Café
“A cafe that offers healthy and tasty fresh food with an international flavour. (kindly note: The cafe DOES NOT offer Indian food, many other places in Jaipur offer great Indian food) As far as possible the cafe offers foods that are made from fresh seasonal organic produce grown locally at Anokhi farm. Their salads for example are made from home grown organic lettuce that is freshly picked every morning and served the same day, it is washed with bottled mineral water of course!”

Indian Restaurant
“Established in 1949, Niro’s is a long-standing favorite on MI Rd that, like a good wine, only improves with age. Escape the chaos of the street by ducking into its cool, clean, mirror-ceilinged sanctum to savour veg and non-veg Indian cuisine with professional service. Classic Chinese and Continental food are available, but the Indian menu is definitely the pick.”

“Laxmi Misthan Bhandar, LMB to you and me, is a vegetarian restaurant in the Old City that’s been going strong since 1954. A welcoming air-conditioned refuge from frenzied Johari Bazaar, LMB is also an institution with its singular decor, attentive waiters and extensive sweet counter. Now it is no longer sattvik (pure vegetarian), you can order meals with onion and garlic. Popular with both local and international tourists, try the Rajasthan thali (₹614) followed by the signature kulfa (₹137, a sweet concoction with dry fruits and saffron). Our heritage home in Jaipur is located within 09 minutes’ drive by tuk-tuk / taxi to from LMB. ”
