“Ask for a table with a lake view for dinner (bookings essential) or simply take a seat by the outdoor fire place and soak in the lake and mountain views. Extensive drinks list and tasty nibbles are on offer. You can also catch the water taxi into town from here to continue the party!”

Restaurant
“Kawarau Village Just a short ride across the lake on the water taxi to "Kawarau Village" and the Hilton hotel. Stacks Pub has great pizzas, steak, lamb and chicken, casual dining with a gourmet twist and great indoor/outdoor eating space with large TV's if you enjoy sport. There is also a fine dining restaurant "Wakatipu Grill" and a Chinese restaurant "Me & Mee in the Kawarau village area, all just a few steps from each other. It may pay to book these restarants. You can also drive to these restaurants”

“This is where I get my ‘on the way to work’ coffee. They use Allpress & they use it well! Their smashed avocado brekky is yummy & try the banana bread or cheese scones for a quick take away. ”

Café
“Great new eatery in the Frankton area, has a large menu selection, offers something for everyone, I love the Mango Smoothy Bowl with organic berries or the Nutrition Bomb Salad, or for a bit of a naughty brunch try the Frank Einstein loaded with bacon, Zamora sausage hash browns, eggs, cheese all on a toasted muffin bap, delicious. Plus the coffee is really good. They have GF/DF and Vegan options.”
