It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Quiet self-contained apartment in design house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting places to visit. With the S-Bahn train about 15 minutes away, you are in Berlin in 25 minutes or in 10 minutes in Potsdam city center. By car, you can get to the highway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train are heard at night.

Hello, I rent my beautiful apartment in Caputh located directly on the water, overlooking the Templiner See. From the bedroom you can access the balcony and enjoy the view of the lake. A 1.60m wide box spring bed ensures a good night's sleep. TV, a small music system as well as some board games are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can have a great breakfast there. There is also a shower room.
