Our Cottage does not share any space with others. It is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains and town. Only 3 miles to Old Town and 1 mile to the foothills. The location is quiet and peaceful with a country feel yet close to the many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and sofa sleeper. Full size washer and dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage.

Walk to the famous local coffee and pie shop Me Oh My Coffee and Pie or the Swing Station to hear local honky tonk/bluegrass bands. Hop on bicycles and ride the famous Poudre River trail to all the famous breweries in the heart of downtown Fort Collins. 25 minutes drive to Mishawaka Amphitheater in the Poudre Canyon. 10 minutes drive to CSU campus. Fly Fishing hot spots nearby

A truly unique experience. The living space sits in the attic of the barn which is 13’ off the ground. Soak up the sun on the deck or relax and watch the sun set over the Rockies. There is always something happening around here. Come in the spring and you might get to witness a calf being born. Come in the summer and you’ll surely find the property owners training and riding horses. The owners have a passion for Mustangs. There might be a chance to watch them gentle one of these wild horses.

As you enter the gate on the flagstone walkway, the 2nd door has a keypad entry with stairs descending into the recently finished garden level space . Generous windows add natural light in the kitchenette . The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, sitting area, TV, and light egress window. The smaller bedroom has a clever full sized bed, chair, table, south facing window. The bathroom can be entered from either bedroom. We clean and disinfect the surfaces and ammenities prior to each stay.

Perfect location to hop on the paved river trail with a bike and brewery hop in Fort Collins, explore Lory State Park, raft the Poudre River, float in Horsetooth Reservoir, and rock climb in the canyon. It is a quiet place located right outside of Fort Collins.

Just a few blocks to breweries (Odell's- 0.2 mile walk, New Belgium- 0.3 mile!), and a short walk (0.6 mile) to all the restaurants and shops Old Town has to offer. Comes with 2 cruiser bikes! We do not allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet.
