Set in the historic Railroad District with fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops in the same block and nearby, this modern studio over a detached garage has views of trees or mountains from every window. It's only a 5 minute walk to Downtown and a 10 minute walk to Lithia Park and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Should you wish, you could park your car in your dedicated space and not use it again during your stay.

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Peaceful Forest Cabin w/Cedar Hot Tub

Soak in a gorgeous cedar hot tub surrounded by forest. A quiet gem in the Siskiyou foothills, 15-20 min from Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival and Rogue Valley wineries. This craftsman tiny cabin sits above a seasonal creek with decks on two sides. Cozy loft bedroom, warm interiors, simple kitchenette. Wagner Creek trails steps away. Deer, turkeys, and occasional black bears visit. Eco-friendly throughout. Your restorative retreat awaits. We live on-site and love hosting but give you your space.

Tree Top Studio

Find your Peace in this cozy light filled studio in the treetops of the Siskiyou mountains. The studio is very private with views in every direction of trees, earth and sky (no other buildings in sight). You have direct access to trails leading to old growth forest and a refreshing year long creek. The studio space is an inspiration for artists and lovers of fine details. The kitchen meets all your basic culinary needs. Living room has cozy nooks. Bedroom upstairs has a comfy queen size bed.

The Cedar Cottage - creekside studio

This vintage guest house is nestled along Neil Creek in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Ashland is 30 minutes away and we are mere minutes from hiking and biking locations. We are conveniently located directly across the street from the public golf course, Oak Knoll, with easy access to I-5. Cedar Cottage is your perfect home away from home!

The Aloha House - Hot Tub - Pool

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Kelly’s Carriage House 4 miles from Ashland

The Carriage House is located on Kelly's Farm four miles from the city of Ashland and less than two minutes from Highway 5. This two story home is 440 sq. ft with two sliding glass doors affording a 360 degree view of the mountains and sunset. There is an upstairs and downstairs deck, a propane grill and kitchen is fully furnished, two burners, countertop oven, and rice maker among other things. Set up for three people using two beds. Dogs are welcomed but we don't accept cats.

Weisinger Winery Vineyard Cottage

Our vineyard cottage is located at Weisinger Family Winery in Ashland, Oregon. Built c. 1920, our vineyard cottage was the original farmhouse on the property and was recently remodeled in order to encompass the amenities and comforts of home. The hot tub and BBQ on the deck overlook our Pinot Noir vineyard. The property has wonderful views and privacy. A complimentary bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers are awaiting your arrival along with a free tasting in our tasting room.

Secluded mountain retreat, 10m. to Ashland, by PCT

Beautiful hand built log house nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. 15 minutes to Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and a three minute walk to Pacific Crest Trail. This home is a cozy, quiet getaway: surrounded by a 38 acre old forest w/ endless mountains and trails at your doorstep. Features include glassed in sun room (sleep under the stars), fully equipped kitchen, large covered deck, seasonal wood-fired sauna, swimming pond and walking trails.

Kelly’s Farm 4 miles to Ashland

Nestled on the border of the Shakespeare hamlet of Ashland, Oregon, is Kelly’s farm. Only four miles away from Ashland. Kelly’s farm has horses, goats, chickens, gardens, fruit and nut trees with views of Mt. Ashland’s seven-thousand feet high profile in its front and bucolic rolling hills in its back. Bring your dog! You have access to a large fenced in yard right from your private entrance and deck. ***Unfortunately we are not set up for children under 4 or kitty cats.

Historic Stage Coach Stop

Built in 1852, the Mountain House, listed on the national historic register, is southern Oregon's oldest timber-framed house. Adjacent to the house amid lush gardens, the renovated two-story brick stage coach driver's quarters is a cozy, private get-away. Microwave, refrigerator, electric water pot, coffee maker downstairs along with bathroom. Upstairs comfy queen bed, armoire, easy chair, television, and beautiful views from every window!

Creekside Retreat Close to Town

You will be a 10 minute drive from Downtown Ashland and feel like you are out in the country. The home sits on 8 private acres and has river frontage and a beach on the year round Emigrant Creek. There are beautiful views in all directions of mountains, trees and wildlife. The home is a two story residential barn built in 2012 and remodeled in 2022 (the main living quarters is upstairs).
