Sushi Restaurant
“About Kodiak Hana Restaurant You may have wondered what is the meaning of “Hana”. Hana refers to “flower” in Japanese. Since we love flowers we picked “Forget-me-not” as our image flower. Forget-me-not is an Alaskan state flower.”

American Restaurant
“Located in the downtown Kodiak 'Mall', Henry's has been a solid pillar of the Kodiak dining and entertainment community.”

Restaurant
“As an alternative to most of the "American" food served in Kodiak, this place offers something different - flatbread pizzas, gyros, and huge burgers. I don't recommend the salads, but the aforementioned items are pretty good, as are their fresh made milkshakes, and they have wine and beer.”

“Cornering the market on Thai food in Kodiak, Noodles offers a nice break from the typical meals served in town. Peanut-heavy panang curry and slurp-worthy pad thai will cure those not-salmon-again hunger pangs.”

Cafes

Book Store
“At Monk's Rock we roast our own coffee, bake our own bread and pastries, and we strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere to bless each and every guest.”

Café
“Locally owned and operated with a great view of the boat harbor, they have a wide selection of coffee drinks, both hot and cold, and the service is friendly and cheerful. The baked goods offered are not locally made, but the coffee is locally roasted, and pretty darn good. Try the Harborside Mocha if you like a spicy Mexican-style mocha, it's my favorite. They have sweatshirts and coffee mugs/thermoses to purchase and a book exchange.”

“Our one grocery store that has everything in town, although it's a few miles out Mill Bay Road, they do own the liquor store on the Mall which has a few essentials like booze and aluminum foil.”
