“The fortress is visible in any part of Knin, and is an essential place to visit. In our opinion, it is best for an evening walk to enjoy the amazing view of the sunset on the mountains. There is also a restaurant that offers local cuisine, and is worth visiting just to enjoy a drink with the best view in Knin.”

“Hidden in the heart of the Dalmatinska Zagora region, deep in the rocks and karst and overgrowth with macchia brush, stands a gem of ancient history: the Roman military camp Burnum. It was erected at the turn of the new era, at a position that allowed for control of the passage across the Krka River. Burnum was the seat of the XI legion of the Roman army of Claudiae Piae Fidelis and IV legion of Flaviae Felix. Auxiliary units (cohorts) were stationed here in a small camp constructed in the eastern part of the complex. “Half a mile downstream of Brljan, where the river turns sharply, crashes the Manojlovac waterfall, the highest and as many think, the most beautiful waterfall of the river Krka. Once the visitor sees this highest and, as many say, the most beautiful slap in his splendor, he will wear it in himself as one of the most impressive natural beauties.”

“The source of the river Krka is under this waterfall. The best time to see the waterfall is in the autumn or spring – sometimes during the summer it completely dries out. It can be reached with a short drive or a 45 minute walk.”

“ Two kilometers downstream of Bilušić's waterfall, at the exit from the canyon, Krka extends into 400 m wide and 1300 m long Ćorić Lake (Bjelober, Brljansko lake). The lake is formed by a small part of the sloping barrier of the Brljan waterfall, and mostly for the construction of the concrete dam of Brljan reservoir for the needs of the hydro power plant "Miljacke". In the approaches from both sides of the river are the lookouts from which an unforgettable view of the waterfall and Ćorić lake is provided.”
