You will discover in a small group the cultural and financial capital of Switzerland, afterward, you'll enjoy a pleasant cruise on the crystal clear Lake Zurich and at the end a short ride on the aerial cable car to a little local mountain to admire spectacular views. In the Old Town, we will focus on most of the city's landmarks and I'll share with you interesting facts about Swiss food, economy, politics, lifestyle, etc. to make you understand better how the Swiss society is organized. We will depart afterward to a popular recreational area for the locals living in and around Zurich called Felsenegg OR Üetliberg, which offers incredible views overlooking Zurich, the lake and the snow-capped Alps. After filling lungs with fresh air of the beautiful forest we’re heading back to Zurich by boat enjoying a 45 min cruise on Lake Zurich. Other things to note Not recommended for people with walking issues/rolling chair/baby stroller. Duration up to 6 hours. Operates on all weather conditions.

We will take off from Mount Niederbauen for a Panorama flight (10-20 minutes) in Emmetten. If it's possible we will try to flight over the peak of Niederbauen. From there you have an amazing view over the lake Lucerne and to Gotthard, the main reach of the Alps. We can choose other take offs like Engelberg or Biehlen. It always depends on the wind for this day. There are a lot of different landing and takeoff places around. This is the reason cause Swiss is one of the best countries for paragliding and "hike and fly" tours. We can take off and land almost everywhere if the landowner allows it. The basic requirement for the start is that the passenger is able to walk a few steps because we have to accelerate for the start in order to take off. The landing is relatively easy, as the pilot and passenger straighten up and take a step before touching the ground. After landing there is the possibility to have a look and purchase photos and videos (cost 30 franks extra) made during the flight by the pilot. Other things to note: Costs for cablecar, parking, transfer are NOT INCLUDED to the price. Paragliding is not an extreme sport in Swiss by the opinion of the insurance. The possibility to get hurt is much lower than with skiing or driving a motorbike. There are more than 14000 active pilots in Switzerland.

FROM 5YO TO 99YO! We can fly together and enjoy the majesty of the mountains and glaciers! From 5yo to 99+yo. The flight duration is around 20mn. We will go and fly together from the Planpraz or Plan de l'Aiguille station. I will explain you everything about the mountains and how to fly in Chamonix. If you want, you can pilot the wing over the valley, and learn the basic of flying. For more adventurous people, we can do accrobatics and have a big adrenaline rush! Under a paraglider there is no fear of height (yes that is true! It is like looking through the window of a plane). No skills are required except running a few steps at the take off. And the landing in the center of Chamonix is very smooth. You can add the option for photos and videos of the flight if you want to keep a great souvenir. Short hike to a simple farmer gondola for a ride up a 600m/1800ft cliff. A tiny blue cabin for 4. Feels almost like a small plane. Now we look down onto lake from higher up and and other side onto a parade of peaks. Optional 1h easy hike down to lake shores. The Experience ends in the small port town of Flüelen with easy connections back to Lucerne.

"Rise & Flow" is Marie's signature 60 minute vinyasa yoga class at Arboretum Zurich. Located just 6 minutes walk from the the Zurich Enge train station or 1 minute from the Rentenanstalt tram stop , you will "flow" facing picturesque Lake Zurich. Marie has been teaching yoga since 2015 and is 200hr RYT. Her signature power yoga classes focus on creating space not only in your body, but in your mind as well! You will leave feeling stronger, more open, and most of all, present. Classes are all levels with modifications offered. Yoga is about practice, not perfection, so come as you are! Class is held on the grass, just steps from the water. Enjoy the sounds of nature as well as a motivating playlist. If you would like to take a refreshing dip, you are also welcome to jump in the lake or enjoy a treat from a nearby pop up stand. The Arboretum is magical and full of life, especially in the warmer months. You are encouraged to bring your own yoga mat, but with advanced noticed, a mat can be made available to you on a first reserved basis.
