“(***Note: Pricey but worth it; we recommend reserving in advance of your vacation***) Opening for summer season on June 7, 2019, this restaurant offers fine dining at a historic lodge that was both an 1860s stagecoach stop, and later, Colorado's first ski lodge. Ski Tip offers a 4-course dinner and food/wine pairings. You will be escorted to the fireplace room for dessert and coffee and can linger as long as you wish. Be sure to ask for a tour of the lodge rooms and take the time to browse the walls for historic photos and artifacts.”
