restaurants and other places of interest to visit. Brighton's world famous Pier is 10 minutes walk along the seafront, here you can enjoy roller coaster rides and all the fun of the fair. If you go in the other direction along the seafront, about 20 minutes walk or 5 a minute bus ride you can find Brighton Marina. This is a great place to visit as here there is a lot to do and see. Why not take a drink in one of the bars and restaurants on the board walk overlooking the harbour and yachts? There is also a Casino, a Cinema and a Ten Pin Bowling and Kiddies Games Complex. Every Sunday morning there is a car boot sale, so there is definitely something for everybody. I look forward to welcoming you to Brighton, Gary
    ....I love living in the Kemptown area of Brighton as it has a village feeling. There are many coffee shops, traditional English Pubs (where you can enjoy a lovely Sunday Roast Dinner), restaurants, antique and other independent shops. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the city centre is just 15 minutes walk away.
  • We had a mix-up with our dates and Gary was nice enough to extend our date to the new one for no extra cost. His location was walking distance to all the hot spots in Brighton. His place was very clean, had all the amenities and he even provided croissants, bread, cereal and orange juice for breakfast. There were more than enough pillows and towels, a tv and a memory foam bed. More than most Airbnb hosts offer! He also replied promptly and had many brochures with local places to visit.

The room was clean and cute, with a small breakfast table and all the breakfast amenities (toaster, milk, juice, coffee, sugar, plus some continental breakfast items to prepare in room). There's a TV with cable, an adjustable heater, an iron (and board) and a small fridge. The bed was comfy, and big enough for two! Gary is a great host and was very welcoming. He took the time to walk us through everything we could need, plus gave us some tips for exploring the town. Gary is a seasoned host and has taken everything into consideration. We'd be happy to stay with Gary again :)

    A delightful one bedroom self contained apartment set in the heart of Brighton. Light and bright and close to all things you will need for your stay. A fabulous patisserie and a co-op are right at the top of the road and the beach is at the bottom of the road with great cafes and views ! With the current situation, we are also happy to offer a more flexible option of weekly or monthly bookings.
    The apartment is located right in the middle of Brighton and Hove. The whole flat is yours to make it your little home for your stay. The lounge is minimalist but has a sofa and coffee table to sit and chill at. The TV is cable and there is also wi-fi if you wanted to watch your own devices for Netflix. The wi-fi is good and strong. The kitchen has a microwave, a hob and an oven. Kettle and toaster are also there. There is tea and coffee in the cupboard for you. There are also enough utensils for cooking, lasagne dish, baking tray, saucepans and frying pan. If you don't fancy cooking you are close to lots of restaurants either in Hove or Brighton. There are also plenty more restaurants down on the Seafront. The bedroom has a comfortable ( often commented on ) double bed with bedside table. A hanging rail for your clothes, a hairdryer and an iron. The shower room is a large fully tiled shower cubicle with an electric shower. The Beach is 500 metres away. Restaurants of all cuisine tastes are very close by. Brighton Station is exactly 1 mile away with regular buses serving the nearest bus stop to the apartment or a taxi will be £5.00. Parking is resident permit only although there is pay and display parking available in nearby roads.
    Located 10 metres off the bustling Western Road there is an array of coffee shops, a favourite being the Real Patisserie at the top of the road, about 1 minute walk away ! Fresh Pastries and great coffee are always essential on your mini break ! Why not wander around the corner to Brunswick Square and enjoy the lawned gardens with the sea just at the bottom of the Square. Or take a stroll along the Seafront to the Pier. As you hit the seafront below the apartment you will see the Meeting House Cafe open from around 7am for that first cup of coffee.

    The apartment is right next to the sea front and with its seaside decor is a perfect coastal retreat. As a blue health coach who uses the ocean to help people clear their minds and allow their creative mind to come into flow - I can not express enough the wellbeing benefit of being able to watch the ocean. I have designed the apartment to bring a bit of the wellbeing aspects of the beach and the ocean inside.
    It is a quiet cul de sac. So perfect for a break away from it but also in the midst of all the city has to offer.

    Nice comfortable safe house to lay your head at the end of the day. It’s a double room but has a single bed, bistro table & chair, comfy chair & foot stall, chest of 4 drawers. Cable tv in room most channels. Basic breakfast items in your room, Toaster, Kettle, Variety of Cereals, Orange Juice, Teas or Coffees, hot chocolate, jams, marmalades, honey, chocolate spread, marmite. Free drinks available throughout your stay. Free toiletries in your room. The room is at the back of the house, because gardens are small and close together you can hear some noise in the summer months, which is only normal, but out of my control. Clean towels daily if required.
    Poets Corner is a popular area of Hove. 10 minutes walk to the Seafront, so please note we have lots of seagulls that can be quite noisy, this is something I have no control over. Bus routes into Brighton which takes 15 minutes . No’s: 5 5a 5b from Blatchington Road to Brighton. Return journey they stop in Sackville Road (beginning of Cowper Street) 2 46 49 from Portland Road to Brighton, return to first stop in Portland Road just around the corner Hove station 10 minute walk, Aldrington station 10 minute walk. George Street, Blatchington Road, Portland Road and Church Road all have coffee shops, restaurants, pubs. ATM machines close by, some banks & building society’s close by.

  • This flat is beautiful. It is stylish, big and comfortable with great local amenities a few minutes away and a short walk to the sea. The host is wonderful and went out of her way to communicate with us despite having difficulties with her Airbnb account. She was also flexible with our check in and out times. There is some traffic noise from the nearby roads but nothing too noticeable. You can also hear the family upstairs moving around. They’re not noisy but there are wooden floors in the property which makes it louder. The back main bedroom is very quiet though. The sofas in the lounge are super comfy and everywhere was really clean and cared for. A beautiful place. We had a great time.

    There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious; one has an additional Futon sofa bed, the other has an additional Futon chair bed. Entrance The apartment has it’s own private entrance and parking area. Please note there are steps to enter the apartment but once inside it is all on one level. Interior The apartment is all on one level on the ground floor. There is an open plan living/dining room with a comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted LCD tv. Large patio doors lead out onto a terrace and the garden. The dining table is of contemporary design and seats 6. The kitchen is small and beautifully finished with colour co-ordinated tiles. Everything you need to self cater is there and there is also a microwave. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The Master bedroom is a very spacious room and also has doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a double bed and a Futon sofa. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a Futon chair bed. The bathroom is a shower room with large shower and wooden seating area. Next to this is the sauna and the spa area with marbled floor and mirrored walls and a sunken hot tub. Doors lead out onto the patio. Enjoy a sauna and hot tub and then relax out on a sun lounger on the terrace, enjoying the trees and greenery while the children play in the garden! Perfect Exterior The garden is large and has an extensive patio area with a dining table for 6 and outdoor sofa. There are sun loungers and the enclosed landscaped garden offers a green and peaceful retreat. There’s a table tennis table too. Please note the tree house and trampoline are not to be used. There is private parking for one car. If you do have more than one car please ask at the time of booking.
    My place is in Withdean, Just a short drive to central Brighton, with great transport links on your doorstep.

The room has a large armchair and a really comfortable high quality superking-sized mattress with the best quality linen. The space is best for two adults only but you could have small children in here with you (pull out beds available). All things needed for an open fire are available on request. There is a well equipped kitchen and a cool en-suite shower room with sink and loo. Please note: there is not enough space for a washer/dryer but there is one in the building. Please ask if you want to use it as you are very welcome. I am also happy to organise a service wash at the local laundry for a small charge - just give me the washing and I will drop it off for you. Come and enjoy the ever-changing art and the wonderful textiles in the studio. We have wifi, a large tv with dvd player, lots of films and apple tv. A nespresso coffee machine with pods, a radio, a small speaker and wood and coal for the fire (in winter). There are lots of things (jams/marmite etc) you can use for breakfast so please help yourself. If you need me to get in bread and milk for you please just ask. You are welcome to have a fire in the victorian fireplace. On Saturdays you can pop across the road to Pharmacie, for the best coffee and coolest (and most secret) coffee shop in Brighton. Try the vegan muffins. They are exceptional. Lots of things to do close by and close to the city centre. Go to Church Road for restaurants, bars and shops. See my guide for the best eating and drinking close by.
    Our street is just very special. Its also a great spot. Its close to Hove station, Tesco Express, pubs and restaurants in Hove and also the city centre. All of the joy of being close to the centre without any of the hassle. This neighbourhood/street is a total one-off.

The space: The bed is SO comfy and the blackout blinds are amazing, we both slept really well. The room was a tiny bit smaller than it looks on the pictures but every bit as welcoming and cosy and the mews (the street it’s on) are gorgeous. Paula has all the kitchen items you might need (including ketchup, salt, oil, etc) and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer etc are provided if you don’t bring your own. Some tips: The guide to the local area was super useful and Paula provided everything we couldn’t get hold of, including eggs which were sold out everywhere! Would strongly recommend Wolfie’s fish and chips around the corner, the fish was amazing! Probably the best I’ve had in the UK. This is a double room to let in a shared house. It is very easy to walk to Brighton or Hove Centres. Bus stop outside the house goes to Hove and Brighton and the Marina. Guests will have access to the lounge with 3 large sofas and TV. Dining room . Kitchen and utility. Main bathroom has power shower. Gardens with decked areas. We have Ourselves Pam and Paul living here with our three friendly dogs. We will gladly help guests with anything they need to know about Brighton and the immediate area. This area is great because it's so central yet you can go to the park for peace and quiet or stroll to the beach and town centres for all your entertainment. Walking is my preferred way of getting around. There is a bus stop outside the house which takes you to and from Brighton train station and city center. Taxis are very easy. Metered parking outside the house.

It’s situated in a quiet part of town, about a 15 minute walk to the seafront or to the Lanes and 3 minutes to Seven Dials, so perfect if you want a base to explore different parts of town. The house was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The shower isn’t great but this is made very clear in the description and also in the signs in the house so wasn’t a problem for us. Eleanor was super helpful and responded to messages straight away, kept us up to date at all times and made our stay so easy. Excellent host, beautiful house and ideal location!

    A light, spacious high-ceilinged romantic Edwardian balcony apartment 3mins walk from centre & less to the beach. The open-plan kitchen has exposed brickwork. The wooden floored living room has 2 sets of double doors to a balcony you can watch the world go by from. En suite bathroom has a roll-top bath, shower & underfloor heating. Last month we celebrated our 4th engagement at the flat. #Ask for longer stay prices. COVID 19: As per guidelines, flat thoroughly disinfected between bookings.
    This regency flat has been lovingly refurbished. The open-plan living room has a beautiful wooden floor with sumptuous regency coving (restored by the same craftsman who worked on the Harry Potter movie sets) and a chandelier we love. There is a table seating four (it can open up for six), a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV. Two double wooden doors open out onto the balcony with its table and chairs to sit at and watch the Brighton world go by. The modern kitchen, with an exposed feature wall, has a washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, a beautiful roll top bath (with overhead shower) more ornate coving and an exquisite exposed brick feature wall and designer sink. The carpeted bedroom has a large wardrobe and a hotel quality mattress. We know you will love it. The apartment is always warm and cosy and you are less than 200m to the sea and a three minutes walk into the centre of the city, while Waitrose is at the top of the street. And a host of great restaurants are easily walkable such as the Gingerman. It’s proved such an idyllic setting we are proud to say four couples have got engaged here during weekend breaks.
    Brighton is unique. Wear what you like, say what you like - we live and let live here on the south coast and are not surprised by much. Just ask Disco Pete, the old guy approximately a million years old who turns up at any outdoor gig in the city come rain or shine and dances silently and joyfully by himself. I always think he embodies how Brighton people feel about their city - if you're happy and not hurting anyone - go for it! The house itself is on Sillwood Road a minute or so from the sea. There are some fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance including The Set on Regency Square and The Gingerman just off Norfolk Square. The new i360 viewing pod is a couple of minutes away and the pier is around a 15 minute walk. The famous Laines for the great shops are even closer.

    Our lovely cosy appartment is close to the seafront and right in the centre of Hove with its superb selection of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Brighton's chic shopping and vibrant nightlife is only a 20 min stroll. Host Dave is an award winning landscape photographer and his work features on the walls. Hove Station is 10 mins walk away with links to London & Gatwick. For drivers we also include a FREE 1 day Residents Visitor parking permit (subject to availability) to help you settle in.
    The apartment has separate access down 8 steps (see photos) with a decked garden area at the rear to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or evening aperitif in the summer months! There’s a double bed in the bedroom, built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the lounge there's a comfy leather sofa that converts into sprung double sofabed to accommodate 2 further guests if required. The lounge has a 32 inch Smart TV with Netflix, views of the decked garden and a foldable dining table and chairs suitable for 2-4 people. The full size fitted kitchen has a 5 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, SMEG washing machine, fridge with ice box and Espresso coffee maker. The adjoining shower room has step in access. Free WiFi access is included. There's also a selection of games, books and local guides on the shelves.
    There is a Tesco supermarket and George Street shopping area is 2 mins walk away. The beachfront is 5 mins walk with a selection of cafes, bars, Lawn Bowls, Tennis courts, and Pitch and Putt golf. Indoor swimming is available at the King Alfred Leisure Centre. Hove Park is 15 mins walk with a cafe, all weather pitch, tennis courts and miniature steam railway (operating at weekends in the summer). Vibrant cosmopolitan Brighton is close at hand with its narrow historic Lanes and bohemian North Laines shopping areas, the fun packed Palace Pier, scenic i360, famous Brighton Pavilion and hugh choice of entertainment possibilities, including Komedia Comedy Club, Theatre and Live Music venues just a 20 min stroll along the prom or 5 min bus ride away. There are a number of Language Schools located nearby including LSI, ISE, EF, Echo and the Interactive English Language School. Other local places of interest include The Devils Dyke in the South Downs National Park, The Seven Sisters cliffs near Eastbourne, The Bluebell steam railway, Sheffield Park gardens, the historic riverside town of Lewes, famous for its annual Bonfire night parade and nearby Charleston House, previously Sussex residence of the Bloomsbury group, which the Villa has links to through a previous owner in the 1970’s, the artist Joanna Carrington, whose aunt was Dora Carrington.

Very quiet area, you can go out at any time of day and walk on foot without problems. Dave was very nice and helpful towards us, he left us full autonomy of the house but always attentive to our needs. The house is very spacious and well furnished, it has everything you need for any eventuality. We thank Dave for helping us and also his wife for having coddled us with her delicious brownies on the weekend. I fully recommend both Dave and the flat.

    Our apartment is situated in Brunswick Town conservation area designed by architect Charles Busby in 1825. Best known for its stunning regency architecture the area is steeped in history & well worth a wander round. We are also surrounded by green space, Brunswick Square & Hove lawns are directly at the bottom of the road & St. Anne's Well park is a short walk up the road. And the sea, of course!!

    This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
    This lovely apartment is situated in a quiet road, yet still only a few minutes walk from local amenities - supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops, train station and the seafront. Of all the tree-lined streets and grand boulevards of Hove, there is one that captures best the Victorian spirit that many of the others have lost. Running from Blatchington Road to Hove Station, Denmark Villas, with its tall elms and sycamores, has retained its character from all those years back. The spacious sitting room is stylishly furnished and decorated and offers ample room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Browse the books, watch TV, use my record player or just chill! For cold nights there is a lovely flame effect fire for added warmth. The apartment is on the first floor so if you have mobility issues this may not be suitable for you. Please don't make an enquiry if you are planning a drunken weekend, crazy clubbing or wild nights. This is a quiet residential house and I want to keep it this way. Included in the price is all your bed linen, towels and welcome pack to ease you into your stay. Fresh flowers, free tea and coffee, Virgin cable TV, DVD player, stereo and books to browse are just some of the bonuses.     I always like to think of Hove as the classier sister to Brighton. Central Hove is blessed with several excellent places to eat and drink and boasts some exceptional Gastro pubs - be it the Urchin that specialises in seafood and craft beers. Hove Place has a beautiful Italianate Garden out back where you can enjoy a glass or two of wine and enjoy their Modern European menu. Central Hove is also two minutes walk away and boasts a whole array of shops. Hixon Green is wonderful for breakfast and brunch and only five minutes away. If venturing into Brighton I can make numerous suggestions of what to see and do and can advise on where to eat - be it meat eaters, gluten free, pescatarian or veggie/vegan.

Needn’t have worried, located 100yds from the beach with good bus connections into BRIGHTON -great, we didn’t use the car all week. Then the apartment - we knew from the photos it was nice, but this place is stunning. Superbly designed and styled, spotlessly clean with absolutely everything you need and every fitting in the apartment is of high quality. May have been the seaside air, but we had really good night sleeps in the big bed. To give you an idea of how thoughtful these people are, the ‘welcome ‘ pack provided breakfast for our whole stay! (choice of cereals, yoghurts and toast with milk, coffee and orange juice - amazing thank you). The guide for the apartment and local amenities was also comprehensive. Thanks Ollie for a fantastic break. We would highly recommend this apartment - 5 stars! 😀.

The house has been built in 1875 and was recently refurbished and designed by us. Escape your stressful life and unwind as soon as you step into the front door. With stripped back floor boards and chalky walls we have tried to create an Eco friendly organic and natural environment for a stay less ordinary.
    We are great believers in using organic, fair trade, handmade, antique, locally sourced products. Throughout we provide eco friendly consumables and each guest is provided with purified water. For a great night sleep enjoy sleeping on organic mattresses and in organic cotton bedding. The towels are ethically sourced and made of organic cotton. The blinds have been made by a local blind maker using antique hemp linen. The sofas are made by a local upholsterer. The ceramics in the kitchen come from South Africa and are handmade and fair trade, too. All glassware is made of recycled glass. We have tried to keep the environment as natural and untreated as possible. We provide you with a little of the 21st century, too: The Living and Dining Room can be transformed into a home cinema as its equipped with a projector (BenQ W1070 with all necessary in and outputs). You have excess to Netflix. There is one Bluetooth speaker (Bose Soundlink mini 2). The entire apartment has central heating which can by controlled by a 3rd generation Nest thermostat. There is a number of USB sockets throughout the flat. You have underfloor heating in the main bathroom. The lights are dimable.
    We are situated in one of the most desirable streets in Hove. The apartment is a short walk to the sea front (5 minutes walk - you can see the sea from the street). Less than 2 minutes away you will find an artisan bakery, a secret Thai Restaurant, a craft beer bar, a local coffee roaster, one of the best pizza places in Brighton and Hove, and a news agent. The post office is close by and lots of other restaurants and shops. The county cricket stadium is just up the road. The neighborhood is residential and very friendly.

  • This place is unquestionably one of the most beautiful Airbnb apartments I have ever stayed in. Zoe and Fabio have put some beautiful personal touches to the apartment and general decor giving it a very classic and calming ambience. A self-contained apartment with its own entrance you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. The living room is beautifully laid out with a comfy sofa, chair and gorgeous dining table. It’s a basement flat and is very quiet with little noise from the road and loads of light from the bay window. As we were looking for a place for a quiet and relaxed weekend we were delighted to find that Zoe and Fabio offered Netflix and a projection screen full size of the wall for us to relax, chillout and enjoy a film or two. The neat galley kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything you need to cook for a small group of people. It’s very eco-friendly with all consumables in refillable glass jars. There are three beautifully decorated double bedrooms with comfortable beds and gorgeous cotton sheets to give you the best night sleep. Worth mentioning however that one bedroom is located at the far end of the small back garden with no toilet. Zoe and Fabio were excellent hosts, extremely helpful when checking in and very knowledgeable about the local area. Zoe also runs two beautiful boutique shops just down the road, both very worth a visit. Thank you we will return

To self cater you'll find a four ring induction hob and fan oven, under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment as well as kettle and a toaster. Dining Area Right by the kitchen, wooden table and chairs for two forms the dining area. Bedroom Area Lovely double bed with wooden frame and a handmade headboard dressed with seaside themed cushions. Storage drawers can be found on each side of the bed along with Pinocchio hooks to hung your belongings. There's wall mounted TV with Netflix and WiFi for your use. Bathroom Shower room comprising of shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin and WC. Garden Fantastic garden at the back of the property with a table and chairs as well as a summer house offering a shelter on a rainy summer's day! This is a fantastic space to relax after a long day. Bits n Bobs As a pet friendly property, guests are welcome to bring one small/medium breed dog or a cat.

    A quirky spacious character studio with high ceilings and ornate coving. A large sash window allowing lots of light. Full kitchen area with cooker and fridge. Stairs up to a cute shower room. The flat is located in a wonderful location on the border of Brighton and Hove. Only one block up from the Seafront and a short walk into town. There is a wonderful Patisserie just over the road and a large Co-op just round the corner.
    A homely flat with quirky Brighton features of a high ceiling, ornate coving and large character sash window. With a sleeping area, a lounge area and a work space if you need it this little gem will make your stay really comfortable.
    Although set back form the main bustle of Western Road, everything is also very much to hand with cafes in abundance, a favourite is the Real Patisserie over the road. Also just a short walk down to the SeaFront you have the yellow fronted Meeting House Cafe, a lovely place for a morning coffee with a great view of the i360 and the West Pier
