“High Rock is home to the city's large 12 inch Meade telescope with lenses powerful enough to view the rings of Saturn, Jupiter and her moons, galaxies, star clusters, nebulae and many other wonders of the night sky. The High Rock telescope also enables visitors to investigate the craters, valleys and hills of the moon’s surface, distinguish between the different star formations and obtain a better appreciation and understanding of basic astronomy. Please visit the City of Lynn Website for information and how to make reservations.”
