The house is very nearby to the Little Saigon shopping district with many authentic Vietnamese restaurants, supermarkets, and the PHUOC-LOC-THO mall. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. The house is nearby the 22 Highway and the 405 Freeway. Using surface streets, it is also only a 20 minute drive to Disneyland Theme Park, Knotts Berry Farm, or the beach. Welcome to our house!
