Exceptional location: L Eden Sablais

A 35 m2 apartment refurbished with the charm of the old and all the desired comforts. You have direct access to the waterfront by the promenade(embankment) and on the other side you have access to the city center(halls for refueling and shops in the pedestrian area) as well as access to the port in a few minutes through the typical alleys of Les Sables! I put all my heart into preparing this apartment for a wonderful vacation with the gentle sound of the waves without the hustle and bustle of the waterfront!
