Holiday Rentals in Hygiene

Just booked in Hygiene

Creatively finished, creekside trailer on secluded 2 acres, yet biking distance to downtown Lyons, RMNP, Lyons Farmette and Planet Bluegrass. Full bed and twin pullout, with floor space for more. Property has grill, mini fridge (turned on upon request for energy conservation), trampoline, fire pit, privacy and more. Guests will share the bathroom (until the bathhouse is complete) with our family, which includes two wild young boys. Please keep valuables in the car due to vintage door lock.
Bohemian style trailer parked right next to a babbling creek. Lots of sunny yard and shady trees. Great wildlife running around and a fun place for kids to play.
We are moments away from the Lyons Farmette, a local wedding venue. Also, just on the other side of town from the Riverbend wedding venue. Our cozy trailer is a great place to stay when you are in town for a wedding.

  • Jill was not there when we arrived, but was in contact with us. She made sure the light was on in the trailer and let us know where the bathroom was. The trailer is located next to her home, along with two other airstream trailers. There was a communal fire pit. The bathroom was located inside of her home. She had clean towels for us, but I would recommend bringing your own toiletry supplies (although you are welcome to use what is provided!) The trailer was as described - and the pictures did it justice. It was a quirky, cozy little trailer. Very simple, but fit our needs. I would recommend this place for someone who is looking for a fun adventure and is content with the minimal (which is nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life). Good location. I think this trailer would be ideal for a place to crash when going to a festival/out with friends/ want to try something new and different.

  • We were not able to make it to this cute trailer. I would like to be reimbursed if possible. I did contact the owner & her brother that we could not make the long drive but they were not sure how to give me credit. Charlene

  • I stayed at the Cozy Creekside Trailer with two of my girlfriends for two nights and the entire experience was wonderful! Perfect location to visit Boulder and also the Rocky Mountain National Park. The hosts were very accommodating. Would recommend this place to all!

  • Jill was a fantastic host! She was very welcoming, approachable, and hospitable. The trailer bungalow was as cozy and comfortable as described. I thoroughly enjoyed the creek behind and it provided a relaxing ambient sound for a good nights rest.

  • Jill and her family were very welcoming. The decor on the property is very different and interesting! We were hiking in the Rockies for the most part of our day and had a cozy place to stay when we came back. Def recommend!

My place is close to parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining.. You’ll love my place because of the location. Easy access to Estes Park, Lyons, & Denver DIA, 3 minutes from Longmont, 20 from Boulder. Beautiful home in a country setting. Can relax outside by the pool. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
    Nice Colorado feel, large room.
All homes are on 1 acre lots, very private back yard with a in ground swimming pool with many out door seating areas.
  • Debbie makes you feel at home. House is amazing. Location was amazing. Made the week feel at home.

  • The host was so accommodating without a hitch

    Leland2016-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • We took a family vacation with a 9 month old and 10 year old not really knowing what to expect of our stay. One, we had never used the site and two we were staying in someone's home while they were there. I was so relieved that we made the right choice to stay here, not only the right choice but above and beyond what we ever expected!!! Debbie's home is beautiful, relaxing, well kept, and tranquil. My son was thrilled to be able to swim in such a beautiful backyard pool with a slide. Debbie is a very energetic, charismatic and genuinely nice person...we enjoyed getting to know her and chatting with her about life. How blessed we are to have made a new friend! Each day my son asked about Debbie and told me to remind Debbie what we had done that day, he loved her chats too. I enjoyed having coffee outside admiring the landscaping and decor throughout the large backyard space. We traveled to and from Estes Park daily for 5 days, coming back to Debbie's house felt like coming home to Aunt Debbie's place each evening. Never once did I feel like I was "checking" in some place. For a family traveling, nothing is more important that the kids feeling comfortable and relaxed...I know that this made our trip and it would not have been the same if we had stayed anywhere else. The bed was amazingly comfortable. My son slept on the futon/hide-a-bed which was also very comfy. We set the pack n play up in our room for the baby. We had everything we needed stocked at all times. Debbie was accommodating for anything we needed to care for the kiddos. We cannot wait to go back and we wouldn't stay anywhere else!!

  • Debbie is prompt in responding, her home is just lovely with wonderful and unexpected amenities like a pool and massage chair! We stayed with our 9 yo son and he loved it too. We'll be back for sure!

  • You couldn't ask for a better place to live for a couple days. Debbie was extremely friendly. I have been to many Airbnb's and this was the best so far. Couldn't ask for a better host during our visit.

    Aaron2017-03-27T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I were here for 2 nights and loved everything about it! The location is perfect, and Debbie does a great job at making you feel at home.

  • Debbie, her family and pets welcomed my wife and me like old friends. Her home was beautiful and very conveniently located to my work in Boulder. She was friendly, hospitable and accommodating.

  • Debbie has a beautiful home and was a warm host. She was also very helpful when we had problems contacting a friend. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space for the two of us and our 11 year old son. Our son loved the massage chair! The pets were friendly (and Ralph the dog has a very cute snore). It is a pity we didn't have time to try the pool or table tennis table!

This lovely room is located on the back of the house where it is very quiet. The whole top floor will be at your disposal. Wood furniture adds warmth to the space as well as antique lamps and handmade quilts.
This quiet, comfortable room will make you feel at home with the oak desk, antique lamps and hand made quilts. Breakfast is available for a nominal fee with house made breads, jams and granola. I love to cook and hope to serve you some special goodies. A Champagne Kir is available upon request to make your stay special ($5). I make my own raspberry liquor for the Kir Royal! Breakfast can be served at the table, back sun room or front porch where morning glories show off their beauty. The choice is yours!
  • Roberta was very friendly and her home was nice and quiet. I really liked the location in Longmont and how I was free to come and go whenever I wanted. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever are visiting Boulder or Longmont! Great value!

  • Roberta was very accommodating with our late check in. The room was basic but had everything we needed at a great value. When we left, we forgot something and Roberta quickly messaged us to let us know. Would definitely stay here again.

Located in our finished basement, this room includes a queen-sized bed with heated mattress pad for those chilly nights, space to unpack in the dresser and closet, a desk, and settee. The coffee area/family room and bathroom are down the hall. The space does have bugs and is not a good choice for the arachnophobic.
(Want something a little more upscale? Check out our main floor room "Lake Vista and Rocky Mountain Access".) Just outside your bedroom is our basement recreation room where you can find a mini kitchen with a coffee maker, small frig, small sink, microwave, and freezer. We stock it with coffee and tea (and sugar and cream). The main floor spaces upstairs -- dining areas, living room, kitchen, and sun porch are open for you to use as well. Our television and DVD player are in the basement recreational room, if you want to enjoy a movie or watch the evening news. We just don't have cable or sattelite. The lush garden and yard is also open to you - with several quiet seating areas and a free-standing hammock you can move wherever you want. The second story is our private area, and we ask that you stay on the main floor or basement. This is our home, and both Dennis and I work from home so are here a lot going about our daily lives. We try to spend the amount of time with our guests that is comfortable for them. If you want to stay in your room or keep to yourselves we're good with that. If you want to chat or join us in our social activities, that works for us as well. We mean it when we say, make yourself at home. Our home is just two short blocks to Lake McIntosh and 30 miles to Estes Park, the beautiful mountain-ringed portal to Rocky Mountain National Park. While Longmont's climate is semi-arid, because we are near a lake our neighborhood is full of trees and other greenery. Up for a run or a pleasant walk? A trip around the lake from our front door is 3.8 miles. Ask about our canoe or kayak for another way to enjoy the lake and its vistas. The nearby lake park has tennis courts, a volleyball pit, and several picnic areas for you to enjoy if you choose. There are several restaurants within walking distance (a mile or less), as well as three coffee shops, a major grocery store, and numerous other recreational and shopping opportunities. In addition, Longmont is a 30 minute drive to Boulder, and 45 minutes to Denver, Denver International Airport. In addition, we are within 1 to 2 hours driving distance to numerous other recreational activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, Garden of the Gods, and more. Unfortunately, public transportation in our corner of Longmont is not convenient, so bring your car or other form of transportation. Not a dog lover? We get it. I (Ellen) never thought I'd have a dog and therefore we work hard to train Zaac. Our goal is for him to be calm and stay off people and furniture. With the exception of his desire to greet every guest when they first arrive, he's good at staying out of your way.
Our home is two short blocks to Lake McIntosh and just 30 miles to Estes Park, the beautiful mountain-ringed portal to Rocky Mountain National Park. While Longmont's climate is semi-arid because we are near a lake, our neighborhood is full of trees and other greenery. Up for a run or a pleasant walk? A trip around the lake from our front door is 3.8 miles. Or ask if you may borrow our kayak or canoe, paddles, and life vests to enjoy the lake and its vistas from another vantage point. • Room was clean, spacious and a great value The private bathroom was clean. Overall the accommodations were more than adequate, the house was quiet, and my time there was restful. I appreciated my time there and would definitely come back again. Longmont was a pleasant town with good grocery options, local restaurants (ate a couple local places Tortuga/the Roost which were quality places), and quiet. It was a good in-between from Boulder and Rocky Mountain national park (where I spent time) and was just a walk down the street from Lake McIntosh which was great at sunset. Ellen was out of town but Dennis was a gracious and responsive host.

    Jonathan2016-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Warm home tucked away into the fine homes of Longmont. It is quite far from the town and surrounding cities, so a car is rather necessary. The room in the basement is rather dark in the morning, which i find to be fabulous. There is a lake near by, i didn't get to explore, but it looks like a really nice run. Ellen was very warm and friendly. I came home late and didn't see the family much, but i felt very comfortable there. overall, a great experience and a great value.

  • Ellen was a thoughtful and gracious host. I was looking for a quiet place to get a good nights sleep and her place exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable, quiet and private, and in a lovely area near a lake. It was a little over 20 minutes drive to Boulder. Thanks so much Ellen for sharing your lovely home!

  • Excellent spot. Ellen was very open and communicated everything clearly. Definitely would go again.

  • This was the perfect spot for the end of our trip. The location was just up the road from family I was visiting, with great space and amenities. The room was spacious and comfy. Ellen and her husband were very friendly and welcoming, fantastic at staying in touch and telling us everything we needed to know.

    Becca2016-07-12T00:00:00Z
  • Ellen's place was more than I expected, we were very happy with our experience. Great communication when our flight was delayed and we needed a later check in. Description of the place was spot on and more than I expected. Great location and plenty of privacy. I definitely recommend Ellen's place if you are thinking of staying in Longmont.

Crane Hollow Farm in Hygiene, Colorado was established by my grandfather in the 60's. On the property is a private tennis court, a 3 acre private pond, and possibly a stray cow. Enjoy the cabin, the views, and all that makes this place so special!
Down the dirt road, through the two cattle gates and past the grazing cows and horses waits Crane Hallow Farm. This quaint cottage sits on 20 acres of private land, with unobstructed views of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. The perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of Denver. After working up a sweat on the tennis court, cool off by jumping off the bridge into the pond. The floating dock is the perfect platform from which to do a little bass fishing. Make some food on the outdoor grill? At the end of the day rinse off in the outdoor shower! In the winter months, get nice and cozy by the fire, and cook a good meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Watch a movie or some cable, and get some work done with the fully dedicated wifi. Downtown Boulder and Downtown Longmont are both less than a 25 minute drive from The Farm. Or take a tour of Oscar Blues Brewing Co which is just down the road, as are a couple of great restaurants.
  • The pictures do not do it justice. The view of the water when you walk in the front door is so beautiful and gets even more incredible when you step into the back yard. So peaceful and relaxing. Very comfortable with everything you need. We had my parents and younger sister there and everyone found something fun to do. Paddling around on the water with the kayak provided was a lot of fun, our dog finally got the hang of swimming, we had a fire in the fire pit and roasted marshmallows, swung on the big tree swing, played horse shoes, played ping pong, and had I remembered my tennis rackets we would have had a blast on the tennis court. Hygiene is a quick drive away with a charming grocery store, a couple cute boutiques and a great breakfast place too. Lyons, Boulder and Longmont are all close by for anything you need but you feel miles away from anyone when on the property. Our host was very helpful and kind. We hope to come back again!

    Ruth2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great first Airbnb experience. Chris and Biz allowed our check in time to vary from the listing and told us not to hesitate to contact them if needed.

    Nola2016-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • Elizabeth Chris mom welcomed when we arrived and said enjoy the property that was a perfect welcome. The house listings were accurate and the neighbor hood was as expected. Perfect commute distance to Boulder.

    Brianna2016-05-09T00:00:00Z
  • I requested binoculars and wineglasses & they were made available....fridge stocked just enough for the things forgotten...the private pond on a hot June day with floatation gear & plenty of bug spray made guests never want to leave. The blue herons nesting down the road are other-worldly. Crane Hollow Cafe and the General Store offering a nice hot cup of coffee and buffalo sausage burritos in Hygiene added a great twist. Passing cattle instead of busy humans along the road to the farm was refreshing.

    Linda2016-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had an incredible trip staying here and hope to come back again and again! The views are gorgeous and our kids and dogs played in the water and explored the entire time. It is secluded and very private, a wonderful place to go to relax and slow down. We feel so lucky we were able to stay here.

    Corinne2017-04-17T00:00:00Z
  • Chris and Elizabeth were wonderful to communicate with, and made sure that the details of our trip were in place (directions, quirks about the property, fun things to do while there, etc.).

    Will2016-05-31T00:00:00Z
  • What a view this place has. If you want to get away from the hustle, this place will get you there. Gracious Hosts.

    Richard2017-03-17T00:00:00Z
  • Chris was very helpful, patient and friendly. He answered any questions we had and responded quickly. He gave us suggestions on things to do since we didn't know the area. The house was awesome and amazing for our dogs! We enjoyed having the whole farm to ourselves and it was still close to town for shopping and eating out. The view of the mountains from the back yard and master bedroom was wonderful! I loved the little bar and space in the kitchen as well. The private tennis court, pond and other activities provided were a nice touch! We have already spoke with some friends and family about travelling back out to stay again. It was the best vacation we have been on thus far! Thanks Chris!

This is a great landing spot from which to explore many lovely travel destinations: Boulder, Estes Park, Rocky Mtn. National Park, Denver, Lyons, Loveland, Fort Collins. I'm also just 2 blocks from Longmont's very scenic Lake Macintosh where you can take a lovely walk around the lake. You can also fish, paddle board or canoe the lake (equipment rentals in nearby Lyons). There is also community tennis courts and a swimming pool that guests may use.
Quiet, peaceful, lovely bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom. You are free to use kitchen and back patio and HOA pool.
  • Kathy's place is a 5 min walk to beautiful Lake Macintosh, with a backdrop of the scenic Rocky Mountains. Kathy is a terrific hostess in her cozy little cottage. I was attending a writing retreat nearby, and found the accommodation to be perfect for my 4-night stay.

    Ruth2017-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our short stay at Kathy's. The king size bed is very comfortable and the room and attached private bathroom were decorated with tasteful and interesting art pieces. The linens and towels are high quality. Kathy provided small touches such as a pitcher of water and glasses, also had a shelf in her refrigerator empty just for our use. I enjoyed sitting on the cute little patio reading a book after a long walk at the lake. The lake is within walking distance of her house, and there are beautiful paved pathways with lots of flowers. Even though we didn't see much of each other, we communicated easily by text. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

  • My boyfriend and I wanted to escape the Arizona summer for a month, and our vacation in Colorado was everything we hoped it would be. Cary's lovely home was just as described. Her house manager met us when we arrived and was available for questions or issues (we had none). Longmont has a homey charm with a varied selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Our favorites were Cheese Importers, Tortugas, and Lucile's. We took advantage of the weekly farmers market as well as the multiple free weekly music festivals. The town is convenient to Boulder and Denver as well as lakes and recreational areas. Perfect!!!

Estes Park and RMNP is a beautiful 40 minute drive -away! You’ll love our place because of the location, plus it's a very cozy space to rest up for your next adventure. We are good for couples, solo adventurers, girlfriend sleepover, business travelers, and small families (with kids)
We live on an acre of land with 35 trees. It is a retreat of sorts. You are welcome to enjoy it all as weather permits.
We have the jewel of Longmont in the NW, McIntosh Lake is 1/3 of a mile south and reflects Longs Peak and Meeker in it's blue waters. The path is 3.5 mile around, making it approximately a 4.5 mile walk/run from the house. With a few picnic spots, it's a nice place to spend time with family and friends. There is plenty of room to spread out.
  • Connie and Kevin were lovely hosts, and their home was more than welcoming when we arrived. Their dog is adorable and kept us company while we explored our surroundings since we arrived a few minutes before our hosts and were given a code to enter. Our room and bed were very comfortable and since we were downstairs we had plenty of space to move around. My only regret that our stay was so short. They had a lovely backyard perfect for early morning coffee, late afternoon iced- tea, or evening night caps... The home itself was cozy enough for those chilly Colorado evenings, and it felt perfect for a cold wintery evening even though we were visiting in June. I would gladly recommend Connie and Kevin's place to anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay and wants to be near Estes Park and Boulder without the added expense or crowds.

  • Connie and Kevin were wonderful hosts! I was only there for one night but felt safe and comfortable, and Connie was a pleasure to converse with in the morning over coffee :) Definitely recommend!

  • We were on a family roadtrip, camping from park to park & we felt so blessed to find this beautiful home to escape the rainy weather as we were passing through Colorado. Connie&Kevin warmly welcomed us and generously hosted us during our 2 night stay. The bright smiles & kind energy were much appreciated. We enjoyed beautiful nights of rest in their comfortable beds and gentle risings in their gorgeous backyard. Their super sweet doggie is a major (URL HIDDEN) much love to share. Connie showered us in all of the extra special touches that make one feel like they are visiting family. We look forward to our next visit & HIGHLY recommend this home & these hosts if you are in the area.

  • Out one night stay with Connie and Kevin turned into 4 nights, they made us feel that welcome! A wonderful, generous couple, who do a great job in hosting. Connie was very knowledgeable on the area and gave us plenty of recommendations. The location is well situated for exploring the nearby mountains. Would highly recommend.

  • We were welcomed very friendly family and spend really comfortable time.

  • Connie was a pleasure to communicate with and was a very gracious host. The bed was comfortable, location was ideal for our situation, and Connie provided some great recommendations for our short stay.

    Sean2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Connie's place was nicer than I expected. Total privacy in the basement areas. The bed was extremely comfortable. The coffee/tea/hot chocolate station was delightful. We felt spoiled with an above and beyond breakfast. I will definitely consider staying here again for a rest during my frequent trips between Salt Lake City and Kansas City.

Peaceful and private garden-level retreat. Comfortable, spacious and clean. Great family neighborhood in Northwest Longmont. Easy drive to Boulder, Lyons, Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins, Denver. 11.5 miles from I-25, allowing convenient access to Colorado’s entire Front Range.
Relax as you step through your private entrance into my home's lovely 1500 sq. ft. garden-level space, where you will find a clean, bright, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated getaway. One King and one Queen bedroom accommodate four guests. Spacious living area has tons of comfy seating, large flat panel HDTV with Apple TV and Netflix, and a dining table that can accommodate four people. Compact kitchenette has sink, microwave, mini fridge, toaster/convection oven, Keurig coffee maker, and electric tea kettle. Basic utensils, glasses, dishes, table linens, ice bucket, etc. I provide, coffee, tea and cream. Two bedrooms are cozy and quiet. Beds are comfortable and the quality bedding is always freshly laundered. Recently remodeled and roomy 3/4 bath (vanity, shower and commode) provides clean fluffy towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, first aid kit, and essential toiletries you may have forgotten, plus a space heater for your comfort. Laundry Room has large-capacity washer and dryer, utility sink, countertop for folding, and ironing board and iron. I provide all laundry products (please see house rules). Private patio features fresh Colorado air, covered outdoor seating, gas grill, and an amazing 2-person hot tub. Enjoy Longmont’s high-speed fiber optic internet service. It is way way faster than regular WiFi, and simplifies coupling of your devices for streaming on the Television. Ample off-street parking in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. I have two wonderful kitties, but they will not be in your space while you visit. However, when I don't have guests, both myself and my cats access the space. I always clean extremely thoroughly between guests, but there may be an occasional cat hair, so please keep that in mind if you have allergies. Your space is totally separate and private, but I do live upstairs. Although the lower level is quite well acoustically insulated and I am generally quite quiet, you may on occasion hear a squeaky floorboard, water running, one of the kitties talking, etc. My true wish is for you to feel at home at my home away from your home.
I am located in Boulder County along Colorado’s northern front range, with easy access to all of the wonderful places and experiences that bring visitors here. That said, you might just discover that Longmont itself is a pretty nice place, worthy of hanging out and exploring. With a population of a little over 90,000, it is a good-sized city with a small town feel. And it’s a happening place, with something for everybody. Tremendous recreational opportunities are right here…indoor and outdoor fitness centers and swimming pools, parks, trails, greenways, open space, seasonal outdoor ice rink, historic sites with special activities and events, golf courses (one is two blocks from the house, see it in photos), and a nice little museum. We have a wide and rapidly-growing variety of dining and entertainment options: old-school diners/home-cooking joints, ethnic restaurants of all varieties, and micro-breweries and distilleries and pubs (there is even a bus that will take you from place to place to sample local brews). We also have several upscale and innovative eateries featuring sustainable locally-sourced ingredients. Also, the space is minutes away from many small, mostly organic farms that, during the growing season, offer “Farm to Table” dinners on their land. Local restaurants and chefs prepare fixed price multiple course meals featuring produce/cheese/eggs/meats etc. from the farm. Often times, these meals include wine, beer or spirit pairings. Truly, these dinners make for especially delicious, memorable memories. And, as if that’s not enough, Longmont has a lively and growing arts and entertainment scene, with numerous galleries, film festivals, touring events, theaters, live music, and other venues. The city itself also sponsors an unbelievable variety of free festivals, special events, celebrations, parades, etc. Since 1869, Longmont has been the home of Boulder County’s Fairgrounds, where there is always something going on, seriously. The 2017 county fair itself runs from July 26th-Aug 6th. The Fairgrounds also hosts an amazing local Farmer’s Market from April through November.
  • I spent three nights here with my husband and two friends. We enjoyed its location. We were able to enjoy Longmont, go to the mountains and also check out Denver. The space was very tidy and well taken care of. Tonya had it stocked with anything we could possibly need. We enjoyed her place and would recommend it.

    Kara2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and Tonya were our first AirBnb Hosts, they set the expectations extremely high for the next hosts. My business partner David and I stayed at their getaway for 6 days and were treated like royalty. Everything down to the tee was done to make us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was extremely clean, the beds were absolutely amazing (slept like a baby every night) the bathroom and kitchen area was phenomenal. We rented a car at the airport and K&T let us know we could park anywhere we would like as they would adjust which was amazing night as we didn't have to go back and forth about parking. Tonya is a phenomenal cook and has salad dressings to die for. David and I didn't have rice for our meal one night and Ken and Tonya whipped it up for us in minutes. They are extremely caring about their guests and their attention to detail is amazing. They guided us around town and gave us great suggestions. I had busted my shoulder up pretty good while snowboarding and Ken had gotten a hold of some pain relievers I requested of him along with some ice pads to heal me up. The hot tub was magical as well! We will definitely be staying with K&T again in the future and recommend them 100% to anyone who is planning on heading to Longmont!

  • Great, cozy accommodations. Perfect size for a small family. Location is superb as it is perfect distance from Boulder and Denver.

    Courtney2015-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Ken and Tonya were great hosts, staying up past their bedtime to welcome us night-owl road-trippers into their place. They provided a cozy, fully-equipped place to stay that worked perfectly for our family vacation.

    Daphne2015-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was one of my best Airbnb experiences ever! Tonya/Ken went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were very flexible with my schedule (arrived really late at night and left at 5am). I was in town for a wedding and they had EVERYTHING I needed, from an iron to a clothes steamer so I looked sharp, and they stocked up the place with healthy and delicious snacks which were a blessing while I was hiking the Rockies :) The location is great as well, really close to Boulder in a really cute little town. If you're coming to CO to hike the Rockies this is the perfect place! Its even closer to the national park than Bolder and has a great hot tub to soak and relax at the end of a long hike :) Would highly recommend staying here!

    Jason2015-06-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay with Tonya and Ken. They were very considerate and gave us a very nice living space. I highly recommend them.

    Bob2014-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first experience with air b n b and I'm so happy Tonya was my host. Immaculately clean, very warm homey feel and space to "spread out". It was perfect size for my husband, myself & our 16 year old. The location is great. It's within walking distance to twin pines golf course and right around the corner from the Golden Ponds area-some of the best mountain sunset pictures I've ever taken. Goldens Ponds also has catch & release fishing

    Tonya2017-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Ken and Tonya's could not have been a better first Air B&B experience for me! Their space was exactly as advertised, exceptionally clean, and very reasonably priced. I truly felt as comfortable as if I were in my own home. On top of that, they are two of the nicest people. Very welcoming, easy to contact and communicate with, and gave us great suggestions about the area. This trip set the bar high for my future Air B&B hosts!

Beautiful home in quiet older neighborhood. Cleaned and maintained with natural products only. Close to trail around a lake with beautiful views (and I have 2 bikes available for your use) 15 minutes from Boulder/40 minutes from Denver
  • Everything about this stay was excellent. Laura made the house so welcoming upon our arrival and was so good about answering an questions I had. I didn't want to leave the most comfortable beds! We wanted to stay in the Boulder area but found Longmont had so much to offer that we ended up going to dinner there and found great coffee shops. Highly recommend this house.

    Amy Aston2017-08-05T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at Laura and Bri's home while attending my Daughter's wedding. We didn't have a lot of down time to spend here but the home is marvelous! It is a tri-level (note for elderly) in a lovely neighborhood and is very spacious and well appointed, The beds are AMAZING!!! You feel as if you are sleeping on a designer cloud! Laura and Bri have any appliance, gadget, dish, or. pan you can imagine. They also bought us organic cereal and organic milk for breakfast after our 2400 mile drive. If you plan to stay long and cook, take inventory before you go shopping. I wish our schedule would have allowed us more time to enjoy the home and lovely yard more than we did. I would have liked to have taken those bikes out for a ride! I certainly will return if I can!

    Sheryl2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • My family enjoyed our stay at Laura's house and would love to stay here again if we were to plan another trip to Denver.

    Omer2017-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • We were two couples plus two children, in Longmont for a wedding, and the set-up was perfect for us. The house itself was clean and as described. The two bikes would have been a nice touch if we had had the time to use them. We were there in the Fall, and could have used another blanket or two, but everything else was fine.

    David2017-10-23T00:00:00Z
  • Great house. Very comfortable. My kids loved picking berries in the back yard.

    Sean2017-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. Longmont is a great town to stay in, any restaurant or store you need is close by. Easy drive to Boulder, Denver, and Rocky Mtn National Park. House was very clean and well stocked with amenities. I would recommend Laura and her home to everyone!

    Tristen2017-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Laura's home is clean and had comfortable beds. She is very communicative and provided breakfast items. Be aware before renting that there is only one shower (the second bath literally only had a bathtub). The property also has bees, which is definitely neat, but don't rent this place if you have a bee allergy. Lots of the windows are missing screens, so if it's hot, you are unable to open windows without letting bugs inside. All of the beds are very high up, and it is also a split level home with two staircases that do not have any handrails. Overall the stay was OK.

    Dylan2017-09-05T00:00:00Z
  • We were looking for a place that was close to relatives in the area. The 3 bedrooms worked out great for us (Spouse and I plus 2 grown daughters). The house wasn't new but it we were very comfortable there and the Hosts were great! The house was setup with play areas for kids both inside and out which we think is a great feature for those that bring children. (Maybe we will bring the grand kids next time... Overall we were very pleased!

My place is truly one of the finest country estates close to Boulder. It has privacy, views and luxurious accommodations. The layout of the house is all on one level and allows for good bedroom privacy. We have bird watching, a hammock to relax in, a patio with a grill for outdoor dinners, shaded areas and flower gardens, a fully fenced yard and 30 private acres. We are close to mountain biking and hiking trails. We provide guided hikes and fly fishing through private property.
  • What an amazing unique experience it was staying at this rental. It is located on a beautiful horse ranch in Longmont. The area is serenely quite with a majestic backdrop of the Colorado mountains. Karen was a great host. She took the time to make sure that she was there personally to greet us and give us a tour of the place. She even introduced us to her gorgeous horses and was very patient while we pet them, took pictures, and asked lots of questions. The house itself was very clean, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities and comforts that we could have needed. I particularly enjoyed the open outdoor space. Sitting at a table outside and watching the horses with the mountains in the background was a peaceful escape from city living for me. The house is in a quite area but is a close drive to Boulder or other destinations. We drove to Rocky Mountain National Park each day that we stayed there and found the short drive enjoyable and scenic. If you are an animal lover and a nature lover this is the best chooice that you can make in the area. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of both the home and the location. We were very happy with our stay there and will probably be back in the future.

  • Beautiful, peaceful ranch! Close to Boulder and the mountains! Loved every minute of our stay!

    Julie2017-06-13T00:00:00Z
  • You arrive and go through a electronic gate and well off the road to the home. This small flat working horse ranch has view of mountains from several of the patios that you can escape sunlight or capture depending upon you mood. The interior is spacious and nicely appointed. The owner and caretaker are very accommodating and we did not once say "I wish this place had....". We were there with two adult daughters and their spouses. Plenty of room for all. Hiking and scenic roads are not that far away. Close to Boulder and Longmont but with country feel.

    Greg2017-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Karen was a wonderful host and went out of her way to even provide a nice rocking horse for our Grand daughter when we arrived. She took the time out of her busy schedule to often stop by to talk with us, check to see if we were happy and offer suggestions of places to see and go to during our 1 week stay. She also invited us over to the stables to meet her beautiful horses. It was always a pleasure to see the dogs running around each day and the activities that go on at a working farm. The only negative I can really say about the place was the smell of the home when we arrived and this could be that it had been closed up for a while. After opening the windows and a little spray of air freshener, it was very acceptable. The furnishings while dated were very acceptable. Being so close to the stables often caused a fly nuisance when outside and they often got in when opening doors causing a problem inside as well. The house is well stocked with linens and toiletries and clean. I would recommend this location if you are looking for beautiful mountain views awaiting you each day along with secluded and private. There were four adults and one 2 year old and there was ample room for all to relax and enjoy. I felt the price was a tad pricey when including the add-ons i.e. taxes, cleanup fee's, etc., given the few issues we had with the home. Overall a GREAT TRIP to Colorado to see our son and have a family reunion with his brother and new niece. Thanks again Karen.......

    Curtis2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay at Karen's roomy, well appointed home, with a view of her horse ranch and the mountains in the distance. It's about 10 minutes drive from Lyons, or 25 minutes from Boulder. Three large bedrooms, very large living room and nice kitchen. Karen is around most mornings training her dressage horses, and we appreciated the time she took introducing them to us (keep in mind, no access to horses allowed w/o Karen present). A good place for a family gathering.

    Terry2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Every quite place stay we loved the view of the mountains. I would highly recommend to stay.

    MONICA2017-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • My family had a wonderful stay. The house has amazing views, spacious rooms, and comfortable outdoor seating space. The property is secured; I felt very safe there. Karen is a gracious hostess and added several nice touches to our stay that made us feel very welcome. I can't wait to go back!

    Nancy2017-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great house in a beautiful, quiet location. I like that the two bedrooms with king beds are at opposite ends of the house, so it makes for nice privacy between couples. Middle bedroom (with queen bed) doesn't have a/c, so that might be a problem for some. House had everything we need, very comfortable furnishings, great outdoor patios. Good location not far from Lyons, Longmont, or Boulder, but nice quiet country setting.

  • Deb, We had a great time staying with you. This was our first time using airbnb and it was beyond our expectations. Your home was fabulous and you made us feel welcome. The location was convenient to Estes Park Boulder and many other attractions. Your back yard was like being at a resort but you have it all to yourself. . We didn't use the pool but the hot tub was fabulous after a day of hiking. The house and the room were very comfortable and clean. • Roberta´s place is a great location to get some rest and some nice time outside in nature, close to the mountains. Roberta was always extremely helpful, drove with me to the supermarket the first day, borrowed me her bike and always had good tips where to go. She also allowed me to use her kitchen and shared lots of home-grown delicious lettuce with me! I could have great conversations with her but on the same hand she always respected my privacy. The basement room is a nice cozy and cool place during summer time and I enjoyed myself sitting in the winter garden, reading and writing, safe from the mosquitoes. It´s an extremely quiet area and I slept very well, but there are also shopping options in biking distance. I went to a natural grocers, vitamin cottage and there are also organic farms.I also enjoyed listening to Roberta´s very good and soothing piano playing. Thanks for everything, I could have spent one more week! =)

Beautiful home inside and out with garden terrace and trees. Fully equipped kitchen, great room(cable, games, wifi), den, 4 bdrm/3 ba, in a friendly, quiet neighborhood, & stellar dining in town. A hop away from McIntosh Lake for postcard views, biking, birding, use of unmotorized water vehicles, fishing, or walking the 3 mile loop path. A 6 min drive to Lyons (charming mtn town)/trails; 30 mins to world-renown Estes Pk/Rocky Mountain National Pk for iconic mountain wilderness, 30m to Boulder.
Stocked wood fireplace, hardwood floors, bright spacious beautiful kitchen, backyard patio and dining area, private and quiet downstairs bedroom and den, cozy great room with big windows, ambient lighting, and comfortable beds throughout.
Our location is half of the luxury of our home, it is in between so many great towns and cities, and Longmont itself has such a historical, friendly environment. Whether you are young and interested in all that Boulder has to offer in terms of worldclass dining and nightlife, or want the mountain experience of Lyons, Estes Park, and in between, or just want to walk right out the door to the local MacIntosh Lake trail, or drive down the road to Rabbit Mountain, we are at the crux of so much entertainment and nature. Also highly recommend taking brewery tours in Fort Collins and visiting that amazing city! We are also conveniently located next to the main route heading to i-25 which is the highway to Denver and the airport which is also a plus.

Put the kids in the big yellow utility wagon with a picnic, soccer ball, roller racers, fishing poles or kites to either of the two parks you pass on your run around the lake where they can play in maintained playgrounds and grassy areas--plenty of room for Frisbee tossing or kite flying. Fishing (catch and release), volleyball courts in each of the two parks, tennis courts across the street and a half-court for basketball pick-up in one of the parks, covered picnic tables, basketball half-court and non-motorized boat entrances. While you pack the picnic, the little ones can play in the 4X4 sandbox under a shade tree in the fenced yard. Owner provides tennis rackets, volleyball, basketball, soccer ball and roller racers for the kids. Oh, yes, and a canoe with nifty trailer, paddles and life jackets for two adults, a teen and a toddler can be pulled across the street for a fun hour or two on the water where you may be the only craft on the lake. With all this activity, you will be glad that there is an energy efficient washer and dryer available -- and a drying rack for the ecologically-minded. Not up for all that activity? Inside, make your own blended smoothie or coffee from beans and water straight from the mountains. Enjoy it on the back deck and shady back yard with its eating space for 6-8. The kitchen has all the upgraded appliances, cookware, eating and serving supplies you could need, including a coffee maker and grinder, microwave, Kitchen Aid blender with pasta maker and mixer, electric waffle maker and pressure cooker. Basic cooking supplies are available--a cup of flour, some salt or a pinch spices. Recycling is expected and you are encouraged to contribute non-protein food scraps to the composter. From a viewing deck, accessible by sliding and french doors off the master and 2nd bedroom, enjoy a long view of Lake Macintosh, Long's Peak--great light and shadows in early mornings and dusk year round! Play tennis or practice your basketball shots (dribble the short walk to the half court). Enjoy evening visits or family game time in the family room. Television with cable and DVD or VHS players with children's DVDs and family VHS available, chess and board games. Vintage Nintendo and Play Station available with a separate monitor and game playing area, leaving the television free for movies. WIFI is available throughout. Or, if it is chilly outside, an upgraded efficiency wood fire in the fireplace will warm you up, fire starter and firewood are provided. Caretaker is on property and provides care for yards and gardens and remove snow. Longmont is a very family friendly city, filled with parks, hiking and biking trails and lakes. The County Fair Grounds host livestock shows, antique auctions, arts and crafts fairs, the farmers' market and other festivals and is within 2 miles of the vacation rental. The Greenway offers an extended biking and hiking trail almost 10 miles round trip, with Golden Ponds (fishing and wildlife) and Roger's Grove (festivals and fishing) on the west and Sandstone Park (ballparks, skateboard park and picnic areas) on the east. Longmont is also a surprising community, with an excellent library, interesting downtown with lots of art and antique shops, a beautiful commemorative rose garden with dozens of varieties, bicycle, rollerblading or walking paths, including the St. Vrain and the Left Hand Greenways--14 mile round trip of sidewalk trails--among others, recreation and athletic facilities including the YMCA and Longmont Recreation Center (both have indoor pools and water slides), a senior center that serves lunches Monday-Friday, a beautiful museum and cultural center, lots of restaurants and fast food outlets and a United Artist 10 Theatre with the best popcorn in the area. Lots of community events include downtown art walks, runs and bicycle races (a bicycle friendly town), ice skating rink, concerts in the park and at the library and a museum. Enjoy concerts in Roosevelt Park near the Rose Garden and Senior Center. Twin Peaks, Ute Creek and Sunset Golf Courses with interesting layouts for golfers of all levels. Find all the restaurants and shopping outlets you might need. Longmont has been a magnet for popular restaurants, clothing and specialty stores. Boulder's "no growth" city ordinances have pushed many retail markets to Longmont. In a short walk east on the Oligarchy Greenway (1 block from the home), you will find Safeway, Blockbuster and Redboxes, Green Cleaners, Subway, Daylight Donuts, Restaurants and Pizza. You will find major restaurants and shopping within short drives or bicycle rides. It is close to Boulder, Denver and Fort Collins and within 2 hours of major ski areas. Estes Park and the infamous Stanley Hotel is just 45 minutes west at the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Forest with its elk herds, bighorn sheep and lots of animal and natural beauty is a short drive west on our section of Highway 66.
The home is directly across the street from two of the city's favorite parks, Dawson and Flanders. Children's park and volleyball courts at each park. Tennis courts are 40 steps away, a half-court basketball court a little farther, A 5K (3.44 mile) trail around the lake for walking or biking. The Agricultural Museum is accessible from the path and north and west of the lake is open space. A greenway along the Oligarchy Ditch leads the 6 blocks to coffee, donuts, groceries, pizza, fast and slow food restaurants, dry cleaning and other amenities.

  • Nancy was a kind and welcoming host. Her basement apartment was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quiet, safe accomodations while traveling with our infant. Thanks, Nancy!

  • Nancy's place was our first experience using Airbnb and she has set the bar extremely high. The space is lovely--extremely clean and open, and the beds are ver comfortable. The extra touches like herbal tea, filtered water, and organic shower products were wonderful surprises, especially after a long day of hiking. Nancy was quick to respond to questions and gave us a great breakfast recommendation. The location was great. Can't wait to go back!

    Amy2016-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • I had a very nice stay at Nancy's place. It was the perfect spot for a central location with less than an hour drive to all of the areas points of interest. Easy access to Boulder, Estes Park, Fort Collins, and Denver. The apartment was very clean and the beds were quite comfy.

    Kim2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy's place was great. It's in the basement of her home, but it felt like another residence and a great place to relax. I would like to stay again if I come through in town.

    Shaun2017-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fourth stay at Nancy's and as usual we enjoyed the warm hospitality and comfortable accomadations. The mattress in the main room is fantastic. We would be happy to return .

    Edward2016-06-20T00:00:00Z
  • Nancy welcomed my dad and I upon our arrival at her home, and throughout our stay was attentive in making sure we were well taken care of. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the space is reflective of that as well - everything is just as described. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

    Niki 2016-06-08T00:00:00Z
  • This was the second time we've stayed at Nancy's place and it was just as comfortable, clean, and peaceful as the first time. The bedding is high quality and very comfortable. The neighborhood is great. Close to shopping and a beautiful park with a lake. Highly recommended.

  • Nice basic accomodations. No kitchen, but a microwave and coffee maker allow you to cover breakfast. Very nice washer and dryer set. Overall it was just fine for the price.

Our little organic farmette is surrounded by horse property, quiet and beautiful. Come and stay, eat the eggs from our chicks, we'll give you some honey from our bees and you're oh-so-close to Boulder, Rocky Mountain NP and Lyons Festivals.
Open, light, quiet and private space. The room has a beautiful queen bed and comfy mattress and a large and private bathroom. This bathroom has a big, jetted tub and shower and a walk-in closet. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hair dryer. The room (and house) have hardwood floors, the room has a ceiling fan and good reading lights, along with an antique dresser. The house is one level with tons of light. We'll have lots of information and maps for the surrounding areas for you to use - and lots of personal info on the hiking and biking in the area (and all of Colorado).
It's super quiet with expansive views - plains and mountains, cows grazing, horses and lots of hawks. We are happy to be out of Boulder, but near enough to enjoy some it! There are two dogs here that love to go on walks, chickens to talk to, a cat to love and hopefully soon, turtles. We're closest to the town of Hygiene - a super small town with an awesome cafe (Crane Hollow Cafe) and a really nice little market. It's less than 2 1/2 miles away. The town of Lyons is the best kept secret in Colorado - a Boulder 30 years ago with fantastic food and a cute downtown. We're ten minutes away for Lyons, 10 minutes for Longmont and 15-20 minutes from Boulder.
  • Tony and Lydia were extremely welcoming; their home was lovely with very nice design features and amenities. We even had a friendly dog and two friendly cats welcome us home each time we returned!

    Kristen2017-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • This was our first time using AirBnB--what a way to begin. We had the most gracious, kind and welcoming hosts (including two dogs, a cat, 3 turtles and some bees who were kind enough to share their delicious honey)--Tony and Lydia. We couldn't feel more at home. The accommodations were inviting, comfortable and calming. The amenities were beautiful, breakfast-organic and the company-really enjoyable. We picked fresh herbs from the garden and ate freshly laid eggs from their chickens with freshly picked tomatoes. The whole experience was so lovely we actually want to schedule our next trip to Colorado to include their home. We may even try to go on one of Tony's hikes or a bike ride with them as we feel we've made new friends.

    Thomas2014-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Tony and Lydia were amazing hosts, very friendly who made us feel immediately at home. The house is gorgeous as it is the room. We enjoyed staying in the countryside between Longmont and Lyons which is a great base for exploration in the area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the are and gave us a lot of direction and tips on things to do, trails to hike, restaurants and also lent us their hiking-trails map. They also provided us with freshly brewed coffee and breakfast every morning! We had a wonderful stay and we look forward to our next visit there.

    Marta & Gionata2014-09-21T00:00:00Z
  • The most pleasant airbnb experience I've had. Tony and Lydia were the most welcoming hosts, fun to hang-out with, and gave really good advice regarding anything from local food to travel plans. We're definitely coming back next time we're in the area.

    Brandon2015-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Such a wonderful stay with Tony and Lydia. I wish I could have stayed longer. Unique way to appreciate the beauty of Colorado, somewhat in the country but a few minutes away from lively towns. The hosts were fantastic in every way.

    Nicholas2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Tony and Lydia were wonderful hosts. I felt very at home and they were so very accommodating! I was 7 months pregnant at the time of my stay and they were just fantastic. This was my first Airbnb trip and they made me feel so at home and comfortable. The room was great, comfy bed and nice private bath.

    Meghann2016-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lydia & Tony made us feel very welcome, the accommodations were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Being out in the countryside was a definite plus. Peaceful and close enough to everything without being in the middle of it all. Lydia was very helpful, providing maps and suggestions for places to eat and things to do. We would definitely return to stay, and hope we can one day!

    Anne2014-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Tony and Lydia are wonderful hosts! Their house is in a scenic location with mountain views, and is a quick drive to breweries, restaurants, and the farmers market. Each morning we were offered fresh eggs, homemade granola, coffee, and fresh honey (which Tony collects from the hives he keeps). Their pets are wonderful (the cats are especially friendly), the room is comfortable, and the bathroom is great with a nice large tub. If you're considering a stay in Longmont, this is a great spot where I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We have a beautiful pine loft with a window, a small dresser and a full bed. There is a 1/2 bath that is exclusively for guests, as well as a shared master bath. The living room/dining room and kitchen are shared spaces - feel free to bring food to cook, and you are more than welcome to use our Netflix account. We also have our super friendly pup Duke - he does not have access to the loft, but will roam the shared spaces :)
Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a city park with playground, volleyball court, basketball court, horseshoes, and grass galore. The neighborhood backs up to the Golden Ponds Natural area that offers miles of recreational pathways to fishing ponds, bird watching, and the rushing St Vrain river. The same path network can take you into downtown Longmont which is a true up and coming destination w/ breweries, shopping, and restaurants. The beauty of Longmont, or "Longtopia" as I prefer to say, it is that it has everything you need if you want to stay local, yet is situated within a relatively short drive to a number of popular destinations, cities, and attractions. Check our guest book for great local recommendations for margaritas, beer, cocktails, sushi, tacos, pizza, bar fare, and BBQ. You can ride bikes to all of these options via the path behind the neighborhood. Across 9th ave from our house is a municipal golf course if that's your game. It's also a great morning walk in the off season. Rocky Mtn National Park via Estes Park is only 45 mins away and there are plenty of great hikes, mtn bike rides, and xc ski trails in between we can suggest. Ft. Collins is 50 mins, and so is Denver Boulder is 15 mins and so is Lyons

  • Wonderful accommodations. My mom, dogs and I loved this property. Jennifer was very accomodating. The house and room ate gorgeous. The large jetted tub was wonderful for relaxation. Her place is also close to dining, massage services, and a recliner movie theater! We took full advantage! I would definitely stay again!

    Vicky2017-01-22T00:00:00Z
  • Jennifer is great! We had a fantastic time staying with her. This is a very large, practically private, nicely finished basement with plenty of windows! Your own private bathroom w a great shower! This space was well crafted w living area, dining area, laundry area, and a reading nook that is just your space. She also has a very nice upstairs area that we felt welcome in and great kitchen, back and front patios we were welcome to use. It get's better...you will be a stones throw away from Golden Ponds, a lovely multiple Ponds walking/hiking area with a waterfall. You also are only 15-20 minutes from Boulder. I can't say enough about her pups, Harold and Selah who are very well behaved and as sweet as Jennifer is! Loved staying here and this will be our go-to spot whenever we are in town!

  • A modest home and room, full of those neccesities like any toiletries you may have forgotten including hair dryer. I brought my own breakfast items but she had some basics there for her guests. Location is great near reataurants and good grocery stores. Communication excellent and her attitude is very welcoming even though she couldn't meet me personally she had a friend there for me to make sure I was in ok

    June2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • I highly recommend Jennifer's lovely home. Everything was perfect, clean, and comfortable and the highlight was meeting her beautiful doggies. She really went out of her way to make us feel at home and definitely made sure we had what we need to make our exploring amazing and easy. The location was great as well, incredible view of the mountains and peaceful neighborhood. If you're considering staying in Longmont for a few days definitely consider this place!

  • Petra was a great host! She prepared everything perfectly! Before the trip, she detailed described her property and asked whether I have additional needs. She gave suggestions on the local weather and UV intensity to help me well prepared for the trip. I arrived late at her house, but received warmly welcome. And she gave more introductions before she sleep. The house is clean, bright and spacious. Outside the house is country scenery and I saw beautiful sun-rise from the window in early morning. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Petra prepared different kinds of foods in the kitchen so that I could choose my favorite as breakfast. And she asked what else was needed. I felt there like my own home and relaxed. I highly recommend Petra's place!

    Yuge2017-06-11T00:00:00Z
  • Petra was very helpful throughout the entire renting process and was very responsive. She walked us through the entire house showing us where various things were that we would need during our stay. She had plenty of clean sheets, towels, and blankets (some brand new) which was important since we had a large group. The neighborhood was very quite and peaceful. Petra, thanks for everything we enjoyed it!

  • Kelly and John were excellent hosts. Very helpful and friendly, and the children were nice. Kind enough to invite me to social events, I met a Cambridge-educated theoretical physicist and a super dog (to be clear, not the same person). I spent 18 days there and am glad for it. Great people.

    Matthew2017-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly had a key available for us since we were arriving late and then with our early morning departures each day, we were able to come and go easily. I chose the lodging primarily on price ... it met my needs for this trip but I really like a firm bed and the one offered is pretty soft ... kept rolling to the middle of the bed.

    Lois2017-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly's room was really neat & cozy and the bed was super comfortable, which was a big deal for me after driving looong hours all day! (Snacks were provided at bedside too, more bonus!!) Kelly was also easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

    Jo2017-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly was there to greet us upon arrival. The family was nice and welcoming. Our room was clean and good sized. The room was rather warm, but there was a fan provided. The bathroom was close to our room, but the shower wouldn't drain. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and would recommend it for a short stay if you don't want to pay a lot and want to be close to surrounding attractions.

Private bedroom and bath in my home located 12 miles north of Boulder. Easy access to Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Fort Collins, and great hiking on the front range. Close to lakes, great walking paths, a frisbee golf park, restaurants, breweries, grocery store , a gym, coffee shop and a hospital that's walking distance (but you won't need that ;-) Full access to a gourmet kitchen and to the very relaxing backyard patio. I provide coffee, tea, bagels, toast or cereal for breakfast.
My home and yard are peaceful and cozy. This is a great place to relax or to use as a base for whatever your reason is in coming to Colorado. The bed is a double so can accommodate one or two. You can eat outside on one of the 2 patios that are usually shaded and listen to the birds singing. I have evaporative cooling when needed in the summer and there is a ceiling fan in your room. There is a fireplace in the living room for use in winter. One well-behaved dog is acceptable. I charge an additional $15 as I've found there is typically more clean up. My yard is fenced in and there is a doggie door. Often I am caretaking a dog, so if you are allergic or don't love canines, please ask ahead if I will have one when you plan to come. I only accept charming dogs so don't worry about not having a sweet one here. I have an organic vegetable garden in summer and if you're fortunate enough to be here at the right time, I will gladly share some harvest with you. My adult son has recently returned from S. America and is living with me. He is awesome (spoken as a true biased mother), but honestly, he is a very respectful and kind. We are all sharing the same home together like roommates, but know you have your own space and come & go as you please. I try to be respectful in all ways that might impact you and hope for the same from you. I make room for you to have space in the refrig. if you bring your own food in. I offer my home as a comfortable haven, so if there is something you need, please ask and I will try to accommodate. I am usually accessible by phone or text when not home. I want you to feel at home here. Let me know if you are gluten or dairy free so I know what to purchase ahead.
I live in a safe neighborhood where I know most of my neighbors. My house is in a cul-de-sac so there is very little traffic. I am 5 minutes drive from grocery stores (Whole Foods, Safeway & King Sooper) and walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, sandwich shop, a gym, a park with lagoons, a beautiful walking areas with lagoons called Golden Ponds & the hospital.
  • Staying at Deedee's house was like going to visit a beloved relative; everything about it was welcoming. The entire visit was effortless and enjoyable. The neighborhood is lovely, close to everything, beautiful community, her home is clean, comfortable, has everything you would ever need, warm and homey, and Deedee is simply divine. I have told all my friends about her and her airbnb and I would stay there again for sure. Every detail of her home was like being hugged. I felt honored to be there with her.

    dove2015-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Deedee is a wonderful host with a wonderful sense of health and style both in her home and in her conversation. The bedroom is exactly as pictured with a nice ceiling fan for air flow. She welcomed me and made me feel at home. She even gave me perfect directions to a short hike before i left. I would most certainly stay here again.

    Amber2015-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Deedee has a vibrant home and lovely background that was the perfect breakfast spot. She leads an active life and spends most of the day out, but is full of conversation and local tips of the area if you run into her in the mornings and evenings. She was very welcoming and accommodating – opening up her kitchen to us, and was gracious about a silly booking error we made on our end. Thanks so much Deedee!

  • Beautiful home and garden. Very clean.

    Henri2017-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Our five-night stay with Deedee was delightful. Her eclectic home is a tranquil retreat. Her Longmont location, just 10 miles from Boulder, was a perfect launching pad for our visits to Rocky Mountain NP, Denver, and Pearl Street browsing. We feel fortunate to find this gem and hope to return someday.

  • Jim and I enjoyed our stay at Deedee's place very much. The neighborhood was nice and quite and felt very safe. We drove to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park to hike each day. It was a beautiful drive. Deedee and her son both made us feel very welcome and comfortable. If we are ever back in Longmont, we would love to stay at Deedee's again.

  • Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of relatives I was visiting. Deedee was accommodating, friendly, and respected privacy. Enjoyed meeting her son and the sweet dog she was caring for.

  • Deedee was both warm and professional, making us feel welcome in her home but also free to follow our own schedule. Our room was cozy and clean, and we enjoyed Deedee's decorating flair throughout her home. The location was convenient for the activities we had planned in the area, and our host provided maps and suggestions for hiking and sight-seeing. This was our first Airbnb stay, and we found it very pleasant.

  • I stayed at Roberta's for almost 3 weeks while I was in between places. It was a clean, comfortable home with two lovely/calm animals and plenty of nearby walking/biking paths. Everything is as described. Roberta was very welcoming and even left out coffee and breakfast bars each morning I was there.

  • I had a great stay. Nice to have such a comfortable space to hang out in during my down time.

  • Roberta's place is clean and beautiful and well appointed. Robert is really fantastic about making sure that I knew what to do when I arrived and the things to do around town. The beagle Rocket and the cat Sunny are a fantastic addition, they don't ask for much but they are very loving if one wants them around. The perfect combination for pets. Great stay and great hostess.

    Geoffrey2017-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean and comfortable space. Roberta was friendly and gracious. Highly recommend.

This late 60's home is quiet, safe and private. You will share it with owner who is gone most much of the time. It is clean and welcoming, your room has a Queen sized feather bed with lots of pillows, down comforter, quiet on back side of home, desk, linens, carpeted floor and rainbows in it every sunny afternoon. You will share 1 full bathroom with owner who keeps her personal items hidden so it feels like your bathroom. I will make every effort to make your stay comfortable.
The home is a 2 bedroom, (largest bedroom 12x14 is yours), 1 full bath shared, living room, dining and kitchen. You will be able to walk to parks, and shopping nearby as well as if you are visiting a loved one in United Hospital you will only have 2 blocks to walk. Very convenient to downtown and Boulder entertainment. I have a "therapy cat", Charlie, that will sit next to you on the couch as you read, watch TV or listen to music. She will also purr gently to remind you "All is very well". I am a custom dressmaker and work in my business office in Longmont nearby. I will have breakfast and coffee ingredients for you to enjoy while you are staying. Please let me know if you require any special foods. Also please let me know how I can make your stay easier. Thank you, Nora
The neighborhood offers, walking to a little shopping center 4 blocks away, on Frances Street/ 11th Ave. for meals, coffee, liquor and more. The frizbie golf park with water features is 2 blocks away. Driving or I have a bike you can borrow, to Macintosh lake you will have an amazing view walking around the lake (3.5 miles), or Golden Ponds where you most likely will see many birds and you can fish. Boulder entertainment is just about 20 min. drive on the Diagonal #119 highway or Denver about 45 minutes to downtown.
  • Nora is a great communicator, staying in touch from the beginning when I booked the reservation and throughout my stay, providing information about contacts, restaurants, grocery stores, hiking trails, whatever I needed. Her house is esthetically quite attractive, with beautiful artwork. There is a deck in the trees in the backyard that is perfect for nights under the stars. If you like cats, there is an adorable and affectionate cat that will win your heart.

  • What a truly lovely abode! Nora was incredibly accommodating to our busy tourist schedule. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Plus, the bed was ridiculously cozy after hiking in the Rocky Mountains all day.

    Keely2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • I very much enjoyed staying at Nora's home for a few days. The bed is beyond comfortable, the room quiet and private, and everything was clean and fresh. Her house is in a nice neighborhood and it's quiet. I'm a cat lover and was half a country away from mine, and Nora was happy to share hers :) . We communicated a few times before I arrived and we had no issues with any details. I really enjoyed sitting down and talking with her; she's a great listener, smart businesswoman, and strong in a soft-spoken way. I highly recommend Nora's home.

    Kate2017-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Nora was very accommodating. She showed me where everything I could possibly need was, any information I could possibly need to know, and was there to be hospitable, but not in my space. I was very comfortable at her house and within the neighborhood. It was a very pleasant experience for me

    Rachel2016-10-17T00:00:00Z
  • Nora's place was great. Comfy bed, and had everything that I would need. Nora was very respectful and communicative.

    Nathan2017-05-12T00:00:00Z
  • Nora is delightful her home is calm, clean and cozy. I had such a wonderful time I will most definitely return. Nora was helpfulness so many levels and knowledgeable about the area!

  • Nora is a super host. She was friendly and trusting, gave me space to feel at home. The tree house deck is so peaceful and made me feel like I was in the heart of nature. Nora knows the area very well and can make recommendations to almost anything from the hospitals to the free-concert areas. The bed was very comfortable and very quiet. Plenty of hot water and she even had extras for a soothing tub soak I took one evening. For my purposes it was a great location, just 2+ miles from parking at Lake McIntosh which I highly recommend for the beautiful mountain, lake view, fresh air and a great memory of Longmont, CO. I will most definitely stay at Nora's if needed in the future. Thank you again for your kindness Nora.

  • • Intimate, truly a shared space with a comfortable host. • As a place to lay your head and rest, it works very well. Bed is alarmingly comfortable. Bedroom is suffused with attention to detail and caring effort. • Outside deck is great for morning reflection or evening conversation. • Kitchen fulfills all needs and is well stocked for guests. You feel like an equal partner in the use of the space, very freeing. • Nora kicks ass. And her cat is cute to boot.

  • Our time in Colorado is up as we moved to Texas today. Was very sad to leave Susan's beautiful home this morning. It cant be described in words how happy we are to have met Susan, and stayed with her. Not only is she a wonderful person, but here home is so peaceful too, and we are already missing it.

    Rohit2014-10-19T00:00:00Z
  • The host canceled this reservation 9 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

  • Susan's place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I had a great night sleep! Susan is a very friendly host. She very nicely waited for me to arrive later as I had an issue on the way.

  • My wife stayed with Susan for a week in June. Susan was a lovely host, kind and accommodating, and good company. Her place is super clean, quiet, and restful. Healthy snacks were always available.

  • I booked my friend, Michael, at Susan's. Although I didn't have the experience of sleeping there, the feedback from Michael was very good. I did meet Susan at her home when Michael checked in. I found her to be very congenial and her home immaculate and inviting. Thank you, Susan, for being a wonderful host to Michael.

  • We are into our Month-3 now, after having completed 2 wonderful months :-) Thanks a lot Susan for being a great host!

    Rohit2014-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Susan was a wonderfull hostess and made me feel at home thousands of kilometers away from my home. The room and the bathroom were clean and I had enough space for all my stuff. I could use the living room and kitchen as well and we had some nice meals together. We had lots of nice talks and I learned a lot of new english words and american habits. The neighborhood is very nice and calm. I had the chance to get to know a few of her nice neighbours too. This was a very pleasant stay and therefore I'll come back soon:) I can really recommend this airbnb. Thank you very much Susan :)
