“You can take the Metro Orange line (bus) to the North Hollywood (Lankershim and Chandler) metro station. This is the last bus station. Then you transfer to the underground metro that takes you to Union Station, Downtown LA. Great to avoid traffic and get to know famous areas in Los Angeles. You can take the metro to Hollywood Blvd, Universal Studios, Santa Monica, Exposition Park, Downtown LA, East Los Angeles or Long Beach. ”

“This is my favorite restaurant in Santa monica. Iconic, oldest Santa Monica restaurant. Known for steaks and clams, but they added other menue items a long time ago. Sit at thbe bar and meet the locals. I suppose there are people who will say there are better, but I have been going there since the '60s and this is my opinion.”
