“They have the Army Duck that takes you into the lagoon that has crocodiles - one of the best tours we have taken. There is lots of activities including feeding the wallabies. If you get it as part of the four park pass - it can be a great way to see everything but within a budget. Please visit website for tours available”

“Join the birds in their beautiful rainforest habitat. Flying around you are species from the vanishing rainforests of the world, including some of Australia's most precious and beautiful birds. There are brilliant Amazonian macaws, the endangered and stately cassowary, cheeky rainbow lorikeets, galahs, cockatoos and many more. Don't be surprised to find a feathered friend taking a ride on your shoulder!”

“Picturesque and active :) The track mostly in the forest and you will need 1 1/2 hours to get up to the top! Our recommdation is to bring some suitable shoes and plenty of water. The views are incredible! ”

“Take the Barron Gorge Rd from Caravonica along the Barron River to the Hydro Station - it's a beautiful walk, run, cycle or drive.”
