Restaurant
“MUSASHI-YA This restaurant serves Iekei (literally home-style) Ramen, which is characterized by its thick, creamy, pork-flavored soy sauce broth with thick noodles. You can customize your own by paying for adding toppings such as roasted pork fillet, seasoned boiled egg, boiled spinach, and dehydrated seaweed sheets. A bowl of steamed rice is free of charge. You can also choose the texture of the noodles from soft to hard, and the boldness of the soup stock from thin to thick for free. There are several free condiments you can add to your ramen on the table, however, I would recommend trying the soup and noodles without them first to taste the real flavor of the dish.”
