The unit is separated from the owner's home by two lockable doors, including an acoustic door, to ensure peace and privacy. If necessary, there is access to the secure room. There is no kitchenette, there is a small fridge, a kettle and a coffee corner. There are a variety of coffee carts, restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store.
