Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

Wonderful eco cottage - with wood fired hot tub

Our cottage is a self contained annex. Hot water, electricity and underfloor heating are powered by a 16kw solar array and ground source heat pump. It is well insulated making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. A mezzanine bedroom looks down on the kitchen/living space. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed offering flexibility for couples/families. Sleeps a maximum of four adults plus one child (groups of five adults not accepted). Within easy reach of all beaches and villages.
