  • Lovely little cabin with great use of the space. It had everything we needed and more! Couldn't think of anything else to better our stay. Host was very friendly, easy to communicate with and very flexible during our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again upon visiting Oxford again. Location was a short distance from the city centre via car/public transport and there were several pubs/cafes etc. within walking distance.

  • Amelia met us and showed us to the cabin. Instructions and a welcome note were left in the cabin which were really helpful! The cabin was cosy and private! Ensuite was a bonus. We loved the cabin and would definitely returned! Amelia left a map in the room showing a highlight of local places to visit! Thank you :)

  • Sophie's place is very nice. Clean and comfortable. We did not meet Sophie as she was away, but we felt like in home. The only note I want to place is that the bed is not very large one. For young people, it's fine, but for couple of large size adults as we are it's a little bit narrow.

  • Really nice and convenient place

Sunny 1930s house with three bedrooms and enclosed back garden; 10 minutes walk from Thames path and Iffley village. Free car parking and easy access to bus and bike routes.
The bedroom is upstairs, overlooking the front of the house. It gets the morning sun and is large and light, has a big double bed with a really good mattress, comfortable bedding, and bedside tables. There is a desk if you need to work, and an armchair with a reading lamp. There is hanging space in a small wardrobe, and some empty drawers if you want to unpack. Also a very large bookcase stuffed full.
Rose Hill is two and a half miles from the Oxford city centre, on a regular bus route. There is a block of shops very close by the house which includes an excellent Bangladeshi curry house, a very good Polish cafe, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and a newsagent. The river is a quick ten minute walk away, and provides a good stroll in to town on a sunny day. Twenty minutes walk will get you to Cowley Road, full of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
  • Didn't see Rose on the first day, but communication was good. Rose seemed a very jolly & pleasant host and made us feel very welcome. Good bed, nice and clean house.

    Peter2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Well furnished, cosy, homely bedroom, and a good hot shower in the shared bathroom. Very easy check-in. The host, Rose, was warm, friendly. And the kitchen was well equipped for some food prep I needed to do. Highly recommended.

  • I have stayed with rose many times over a six month period when I was in oxford for work. Sadly this was the last time and I can honestly say I am going to miss staying here. Rose is a fantastic host, she always made me feel at home and welcome. The space is great, very spacious room, great kitchen and bathroom. If you are visiting oxford and need somewhere to stay I very highly recommend Rose’s place- you won’t regret it!

    Elizabeth2017-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Rose made us feel very welcome in her home and we enjoyed a lovely 1 night stay. She was very flexible about checking in and out. We helped ourselves to breakfast and there was lots to choose from. The house itself is a very short 10 minute bus journey to Oxford city centre (bus stop is right outside) and we were able to buy a 24 hour group saver for around 7 GBP! Rose had lots of books which piqued my interest but unfortunately there was no time to read them. Would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone thinking about it.

  • Very clean and functional in a quiet neighbourhood with a very convenient good pub close by - the Prince of Wales. east access by bus to the town centre. Recommended

    Barry2017-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful stay! Nick's place is a clean and nicely equipped flat in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to Oxford City Centre. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and the Missing Bean coffee shop for morning latte, within easy walking distance. The other plus is that the flat was only a 10 minute walk to Donnington Bridge for easy viewing of the Summer Eights rowing--so fun! Nick made everything easy for both our check-in and check-out with such responsive communications. Would definitely return, thanks!

  • We had a short, last minute stay at Al's house and Al was great at responding really quickly and enabling us to use her house. We didn't get to meet Al but she had arranged for the key to be left for us and also provided lots of helpful notes around the house to ensure we were quickly at home and made to feel welcome. Al's house is exactly as described, it is warm, relaxed and inviting and had everything available that we could reasonably expect. It is also well located for the City and a great walk down by the river. All in we has a really good weekend and thoroughly recommend both Al and her house.

    Jon2014-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed at Al's place for three nights when I was in Oxford for work. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. The pictures make the place look great, but when I arrived it was even better! Particularly the living space with opening slider doors which were wonderful on the sunny days. Al made my arrival really easy with quick and easy communication and arrangements. Even left me some wine! Thanks Al.

  • Everything perfect

    maria2016-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • Alison was very helpful and the place was great, lots of space for us and our little girl to play and relax, Alison was happy for us to bring our travel cot and our daughter slept well (as did we!). The garden was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. We walked into town along the river which was lovely, although it was a half hour walk, we stopped along the way at the pub Alison recommended and our little girl loved all the ducks! Oxford had lots to see and do and we visited Bletchley Park and Millets Farm as well which were both great. Shops were a few minutes walk, as was a good Chinese takeaway, we had a great stay and would highly recommend it.

    Hollie2016-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • This is a lovely residence, located a little way outside Oxford town centre. From the outside, it's a little unprepossessing, but once inside you are in a warm and inviting home. Alison (the owner) has done a wonderful job decorating the interior to be as relaxing and appealing as anyone could wish. I loved the living room/kitchen area, which was both chic and cosy at the same time. Alison herself did everything she could to make my stay as easy and welcoming as possible. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Oxford, particularly if you have a car (or don't mind public transport). Thank you for a lovely stay, Alison.

    Susan2015-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • Overall great last minute booking. Al kindly allowed us to borrow two bikes for the weekend which was great. Fireplace was lovely. Did feel the place could have been a bit cleaner though (however I did only book this the day before so maybe not much time for the host to organise this.)

    Lilith2015-11-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay

    Kayleigh2017-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely house in a great location. The house was spotless and very stylish. Communication with Al is very easy and fluent, and she gave us very clear instructions of how to get into the house and had a lot of leaflets of how to get around Oxford. There is free on street parking on the same street and you can walk it to the centre by the river. If you're lucky you will see the students training on the rowing boats like we did! The taxi from the centre is very cheap and there is a bus from the centre which leaves you very close to the house. All in all a great stay in a very chic house and quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommended for the friendliness of the hosts, location and amenities it has to offer!

Short stroll to the River Thames with walks taking you to Sandford-on-Thames and to the City Centre, arriving at the Head of The River pub. Truly a home from home. Further single bed available in bedroom 3, upon request.
  • Clean and well presented house with everything you need. Great location a few minutes walk from the river.

  • We spent 3 days in Oxford and enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was in great condition with everything we needed to make our stay a success with the whole family. It provided a great base for us to explore Oxford and its surroundings. The weather was very nice and the garden provided an excellent opportunity for the kids to enjoy their time outside. Overall I would highly recommend this property to families and it allows for a relaxing time after a long day sightseeing in the area.

  • Excellent house, a lot of space, more than well-equipped kitchen, close to the river and nice host. VERY recommendable

    Jørgen2017-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • We were visiting family in Oxford and found the location of the property in Iffley to be a good distance--easy to walk into Oxford (1.5 miles along Meadow Lane and the river Thames). We had a car but used it only to get groceries. We admired the beautiful garden. The house was spacious, the kitchen particularly well equipped with both cooking and baking implements and plenty of plates, cutlery, serving dishes etc. Lots of character in the upstairs bedrooms created by skylights and slanting roof. One and a half bathrooms (half bathroom downstairs). Lovely for a week's stay!

    Miriam2017-06-05T00:00:00Z
  • This was a most comfortable house to stay in, in a quiet residential area that was also close to public transport. There was also an excellent long walk along the river into central Oxford. Everything you needed was provided: the house was beautifully warm, with comfortable beds, and loads of big fluffy towels. The kitchen was one of the best equiped houses we have every experienced ! Phil and Liz were excellent hosts, and Premier were terrific to deal with regarding collecting keys, and providing additional help if needed. This was our first AirBnB - and it was fantastic ! Thank you !

Very close to Oxford city centre (20 mins walk, 10 mins bus, 5 mins bike) and on main bus route, a lovely self-contained little house at the bottom of our garden. Quiet and peaceful with small garden area of its own. Bedroom, sitting room, shower room and kitchen corner. Car parking across road. Bike shed. Also close to towpath for a picturesque walk through ancient Iffley village with it's Norman Church into Oxford City Centre.
Suitable for a single person or a couple. There is a sitting/living area in the front with a wood burner for when it's cold and a deck outside for when it's sunny. A lovely light and peaceful space that gets the sun throughout the day. There is a small kitchen corner with a microwave, single hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. There is a small table and crockery so it's a lovely space to have a take away or a simple home-prepared meal. No washing machine but for those staying for longer visits the washing machine in the house can be used by mutual agreement.
Residential. On main road but still very quiet and green. Bus stop directly outside (5 mins to city centre). River 10 mins away and a lovely walk to city centre (Iffley Lock). Car parking across road, 1 minute away.
  • Fran's strawbale cottage is a beautiful, quiet place to explore Oxford from. Fran is an excellent host (providing food basics and flexible check in, as well as a comprehensive welcome booklet), and keeps the cottage spotless. Overall, we spent a weekend dashing about looking for a new flat to rent before moving to Oxford, but came away feeling well rested and well looked after! Thanks Fran.

    Gemma2018-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed at the Straw Bale House in Oxford for 4 nights and loved every minute of it. Fran was a fantastic host, from communicating with us before our arrival to helping us check-in and get situated and making sure we had everything we needed until we left town. She even loaned us an umbrella to use for the rainy days and then offered to drive us to the train station when we were checking out to make sure we did not miss our train. She was always available to answer questions and say a friendly hello. The straw bale house itself is at the end of their back garden. It is constructed nearly entirely of recycled or local sustainably-sourced materials. It has its own wooden gate, small garden, and patio. The house is charming and cozy with more than enough room for the two of us. The small kitchen gave us room to store food and make simple breakfasts. Fran was sure to provide us with a small variety of tasty foods and plenty of tea. The living room has a wood stove and there was plenty of firewood available if it gets cold. The living room and bedroom both have skylights for plenty of natural light. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower that is cozy and has all the essentials. The location is not directly in the city center but would be a nice walk if you have the time. Otherwise, there is a bus stop immediately in front of the house that will take you into downtown in a matter of minutes. The buses are frequent and convenient, so I highly recommend buying a bus pass for the length of time you will be there. The city is beautiful and has endless options of things to see and do.

    Lynn2017-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Nice host, who respected privacy but was helpful. Lovely straw-bale building, which was comfortable, and bright and airy. Being the summer, there were quite a few bugs in and around, but they didn't bother us personally. The garden was pretty and the abode was secluded enough. Overall an enjoyable stay and good value for money!

    Alexander2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed with my two daughters for three months in the strawbale house because I worked in Oxford and the daughters went to school. It was so lovely staying in the strawbale house! We found it very cosy, great surroundings in the back yard, lovingly designed amenities, good beds, good fire place, excellent heat insulation, sky light from the roof windows in every room, and Fran was a great host. The house has a seperate garden entrance and can be easily reached from the city by either taking bus number 3, by cycling or, if you like, by strolling along the thames river on the pedestrian/cycling path via Iffley. Fran was very helpful on arrival and to settle in, and she helped us during the 3 months to find activities. I can honestly and warmly recommend this place for both weekends and longer stays.

A well-appointed twin room for parents, and adjacent room for up to two children. The parents' room overlooks a lovely garden, and just next door a single bed with full-size trundle accommodates the kids. A large family bathroom is shared.
The main room is a spacious twin with dual aspect and garden view, and just next door is a room for the kids with a single bed and full-sized trundle. The family then has exclusive use of a large and recently refurbished bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower.
The house is located in a beautiful neighbourhood with easy access to city centre. Nearby there is a large playing field with a training circuit, and only minutes away is the Iffley Lock with lots to enjoy, including swans and ducks to feed. There are four pubs within walking distance, serving a variety of cuisines.
  • Alice was the perfect host, and made us feel very welcome. All the facilities were of a high standard and the breakfasts were amazing. Am excellent location for exploring Oxford, very peaceful and away from the crowds in the town centre. We have no hesitation in recommending this B&B.

    Julia2016-07-25T00:00:00Z
  • Alice's place is lovely and immaculately clean. She is a wonderful host and the breakfast is great - especially the warm homemade muffins. There is a nice scenic walk into Oxford along the canal and nearby pubs and restaurants.

    laura2017-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Alice and Steve were consummate hosts and their house is big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious - excellent coffee and homemade muffins. And applesauce made from homegrown apples. I booked last minute - the night before - but Alice answered all of my questions promptly and informatively. The village is also very charming and is close to a bus stop from which there is a very frequent bus into Oxford centre. It is a short (10-15min) walk to the bus stop. My family of four slept well at Alice and Steve's and it is a shame that we didn't have more time to rest and then explore around Oxford. We wanted to walk along the river into town, which Alice said was a doable 30-40mins, but we had just one night in Oxford and couldn't fit it in. Next time. One very nice aspect: Alice and Steve seem genuinely warm and welcoming to kids.

    Max 2015-10-24T00:00:00Z
  • Alice paid much attention to details as you can find everything you need in her house. She was very thoughtful and friendly. We were enjoyed. Her house is the most beautiful and cutest house I've ever seen!

The location is ideal for a lovely walk along the canal to the city and Alice is very knowledgeable about the local area as well as things to do in the city. I would definitely recommend Alice's if your visiting Oxford. Thank you we had a very enjoyable experience.

  • We spent the night at Alice's place in December for a day trip to Oxford. I must say that everything was faultless, the suite was beautiful, clean comforting. What really made the experience for us was the attention to detail and the friendly service that is all too often lacking in many hotels and B&Bs. From the excellent communication beforehand to the welcome message on the slate, the excellent recommendations. We were all delighted with the experience. Many thanks Alice! Would recommend to anyone considering a stay in Oxford.

  • My family of husband and two teenage sons stayed one night with Alice. She is a wonderful welcoming host who made us feel instantly at home in her beautiful, immaculate home. We felt relaxed and at ease. Her thoughtfulness in adding a welcome message on our door and snacks for the boys was much appreciated. Her home is in a lovely peaceful location with easy parking and Alice told us about the great walk into the city. This was a refreshing start to our stay. The beds were comfy and fresh and we all slept well. The bathroom was spacious and sparkling. Her breakfast was delicious, including the famed muffins! Thank you Alice, it was a pleasure to stay with you.

  • After a long and frustrating drive it was lovely to arrive to a warm welcome at Alice's. She made everything so straightforward and uncomplicated, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, the bathroom lovely and breakfast was a veritable feast. It felt more like staying with friends than simply doing B&B

A delightful refurbished and extended 3 bedroom cottage with open outlooks, situated in a charming riverside village within the ring road, with easy access to the city. The stylish accommodation provides comfortable space for four people, with a further twin bedded room if required, sleeping a maximum of six.
Midsomer Cottage is a charming modernised end of terrace Victorian cottage in a wonderful location, and an excellent base for exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. It is comfortably furnished, and designed to feel as spacious as possible. The kitchen and one bedroom have been extended, and a downstairs toilet and ensuite added.
The neighborhood is peaceful, seeped in history, and rural. What is special about Iffley is that it is within the ring road, close to the city, and with easy access, but removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.
  • My friends and I spent NYE at Sue’s cottage, and it was amazing! Perfect space for three couples, especially in the reception room and kitchen. Would definitely come back here again.

  • Sue and her housekeeper, Cheryl, went out of their way to make sure we had all the info we needed before our trip and to provide everything we could want on arrival. Midsomer Cottage lived up to its description - it was spotlessly clean and warm (on a very cold December weekend!) and the perfect location for exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

    Lesley2016-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • We had a really lovely stay at the Midsummer Cottage. Sue and Cheryl are both such lovely hosts and really mad us feel relaxed during our stay. The cottage comfortably sleeps 6 with all the facilities you need. It is clean, tidy and the beds are very comfortable. Town centre is about a 10 minute drive and there are plenty of shops/pubs to walk to! Thank you so much for having us.

Welcome to our spacious home in historic Iffley. This is one of two available rooms -- a super-king that can also be offered as a twin. It has a dual aspect with a view onto a lovely courtyard garden that is also yours to enjoy.
Your room is spacious, quiet, and well-appointed. There is a seating area where you can enjoy a lovely cuppa, read up on local attractions, or simply rest up from your journey.
Iffley itself is a beautiful spot -- an oasis within the Oxford ring road. It has an important Norman church dating from c. 1170, three pubs within 5 minutes' walk, and the house is just a few minutes' walk from Iffley Lock and the River Thames (Isis).
  • Alice was a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome from start to finish. The room is of a very high standard, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was lovely, with a wide choice of fresh fruits, yoghurts and cereals as well as breads and pastry, cold meats and cheese, juice and tea or coffee. I was attending a conference at the local hotel, and Alice generously drove me there as it was a bit wet that morning - she even included a quick tour of Iffley village, which I would love to come back and visit. All in all, a perfect location and host - thank you, Alice!

  • this is the perfect home away from home. Alice is such a hospitable likable lady! the beds are great, the ambience is lovely and it is easy to get into town by foot, or us lazy people by cab for only 6 pounds the shower is nice strong and hot. the breakfast is a feast, Alice spoils you! Alice has nice suggestions on where to go and what to do, also great. thank you!

  • We had a lovely stay with Alice! From the time we arrived until the morning we left, everything was perfect! Great tips for our stay in Oxford and amazing breakfast (Alice cooked herself!).

  • Alice is a superb hostess! We had to book very last minute and are so glad we found her house in Iffley. This town is just next to Oxford, and we were grateful to be a little outside of the touristy bustle of Oxford. The house is comfortable, the rooms are very large. Alice had a tea tray waiting for us in the room and a welcome note on the door! This host gets the award for Best Breakfast in Britain. Alice's breakfast spread could not be rivaled. There was the standard fare but also cheese, meat and yogurt. Alice had loads of maps for walking, just ask and she has tons of recommendations. I recommend walking dow to the Lock and checking out canal that connects Iffley to Oxford.

    Jessica2015-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • We didn't spend much time in the property which was a shame as it is a lovely house. Alice was friendly, welcoming and flexible regarding our changing arrival times. We left our car at the property and walked into Oxford -this would not work so well in bad weather. We did get a taxi back as it was late this cost less than £7 from the centre of Oxford.

    Jayne2016-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • As this is the second review and nothing changed, I'll keep it brief: highly recommended!

  • So comfortable - staying with Alice - wonderful bed, friendly relaxed welcome and very special breakfast. An ideal place to recover after a long drive, and from which to visit Oxford. Would certainly recommend - thank you.

  • Wow! What a beautiful house and amazing hostess! My parents, husband, and 2 year old daughter stayed here for 1 night. My parents had the room with the en suite bathroom and my husband and i shared the twin room. Alice even let us borrow her cot for our daughter which was so great. Both were extremely comfortable and cosy and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean. It was perfect! And breakfast was outstanding. Alice was accommodating to our schedule and had breakfast ready for us first thing in the morning. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone spending time in Oxford and the surrounding areas. Alice is super knowledgable about the area and had really good suggestions for our travels. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was warm and super friendly and it was a pleasure getting to meet her. Thank you for sharing your home with us, Alice! :))

We also have a community run shop for essentials. Oxford city is a short bus ride, taxi or walk away with all the amenities of a city including arts and culture. Bicester village is a bus trip away. Please note our neighbours are having a large extension built so builders arrive at approx. 8am during the week.
  • Tina was a friendly and welcoming host and very flexible about arrival and departure times (as nobody expected the next night) , and we were able to leave our luggage for collection later. The separate entry made it feel like a self contained apartment, which was light and airy - a good firm bed and strong shower too. The do-it-yourself breakfast machine was a bit challenging at first, but produced a lovely poached egg on toast and the fridge was fully stocked with juice, yoghurt, and drinks. A beautiful garden to sit out in too . Iffley Village is lovely with lots of little alleys and footpaths and close to the river. A short bus ride into town, but also a lovely walk along towpath to town. Tina provided torches for late night return, but it was a clear full moon, so never needed them. Perfect for attending a party on the river. Altogether a great stay.

  • Amazing little private annexe to stay in. Super comfy bed and pillows and decorated beautifully. Everything you could need for an overnight stay including breakfast, snacks and drinks. Iffley is a lovely village too, so away from the city hustle and bustle but not too far that you can't easily get there. Would definitely recommend to others and I'm sure we will be back.

  • We were very happy with our night at Tina's in Oxford. She and Anthony gave us a very warm welcome, and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate my husband's lactose-intolerance. We loved having our own entrance and space, and the access to the garden was a great extra. The accommodation was exactly as described and the room was large enough for our luggage and with plenty of storage and a table that worked for eating and working. The only reason for not giving a full five stars was because of we had great difficulty in getting internet access. Having mentioned this to Tina, I am sure she will get a solution quickly. Tina was also flexible about a late check-out which helped us a lot. I shall definitely return on any future visits to Oxford - assuming Tina's popularity has not grown so much that she is fully booked years ahead!

    Helen2017-07-05T00:00:00Z
  • Tina was an absolutely delightful host who was warm, attentive and full of character. I had an amazing stay in plush, comfortable surroundings which exceeded all expectations. I have nothing to critique, and thoroughly recommend Tina for any Oxford travellers. The area is quaint and charming with plenty of pubs and good transport links.

  • Lovely quiet place to stay, Leave your car parked there have a lovely walk about 40 minutes along the Thames and your in the heart on Oxford. The farm, and the prince of Wales food are very good.thankyou Tina

  • This was my first experience using air b & b and my first trip abroad so I was very lucky to have found Alice's home! She was incredibly helpful even prior to my meeting her , instructions were clear and easy to understand ( she had a very nice notebook suggesting different routes and walks thru Oxford . Her home is gorgeous , spotless and she and her husband were over and beyond good hosts! My trip was a bit rocky the first 36 hours ( lost luggage etc ) so I was very discouraged the morning I was leaving Alice ( who cooked a breakfast that would shame any hotel !! ) she advised me on jet lag ( I had felt ill since landing ) , she encouraged me when I was at the point of tears being homesick and it turned out she was correct about everything ! I arrived at Oxford , my luggage was deliver shortly and everything looked completely different ! In short , her advice on jet lag helped me to "stabilise ", she is a warm , caring incredibly beautiful lady that is a natural at hospitality ! I couldn't have had a better first experience ! I feel I've made a lifelong friend as well and didn't expect that ! Cannot recommend this highly enough ! The bathroom had an amazing tub to soak in , my room ( twin beds) was very comfortable in every way , if you're lucky enough to find Alice when visiting Oxford , you're lucky enough ( as they say!) I should mention her home is in a quant village right beside the city so it's not a convenient walk to Oxford but I knew this prior to renting . The village has a short walk to a lock I thoroughly enjoyed !!

  • Alice is a wise and friendly lady. The room is spotless and well organized but the only regret is that is does not have a wardrobe to hang clothes. Garden view from room window is wonderful. Neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. The most impressive thing for me is the breakfast Alice made - so delicious that it disrupted my impression on English food totally! It is great experience to stay here.

  • A leafy, serene, comfortable place to stay, with perfect contintental breakfasts, run with both sense and sensitivity by an accommodating host. Did I mention it was peaceful? Made me want to skip my business meetings in Oxford and turn my trip into a vacation break in Iffley Village.

  • We had a great stay at Alice's house! The beautiful house was conveniently close to Oxford centre via a gorgeous River walk which we enjoyed. • We only wished we had stayed longer! But there will be a next time :) Alice is a most wonderful host. Her place is immaculate and with great taste. The scenery along the Thames is out of dream tales. Her breakfast banquet tops it all! Don't settle for less. This is Oxford plus at its best.

  • Wonderful and very cozy house. Was pretty short notice as I was traveling around for work and Sarah was very accommodating. Was lovely to get to know such a nice person who is quite knowledgeable of the area. The house is walk-able from the city center, if you like to walk and look at then it's a straight shot about 20-25 minutes from the door to the center of Oxford, if you'd rather take the Bus it's about 5 minutes and the stop is just at the top of her street on the main road headed in. Super comfortable and big bed too. Would definitely recommend the location for anyone exploring Oxford.
