Beautiful little chalet from 1968, on the side of the mountain within 1 set of about forty chalets nestled in the middle of the vegetation in protected natural area at an altitude of 1200m. For nature lovers between ski resort and Mont-Dore, breathtaking views of the Massif du Sancy/Capucin (wide sliding bay on the terrace). Renovated in 2019 integrated kitchen, lounge with closed fireplace, lounge with fireplace. In self-management, cleaning to be done on departure if not to be booked at the concierge. 5 people max.

In the very center, very nice one-bedroom apartment, 37 m² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located close to thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa that can be converted into a 2-person bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama of Sancy in Puy de Gros. It has 1 bedroom with storage and a king size bed in 180. Finally, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
