This apartment is situated at a residential area so is quieter than city centre apartments yet very accessible to the downtown area and tourist attractions. I am family orientated and have facilities that help catering children of all ages.
This is a residential areas with hotels and commercial blocks close by. It is generally quiet. Over spring/summer months, there are cruise ships coming to the nearby terminal.

  • David's flat is in a lovely location - only a short walk to the main dock area where there are plenty of things to do, see and eat! Even closer to Panoramic 34 where you can have a lovely meal whilst looking down on the Liverpool skyline - if the restaurant is a bit expensive, I recommend going to the Cocktail bar where cheaper (but good) food is available and the view just as spectacular. The flat was clean, comfortable and contains all you will need for your stay - the view of the dock is ever changing and a great outlook to have. David was very quick to respond to any questions and at check in we were met by Anna who provided a detailed guide of the flat. All in all I would certainly recommend David's flat if you are contemplating visiting Liverpool.

  • Convenient location, awesome view, host was extremely considerate and helpful. Room has powerful heating so it’s not cold even when it’s raining cats n dogs. Had Netflix acct set up for us for entertainment, and that chair they had in the living room is simply to die for, will definitely come again provided the opportunity.

  • Katy & Joe's place is quite secluded apt with a great view of the river. You'll be about a 10- 15min walk to restaurants and shops. If you're looking for a quick bite, there's a Greek restaurant across the street with delicious authentic cuisine. The only experience that could improve is the check-in and check-out process as you have to pick-up and drop keys from a newsstand located in the city. Other than that I would suggest staying here for your visit to Liverpool.

  • The second time I stayed in Charlie's house, this time by the Mersey River, very beautiful scenery, you can see the departing ship STENA LINE to Northern Ireland, at night under the window there are still a few big goose resting in the river. If I come to Liverpool again, I will choose their house.

We are looking forward to hosting you soon! Large, spacious, brilliantly located space in the amazing City Centre RopeWalks area - with one hell of a view. Modern yet homely - this apartment gives great standards of decor, facilities and comforts. The apartment benefits from two well-sized bedrooms (one en-suite, both with comfortable double beds and ample storage space). The living room is spacious, with big windows and a lovely balcony. It also has a luxury comfy couch to relax on and watch TV on the large flatscreen TV (incl. DVD player and Freeview). You can also choose to watch a selection of modern classic DVDs! There is also a table and chairs, to have your breakfast/ dinner, if you want to get some work done or enjoy some fresh air near the balcony doors. The modern kitchen, which is fully fitted with integrated appliances such as fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and oven (plus microwave, kettle and toaster) also benefits from all the crockery, glasses, cutlery and pans you will need. The modern master bathroom also benefits from having a power-shower. The apartment is all yours.   • Lovely house with amazing view as its a penthouse and its like 7 mins walk to the center .the only thing is the shower water pressure is low , and if the weather is windy then you ll be hearing sounds can be kind of noisy but only ifs to windy other than that its perfect place . the host are great they are very helpful , they respond quick , loved place and definitely that will be place to stay if iam back to Liverpool ,

    This stunning refurbished apartment is spacious & well thought-out. Situated on the ground floor, this tastefully decorated space is located within minutes from both football stadia - Liverpool's Anfield and Everton's Goodison Park. Close to the thriving Country Road packed full of shops, local and chain stores and a good choice of takeaways to grab some grub after a long day (or night!). Staying here gives so much choice as it's a simple bus-ride into the city center, but without the pricetag
    You can expect a pleasant and sound night's stay here waking to a brightly lit, clean space. Oh and there is sound speaker you can use to your favourite tracks (but not too loudly lol)
    Generally quiet and calm. Close to places to eat and shop for groceries. great transport links.

  • We first had a little problem because we did not know how to handle the heading. It took seconds to put it on, because of the top communication with Greg:) Highly recommended for Liverpool fans, it's a ten minute walk to anfield, so we did not need the overcrowded busses to anfield. Also the city center is not far away, we paid about 8€ with uber for three persons, so cheaper than the bus. In the evening you have some pups just a little walk away. There are lots of places to eat & drink in the area & the Albert Dock is only a 10-minute walk or short taxi ride. Liverpool One shopping is an easy 10 minute walk. When you enter the duplex, you will see the fabulous glass & limestone spiral staircase.

The space offers a brightly decorated warm and comfortable living room / bedroom with a double bed, work desk, comfortable seating area and ample storage. A kitchen and a shower room are located off the living area. Facilities include a wide screen television, wifi, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, and kitchen with all cutlery, crockery and utensils.
    The studio is located in Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter, just minutes walk from the cities two Cathedrals, Liverpool Philharmonic Hall and both Liverpool John Moores University and the University of Liverpool. There is many excellent bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk Lime Street Station, Liverpool One, The Albert Dock and the Echo Arena / BT Convention Centre are all within 15 minutes walk. Pay and display car parking is available on Rodney Street and there is a number of car parks located within a short walk.

All main tourists attraction like: Albert Dock 2 min away, M&S Arena 3 min away, Wheel Of Liverpool 2 min away, The Beatles Museum 4 min away, Liverpool Maritime Museum 6 min away, Convention Center 6 min away, world famous Cavern 20 min. Liverpool One a fantastic open air shopping centre with a UK’s well known shopping brand Primark 12min away. If you would like to visit some of the historic sites you can take a nice 15 min stroll up to the Cathedral, the largest one in the United Kingdom. Our apartment is clean and comfortable with open plan living dining/area and fully fitted kitchen. Free parking is available, just a few meters away from the entrance to the flat.     Guests enjoy access to the entire apartment which offers a light, spacious and relaxing environment. The living area includes a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime video. An extendable dining table comfortably accommodates 4 people. The kitchen has everything you might need for a short stay and includes a cooker, induction hob, microwave, toaster, and dishwhasher.     The location is ideal. Within a few minutes you can walk to the MS Bank Arena, or the famous Albert Dock with its lively mix of bars, restaurants and cafes (check out the Rough Hand Bakery for amazing pastries and coffee). Cultural hotspots including The Beatles Story, The Tate, and museums are just a short stroll away. The classy Liverpool ONE shopping complex is about a 7 minute walk.   • What a great apartment. It is beautifully kept and extremely clean. The host had left us a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The beds are very comfy. Even though the apartment is in a central location it is set in a peaceful location. All of Liverpool’s attractions are within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

The apartment is in the most amazing location, right on the docks and a minute’s walk from great bars and restaurants, and all the attractions at the Albert Dock. It’s a little further into the city centre but it was an easy, interesting walk. The apartment itself is really great, on the ground floor so nice and accessible. Parking was easy and safe. The space is so comfortable and nicely decorated, and we all slept well in the comfy beds. There are nice thoughtful touches and everything you need for a great stay. Would love to return one day!

A car is not essential, as the transport links around Liverpool are excellent. There are plenty of bus stops very close to where the apartment is. There is even a train station down the road should you wish to get around by train. The apartment, is modern and practical, however we have tried to include most things to make your stay even better, for example, towels and linen. Liverpool has grown into a wonderful city over the last ten years, and is truly a great place to visit.
    Set in the quiet suburb of Aigburth, there are still plenty of things to do without going to the city centre. Sefton Park is a 3 minute walk away. The park often hosts events which many visitors come to Liverpool for. The apartment is also close to Lark Lane where there are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars.

    Ideally situated close to the bustling Castle St area in the heart of the city centre is "Moorfields BnB" a newly refurbished 3 bedroom apartment. 2 min walk to Castle St, 5 min to Matthew St, 5 min to waterfront. You are in the centre of everything, while being uniquely sheltered from the city's noisier elements! Comprising living room, kitchen, shower, 3 bedrooms. Ideal for couples or larger groups looking to enjoy Liverpool. I even offer a complimentary drink in the nearby Jenny's Bar!
    Please note! The apartment is on the first floor of a building above a shop. It is accessible solely via a flight of stairs. Further flight of stairs accesses 2 bedrooms, and 3rd bedroom is a 3rd flight of stairs. Kitchen has small induction hob but no cooker, so home cooked feasts for 11 people will be a struggle I'm afraid. However, some of Liverpool's best restaurants are literally around the corner, which hopefully makes amends. Kitchen has all other usual amenities Spacious and stylish living room has TV and satellite. Shower facilities only: no bath. Finally, the apartment is single glazing only so there will be associated street noise, but this is limited to daytimes as footfall and traffic are generally light at night.
    Moofields is great as it sits just between the daily bustle of the business district and the nightlife's busier and noisy areas, but is far enough from both not to be too impacted and is still extremely easy to reach. The street itself is generally quiet after 8/9pm If you enjoy good restaurants, you are on the door step of some of the best Liverpool has to offer! Mowgli, Bacaro, Rudy's, Gino's, Etsu, San Carlo, Santa Maluco...ALL on Castle St delivering great food (Mowgli & Bacaro my faves) Moose Coffee for great breakfasts (but gets VERY busy) Duke St Coffee inside Santa Maluco for great coffee. There are also some lovely places to drink in the area, including the excellent Red Lion pub 30 seconds away. Liverpool One is a 10 min walk for all familiar brands and all the shopping needs you can wish for. Matthew St is a 5 min walk and full of bars blasting out Beatles covers. The waterfront is a 5 min walk too, and full of attractions. Lime St is a 15-20 min walk, or 5 mins in a cab

It's just take 10-minute walk to the beach; 8-minute walk to the cave bar where the beatles live. The room is tidy and the bed is clean. The modern design of the three bedrooms is very lovely which is suitable for the young people's aesthetic. The host Dan was very warm and helpful. After we found that the power in the living room could not be used normally, Dan replied to us on the software in time, and arrived at the residence within 5 minutes, spending nearly an hour troubleshooting for us, and finally solved the problem for us. If you are planning your own trip to Liverpool, don't miss this room and you won't be disappointed!

The studio is split over two levels and has been specifically designed to host your stay in Liverpool. It is located on the top floor of a red brick church conversion - you can't miss it on the street! The ground floor level bedroom has two single beds, each with orthopaedic mattresses, ample storage space, and en - suite facilities with a walk-in shower. In the bedroom there is a fully opening Velux window offering views of the Anglican Cathedral and city skyline. A sliding blind is also built in for your comfort. Upstairs, the living space is lofty and spacious with a high vaulted ceiling. Another Velux window offers views of Anfield and Goodison Football stadiums and brings in lots of natural light. The living room has a luxury leather couch if you wish to unwind, with a table and chairs for dining and for use as a work area. The Smart TV is WiFi enabled for watching a range of streaming services including Youtube, BBCiPlayer and Netflix. (You will need to log in from your own account.) The modern kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and all the crockery, glasses and cutlery you need. We have installed a bottle opener on the wall and please remember to pop a cork in the Prosecco frame in the lounge if you are breaking open the bubbly during your stay. We were at walking distance from practically everywhere and could pop back to the apartment at any time during the day. We got very good value for money I must say. Hosts have been very helpful and supportive, despite the fact WiFi connection wasn’t functioning. Having young teens it was “an issue”, us adults didn’t mind at all however! Support was ongoing and issue was settled. Night life is great in the street, didn’t mind the hustle and bustle! Would love to return to Liverpool for a longer stay and will certainly come back to this place again without hesitation.

  • I had an amazing one night stay in the apartment. The apartment had everything you would need, and also a lot of thoughtful touches like the phone charger dock and the location book. Davey was a great host, he was at the apartment within minutes when I had any inquiries or questions to answer directly, and also helped me and my mum carry our chairs to our car down the street in the pouring rain which we really appreciated! There wasn't anything more i could of wanted. I had a great night and would definetly book another night there again in the future. Thank you Davey, Peter and Joanne for the great night

  • We had a fantastic time in Peter and Joanna's apartment. They were fantastic hosts and we'd definitely be back again if the future allows it. We had a couple of little issues when we first arrived with it being a brand new apartment but Peter and Joanna had them all fixed as quickly as possible and gave us an otherwise perfect stay.

The only problem is that the toilets avec the shower are in a separate room. You also have a lot of place to cook and cupboards to organize your stuffs. Plus it’s very close to the city center.     This self contained 2 bed apartment in the heart of the community is only a 5/10 minute walk from Anfield stadium. No need to fight the match day traffic congestion. The apartment is also close to the bustling city centre, which is only a 10 minutes bus ride away and is also convenient for the riverfront and Albert Dock. This newly refurbished all electric apartment has one double and one single bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and is available for your sole use.
    Standard nightly price of £75 includes cleaning fees and equates to a very reasonable £25 pppn. The apartment on Anfield's doorstep is situated in a convenient location for both, the city centre as well as Liverpool's historic riverfront where you will find, the Museum of Liverpool, Maritime Museum and the Tate Gallery as well as The Beatles Story. Local buses adjacent to the apartment go directly to the riverfront. Everton FC's ground, Stanley Park and the Williamson Tunnels are all within easy travelling distance as well. Liverpool's new "IN" place, the Baltic Triangle, centered largely around the old Cains brewery site is just a short walk along the riverfront from the Albert Dock.
  • What a lovely little apartment! So bright and modern and sparklingly clean! CH's instructions for entering the property were timely and very clear and there was no problem with getting in at all. After a 4 hour drive I was longing for a cup of tea and there was tea, coffee and fresh milk provided! There was also a box of Cornflakes, some cooking oil and ice in the freezer which I thought were a nice little touch. The beds were comfy - the single bed is quite narrow though. The apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. Plenty of free parking on the streets outside and it is very close to Anfield - but that's not the reason we were there :) Thank you for a great stay in Liverpool CH!

  • For any person who goes to Liverpool to see a football match, this apartment is a must! It’s only 7min walk to the legendary stadium of Anfield Road! The apartment is super cozy and clean. Everything which you need, you will find there. The host even bought cereal and milk for us for breakfast, this was a super sweet detail. The center is only a few minutes by taxi or bus. If would come back to Liverpool I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything CH!
