Locality
“There is one supermarkets in Lyngseidet, by the harbour. Open 09.00 - 22.00 Mon-Fri / Sat 09.00 - 18.00 but it is closed on a Sunday (although the garage in the village does stock essentials like bread and milk). Alcohol is quite heavily taxed in Norway to discourage excessive drinking, wine and spirits are only available from the government operated Vinmonopolet shops. Beer is available in most supermarkets. Top Tip: Purchase alcohol from the duty free shop at the airport when you arrive as the prices will be much cheaper. ”
