Park
“Lovely, peaceful place with an air of history (Voltaire stayed here) With its beautiful classic country house, built in the 18th century in the middle of a park, Voltaire wrote and performed several plays here. The small neoclassical-style pavilion is surrounded by a café/restaurant in the summer months. The ruins of a tower, a small waterfall, neoclassical temple, orange grove, lovely aviary and stunning old exotic and giant trees makes it a wonderfully relaxing and romantic spot to visit alone or with someone special, or with children as the playground is one of the best in Lausanne!”

“There is a restaurant called "Brasserie de Montbenon" overlooking this park. Both options are great : a picnic with the view, playing around in the park at daytime or chilling in the evening. Maybe even stopping by the casino and having a bite, depending on your budget !”
